Vacation rentals with a patio in Dayton

Was a last minute decision in celebrating a birthday with a group of friends, and it turned out to be a great decision. was able to take advantage of the beautiful, spacious space and then in having so much within walking distance to patronize and partake in. Was a great evening!

The place was lovely. Very detailed on the accommodations to make your stay comfortable. Thoughtful extras from snack basket, rain poncho, umbrella, in case you needed it or forgot something. clear instruction’s for TV, etc. Thank you Yvonne!

Beautiful place to stay for a few nights!! It was clean and cozy. The only downside was being able to hear people above you and what is going on outside, BUT they provided sound machines in the bedrooms that helped a lot!

Sids place is amazing. He is a fabulous host. He is very quick to reply and helps any way he can. The couches are like cuddling up on big soft pillows. There's a fireplace as well. It has plenty of space and everything you could ask for. We didn't get to enjoy the rooftop sitting area due to it being so cold. It is definitely an added perk for summer nights.

This was great little get away from my son and I for a few days while visiting friends in the city. Very peaceful and super clean. The space was very comfortable and we loved everything. Great hosts!

Each time we reached out to our host she was super responsive. This is a location above a bar that was busy on the weekends. We did not mind the noise as we were watching TV and the bar closed by 11:00 pm. The neighborhood is packed with old early 20th century buildings that have been rehabbed. It is an old German area called Mainstrasse. You can eat Greek, Italian…even Hawaiian food. Very friendly area. Not really a quiet cabin in the woods. We enjoyed the experience.

Great stay while visiting family who lives nearby. Easy check in, all the basics, good location. Walkable to coffee, bars, food. Host was very responsible and communicated clearly. Will stay again on future visits!

The backyard was great for the kids and dogs and the house was cozy with lots of room for guests.

Staying at Lucia’s place was great, easy instructions, peaceful and great location.

Quiet street near downtown Loveland, gas & grocery. We had 6 adults and stayed quite comfortably. The 2 full bathrooms, one with walk-in shower was a bonus with my elderly parents with us. Everything was clean and rental was well appointed. Host was quick to respond and friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

Lenora’s home was just as we expected. She went over and above by having water, snacks, coffee and other amenities for us to use. The bathrooms were very clean and the linens were great! The kitchen was well stocked with cleaning products, dishes, pots/pans. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.

My family-of-4 stayed at Bella’s Retreat during the 2024 holiday season. The home was perfect for our needs and was in a great location. We felt safe and taken care of throughout the stay. There’s anything you can ever want and more within a 2-mile radius. Cecilia’s communication was excellent throughout our stay as well. We look forward to staying at Bella’s Retreat again in the future.

Very nice, spacious accommodations. Plenty of linens. Very clear instructions from the host. Loads of parking! Close access to shopping, gas, interstate, local activities. Recommendations for dining were available. Highly recommend!

This was our third time staying at this AirBnB. It really is perfect for lots of people to stay. There are two living rooms on the second and third floor so people can have their own space to work or relax. The location is ideal. It is one short walk from Ludlow Avenue with its great shops and restaurants.

Lainy's place was very nice and matched the pictures perfectly. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do and visit around the city. The amount of space was perfect. The only thing was there were a lot steps but outside of that it was a great stay.

This was our 3rd stay in Danny and Nicole’s Brownway lower unit and as before, it was great. The unit is spotless and communication is excellent. The single level layout and walk-in shower are helpful considering some physical limitations on our part. It is close to restaurants and tons of grocery and other retail shopping, as well as Madtree Brewery 😁. It will always be our 1st choice when we come through Cincy.
