Vacation rentals with beach access in De Cocksdorp

We felt super comfortable with Corine and Johne. The house is located just outside the center, quietly in a residential area. Corine was always easily accessible. The contact was easy and straightforward. It is as in the photos or as described and of course the proximity to the beach is unbeatable. We would vacation here again at any time if we come back to Texel ... and that is not be ruled out. Don't they say, once Texel, always Texel?

We were immediately welcomed and welcomed very warmly by Ympkje. The apartment was beautiful as shown in the pictures and very very clean. In the bathroom, everything you needed was there. Lots of towels, hair dryer, shower gel & shampoo. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for cooking. The apartment was very stylishly furnished and we immediately felt comfortable. On the terrace you could enjoy beautiful hours of sunshine. Ympkje was very attentive and always asked if everything was okay. We were able to rent bikes and explore the area. We will definitely recommend the accommodation and will also be happy to come back !

We had a good time in the apartment: communication went very smoothly and we could enter the apartment with a key box. The apartment was very clean, there was a bag of chocolates for us, tasty! It was also very quiet there. The Koog is easily reached within walking distance. We took a very nice walk through the nature reserve to the beach to eat something in the beach pavilion pole 18. It was very quiet in the apartment, and we slept well in the good beds. In the morning we could enjoy a radiant sun on the terrace! We will definitely come back!

We stayed here for a week in March and enjoyed it a lot. From the apartment, you can quickly walk to the dunes, on the beach or in the center. The apartment is modernly furnished, very clean, has a nice sauna area next door. Martijn is very nice and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

I had discussed the stay for my mother. She had a fantastic two nights. The apartment is in a super nice place, in the middle of the village. Everything was great for each other. Highly recommended.

Reinie's place is in a fantastic old, classic building refurbished with a clean, simple, modern, rustic feel. The accommodations are spacious and perfect size for one or two people. It's situated in an area that is beautiful to explore. Get up early for the amazing sunrise. Reinie is very helpful and communicative. Also a very nice touch with the infused olive oil and vinegar in the kitchen. I'd highly recommend for any length of stay. Hope to stay again sometime.

We absolutely loved our stay at Baukje’s place! The apartment is beautifully designed, super cozy, and located in a quiet yet convenient neighborhood. Baukje is a truly warm and thoughtful host – we felt welcome and at ease right from the start. Everything was spotless, well-organized, and even better than expected. We’d come back in a heartbeat and can genuinely recommend staying here!

My family and I felt right at home. It was absolutely as described. Very idyllic, quiet and as soon as the sun came out a dream to spend time outside. Anita was super sweet and even brought some cake. It was really great and this beautiful property was just a dream.

It was a really cozy and lovely Place! Everything that we needed was there. We would definitely come back. For our dog it was perfect because of the fence around the garden. All in all the 5 Stars are worth it!

We had a lovely stay with a group of friends: the stay is spacious, tidy and equipped with everything we needed. It is also wonderful that the beach is a short drive away. And the communication with Lindsey was great. Thank you!

Warm welcome and easy communication despite our very approximate English. Lydia is very nice and available. Nice place, close to the beach. Easy access. Parking without any problems. Relatively easy access to AMSTERDAM, either by train (but relatively expensive for a family of 4) or by car to the SLOTERDIJK P+R (much cheaper, convenient and no longer). Easy access to the Zaanse Schans windmills or the Keukenhof gardens for those who want to do a little sightseeing. Well-equipped and functional apartment for a short stay, more for a family with children than for two couples - only one single bedroom, the other two beds are on the 1st, after a relatively narrow staircase, without real separation from the living room on the ground floor - but this is easily managed. Only downside, the bathroom is a bit tight, but the shower is very good. Recommended. We enjoyed it a lot. Thanks to Lydia.

We had a wonderful fews days by the lake. it was peaceful and comfortable and we felt at home straight away. the house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our break away and was walking distance from a supermarket and play areas for the children. We would love to return!

There were five of us staying with Janine. And even though it was high summer and we were on the beach a lot, there were also a few gloomy days. The apartment then plays an important role and that there are five of you. In addition and of course in general, Janine's apartment was a real gift. In addition, Huisduinen seems to be a little off the tourist's mainstream, which is very pleasant. At the same time, you have direct access to the sea and enchanting beaches. Janine is a very friendly and attentive hostess. We can recommend Janine's apartment without ifs and buts.

Anna's apartment is very nicely decorated and was extremely clean. By car, you can quickly reach the beach. It's about a 40-minute walk. Keep in mind that there is no supermarket in the immediate vicinity. We found the surroundings beautiful, but surprisingly noisy due to the agricultural operation. Communication was great.

The apartment is super cozy and very nicely furnished. There is everything you need. The location is ideal. You can walk to downtown in 5 minutes. Still quiet. Communication with Majsa was great. As a welcome there was a bottle of wine and something to nibble on. It was beautiful all around. We definitely want to come back! Thanks very much.

Everything went well, the host is very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed our stay. The apartment is close to a train station from which you can get to Amsterdam in half an hour.

All was just perfect and as described.

Nice location close to the beach. amenities all close by. the complex is very focused on Germans but that's fine many amenities in house for cooking, coffee and cleaning products. Contact with host was also very good and nice

We stayed at Lily‘s apartment over the weekend and we felt right at home. My first thought was: so beautiful! Damn, we’re only staying for 2 nights 😂 The ocean was so close 🌊 we could even see it from the couch, which was very cozy, and the apartment looked like in the photos. I’m definitely coming back! ♥️
