Jessica is a great host. We've stayed here before and did not hesitate to book again when we needed a month long rental. She works hard to make sure everything is stocked and communication is amazing. The house is spotless. The location is so close to anything you would need and quick to get on the freeways. The front screened porch was a great place to work on the days it was nice. The fenced in yard was great for our two dogs. We will be back the next time we need a dog friendly place to stay in Cincinnati.

This is a great getaway. A unique house in a unique setting. The decor is warm and inviting; the kitchen has good appliances and is very well stocked with utensils and pantry items; the dining room is beautiful, the table easily accommodates 10; the great room is spacious, the furniture comfortable. The views of the city and river are probably the best in Cincinnati and are very prominent from most of the rooms. Sunrises are great. The deck overlooks this great view. Watching the trains and barges from inside or from the deck is really fun and relaxing. And, Nick is very helpful and accomodating.

We had our family Christmas gathering at the Gray Whale - it was a perfect accommodation for a large family - plenty of space for meals, sufficient kitchen, plenty of beds and bathrooms, and room to work puzzles and play games.

Scott was very nice and communicative. The place was beautiful and the scenery was great. Any questions I had he was very responsive. I really enjoy the movie theater area and the overall layout of the house. We will definitely be back again. For my very first time using AIRBNB. This was a great experience.

This was my first experience with an Airbnb and I was very pleased with the accommodations. The home was cozy, clean, and met all expectations. Joseph's directions and communication was concise and very helpful.

This is the third time we've stayed here. Our son and family live nearby (walking distance) and it's great to have a place to rest our heads every night after a lively visit with family. It is comfortable and equipped with everything you need, whether you fly into the area or drive. Grocery stores and restaurants are an easy drive (or walk in some cases) away. It's true that it is street parking, but we've never had a problem either parking right in front of the house or just a few spots up or down the street. We highly recommend this place for your stay, too!

Beautiful home, I was a little chilly and Sid had a heater delivered pronto! The space was roomy and decorated well, and the neighborhood was quiet. Parking was a little limited but never too far. My partner and I would stay there again!

Super clean, tons of space to have a night in and also tons of room for guests to sleep. Everything was clean. Check out instructions are posted clearly for you, as well as the wifi. Marcy answered our questions so quickly. For the amount of space you get, it is quite the deal.
