Vacation rentals with beach access in De Cocksdorp

We felt super comfortable with Corine and Johne. The house is just outside the center, quiet in a residential area. Corine was always easily accessible. The contact was easy and straightforward. It is as shown in the photos or as described and unbeatable is of course the proximity to the beach. We would always vacation here again if we come back to Texel... and that cannot be excluded. Don't you say, once Texel, always Texel?

Welcoming reception by Ympkje! Communication was pleasant and fast. Plenty to do in the area. Has all the comforts (plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, etc.).

We had a great time staying in the really super furnished apartment. The apartment is very clean and tastefully and modernly furnished. It's all there, nothing is missing. From children's paving, to matches, to baking paper. Kim has really thought of everything ☺️ Our dogs also felt very comfortable. Thanks to the wonderful location, we were right in the countryside and were able to take great walks. We will be happy to come back! Thanks for everything 🫶🏼

We felt very comfortable. It was cozy , we were quickly by the sea and it was great to have a sauna.

I had discussed the stay for my mother. She had a fantastic two nights. The apartment is in a super nice place, in the middle of the village. Everything was great for each other. Highly recommended.

If you want to switch off and enjoy the quiet, then Reinie is in good hands here. Very nice and quite high quality furnishings. Great beds and a perfectly equipped kitchen. Small note from my side, the apartment or rooms look smaller on the pictures!!!

We were able to drive close to our place to charge the luggage, after that we would need the car in a parking lot for just under 5 euros a day! This was about 15 ministers away on foot, but that was completely ok for us! We felt right at home in the apartment as we found it as pictured! In the kitchen we found everything necessary for our stay, the bed we found to be very comfortable! Johnson was quick to reach with questions and we explored some of his tips for the area and the city! All in all, we would come back! But then in the summer to get to know the flair of the city and the canals in a different way!

Had a great stay over New Year's Eve in the loft. The cottage is very nice, ideal for two people and furnished with a lot of love for detail. As a welcome, there was a bottle of sparkling wine and a warm welcome, which made us feel right at home. Everything went smoothly, and we enjoyed the time very much. We will be happy to come back!

My family and I felt right at home. It was absolutely as described. Very idyllic, quiet and as soon as the sun came out a dream to spend time outside. Anita was super sweet and even brought some cake. It was really great and this beautiful property just a dream.

Although we had some bad luck with the weather, we felt very comfortable in Debby's comfortably furnished house over the Christmas days. In kitchen there is everything to conjure up a delicious meal. The apartment was lit for Christmas when we arrived and Debby even brought us a small fir tree on Christmas day:-). The surrounding area is beautiful, the nearby beach at low tide and worth every (dog) walk. Supermarkets and restaurants or snacks can be reached in the vicinity, even by bike in a short time. All in all highly recommended!!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment! We particularly liked the following points: - the super-equipped kitchen - Cleanliness of the entire place - the place is very thoughtful and also suitable for longer stays I'm sure we'll be back!

We stayed at Patricia's house with four adults and two kids over New Year's Eve. The house and the park are ideal for spending quiet days after Christmas and relaxed, without firecrackers etc. into the new year.

A wonderful house with great decor, big garden and fantastic host! We, 3 families, felt very comfortable and had a great time in the "old barn". Alkmaar, the beach, the sea and many other activities are within easy reach. We will be happy to come back!

Great little house , super clean and with easy access to the sea, the dunes, good shops and bus access to nearest train station at Alkmaar. I was surprised at the steepness of the stairs and for anyone with physical restrictions or with children below 10 they could be a bit dangerous. Otherwise we can thoroughly recommend.

The home is exactly as described on the pictures. It is super cozy and beautiful. We with our two children were able to enjoy our 3 day stay and the hostess is very open and likeable and always open to questions. It is clean and open and super cozy. The view of the water is also very beautiful!

There were five of us staying with Janine. And even though it was high summer and we were on the beach a lot, there were also a few gloomy days. The apartment then plays an important role and that there are five of you. In addition and of course in general, Janine's apartment was a real gift. In addition, Huisduinen seems to be a little off the tourist's mainstream, which is very pleasant. At the same time, you have direct access to the sea and enchanting beaches. Janine is a very friendly and attentive hostess. We can recommend Janine's apartment without ifs and buts.

We enjoyed our stay, the place was very nice and clean. Only a little smaller than shown in the pictures, but completely ok for two people. We were very satisfied with everyone, especially Johanna was extremely friendly and accommodating! We were mainly fishing in Stavoren and had a lot of fun and beautiful fish. Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful stay at this outstanding place. Just 20 m from the sea, the view in the morning when waking up to the water is just perfect. The apartment is nicely decorated, everything clean and homely. We felt very comfortable with wine and cookies from the hosts and always available for questions. If you're not afraid of the beautiful rough sea climate in winter, you will find the perfect place to turn it all off and come down. Gladly again :-)

Small nice apartment that we found clean, centrally located, yet quiet . Comfortable beds, bathroom mini but it is completely sufficient . We will be happy to come back. Sandra

Nice location close to the beach. amenities all close by. the complex is very focused on Germans but that's fine many amenities in house for cooking, coffee and cleaning products. Contact with host was also very good and nice
