A very cozy and cozy cottage with nice garden and as a large plus the wood stove!

Neat, well maintained and clean cottage with also lots of space in and around the cottage. Quick response from host to questions. With all the comforts, good beds and shower. Two sleeping places upstairs not so suitable for little children or seniors due to very steep stairs, didn't matter to us. Enjoyed a few days at the seaside.

The stay was very beautiful, nothing to complain about. The house was perfectly clean, the surrounding was beautiful and the host, Bart, responded really friendly and in a matter of minutes. We felt comfortable from the beginning to the end and would for sure come back another time.

We were very warmly welcomed by Hermann! It was easy to find the place. The park is still being built around - but you don't get anything about the house!! It is very idyllic and quiet. Exactly what we were looking for. For our daughter, the biggest experience was to see the cows grazing in the back of the pasture! You had a direct view from the window or you could sit on the bench and sat 5m away :) We felt very comfortable- thank you for everything!

We had a good time and felt very comfortable. Our kids loved the garden and the quiet bungalow park. From Dirkshorn you have short distances to do a lot, whether on the beach, in cities for strolling, canoeing, etc. We will be back.

Immaculate cottage with everything you need, especially the kitchen items are super complete (think of cheese slicer, bread knife, salt and pepper, tea towels, all kinds of pans). Only thing you should keep in mind that the shower and toilet are in 1 room, and that the stairs up are quite steep (should you go with older people). Everything else is fine!

Stayed here in Arum with his nine friends weekend. It was a real autumnal November weekend but inside it was warm and cozy! After a nice but fresh mudflat trip on Saturday morning, we sat by the wood stove for the rest of the day, some have still been in the bath and we watched extensively and watched a movie via Netflix. Visited Franeker (Planetarium) on Sunday, which was really worth it. It was the perfect house for our fall weekend! In addition, everything was tidy and super clean and communication with Birgit was easy!

Dear Andrea, dear Peter, Thank you for providing the bed linen at short notice. We really enjoyed our stay in their super equipped apartment. As agreed, we packed the laundry in a garbage bag. The apartment is wonderfully quiet and a real oasis. You can't hear anything except the wind and the sea nearby. They are generously sized and very well equipped with everything you need. Peter has put together a full folder with bike rides, hiking trails and tips, you can tell that he and Inge love to be hosts. Total: 5 stars de Luxe for this "hide away" from the rest of the world.

We had a nice stay at Kim's apartment. It was clean and all the little things were thought of. The location is very convenient, nice central on Texel.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Herke's place. Every morning we were greeted by the pigs😊. The accommodation is very clean and cozy and the surroundings are fantastic. Very very beautiful sunrise and sunset.

We stayed not only in the apartment, but also in the farmhouse. Really a wonderful stay! Had a great time with some friendly couples. Maaike was pleasant to deal with and trusted us in her house and in the care of cat and chickens. Very special!

I had discussed the stay for my mother. She had a fantastic two nights. The apartment is in a super nice place, in the middle of the village. Everything was great for each other. Highly recommended.

Nice apartment, nice and spacious

Anna's place is very nicely decorated and was extremely clean. By car, you can quickly reach the beach. It is about a 40-minute walk. You have to keep in mind that there is no supermarket in the immediate vicinity. We found the surroundings beautiful, but surprisingly noisy due to the farm. The communication was great.

Nice location close to the beach. amenities all close by. the complex is very focused on Germans but that's fine many amenities in house for cooking, coffee and cleaning products. Contact with host was also very good and nice

For 3 nights it was perfect and uncomplicated. For a family of 4, the sofa is a little too small and therefore uncomfortable. If you like country life and possibly - like us - have a dog with you, you will love it.

check-in and check-out went smoothly because Judith lives in the house. Judith is very friendly and informed us well about everything worth knowing about our stay. The house is beautiful and from the art deco period accordingly stylish and cozy. Very clean and quiet to relax. From there we made beautiful hikes, also the center is within walking distance. Bergen is a pretty place that has a lot to offer and always invites you to explore again and again. The sea and the beach are only 10 minutes by car. We highly recommend the place and Judith's place.
