We stayed here last year and loved it so much, we returned again this year! The host is very responsive and helpful. They made some updates in the apartment and it looks great! The location is great located right next to the rambla, coffee shops, restaurants, and a supermarket. I definitely recommend this place!

The apartment is the same as described, the sea view is wonderful. To spend a few days in Montevideo the location is 10/10, it allows you to walk and tour, the bus stop is very close in case you need to leave and if you are driving, you park on the promenade and everything is very quiet. I recommend it and I'll be back, thank you Fernando for all your attention and your huge disposition.

Everything good the neighborhood is quiet we leave the vehicle parked on the street every day and never a problem should be highlighted if you are traveling with babies as in our case includes a chair, cot and even car chairs.

Great apartment, well equipped. Peaceful and quiet, protected from cold wind, overlooking trees and smaller buildings. Responsive and helpful host. Located in new building of good quality with friendly porteros, warm swimming pool and sauna (jacuzzi was broken when we stayed). The building is across the road from two beaches, both good for walks, jogging and swimming. This part of Montevideo is clean, walkable and quiet.

The experience was amazing, Maria Soledad was always helpful and collaborative. The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood and very close to the beach. Great experience.

The house is just like the photos, beautiful, super comfortable and the pool is super enjoyable, (heated if on days or nights you ask for it xq the weather sometimes does not help). It is in a beautiful area, close to the beach and Alejandro is always attentive to everything you might need.

I loved Raul's apartment. The area is Incredible, in a beautiful neighborhood of Montevideo. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and a floor fan which can be set up in the room, which is very necessary for summer days. Raul is a great host, he was very flexible with check-out, which was very helpful. I highly recommend staying at Raúl's apartment. I wish I can return soon.

We were staying in the apartment two nights, the place is beautiful, it has beautiful views and is at hand of a shopping area, both restaurants and shopping. It is one block from the Rambla so you can go for a walk in those areas on foot. Ivan is super predisposed, I leave us cold water in the fridge (since it is very hot when we arrive), communication with him is super fluid and this is to provide you with everything you need. The amenities of the depto. are spotless, you have everything you need. Beautiful experience, I would go again without a doubt.

I was with the family in Montevideo and the accommodation is excellent, everything was spotless and very organized. The location is excellent, a couple of blocks from Pocitos beach and others from the center of Pocitos. Maria Amalia was worried from when you arrive until when one should leave. I would obviously come back here when I have to come to Montevideo again.
