We stayed here last year and loved it so much, we returned again this year! The host is very responsive and helpful. They made some updates in the apartment and it looks great! The location is great located right next to the rambla, coffee shops, restaurants, and a supermarket. I definitely recommend this place!

Nice apartment, everything works well

Excellent apartment: modern, cared for and nicely equipped. The location is very good, overlooking the sea and a few blocks from downtown, so we were able to walk and tour the area. The impeccable check-in and check-out, with building staff, which made it very agile and comfortable. The host always communicated very kindly and responded quickly to messages, so I felt confident in contact with any eventualities that might arise. I highly recommend it, excellent value for money. We are very grateful of everything!

Great apartment, well equipped. Peaceful and quiet, protected from cold wind, overlooking trees and smaller buildings. Responsive and helpful host. Located in new building of good quality with friendly porteros, warm swimming pool and sauna (jacuzzi was broken when we stayed). The building is across the road from two beaches, both good for walks, jogging and swimming. This part of Montevideo is clean, walkable and quiet.

The apartment is excellent, very well equipped, well ventilated and sunny. The location is great, in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, there are a few blocks from the Rambla of the lighthouse of Punta Carretas. It also has quick access to the park Rodó and the historic center. We love it!

First and foremost, Stephan and Mariana are awesome hosts and people. Second, their apartment is amazing. Everything about it is fantastic. The location is perfect and the other people in the building are incredibly friendly. This review might sound over the top but it still doesn't do justice in terms of how amazing the apartment really is and how fantastic Stephan and Mariana are as people. This is aparement is fantastic for long-term stays and once your here it immediately feels like home.

Strong wifi. Right on the rambla. Comfortable bed. Easy access to the 8th floor with building elevator. Short walk to restaurants and amenities. Lots of hand crafted goods on the pedestrian only street. Super cross breeze was very comfortable.
