We had a wonderful stay at Jane’s house in Wendouree. The house was exactly as described and was spotless when we arrived. We loved the feel of the house looking out to the garden and thoughtful touches like welcome gifts plus dog bowls for our dogs. We were in Ballarat to celebrate my birthday and Jane was super helpful with suggestions of places for large groups to eat as well as things to do. We loved our stay and hope to return again one day.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming Charter Farm house! The property was beautifully decorated, blending classic old-world charm with modern amenities. It was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our group. The kids loved the trampoline, while the men had a great time on the tennis court. A perfect retreat for families looking to relax and enjoy some outdoor fun. Highly recommend!

Sam's place was full of charm and we loved our stay. The mud brick house was comfy and interesting, and the bus cabin is really cool. Very nice surroundings and lots to do in the area. Sam was a great communicator and very accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Overall a lovely place, spacious and comfortable. Host was very helpful and responsive. The only thing worth noting for us was how squeaky the floor boards were. This normally wouldn’t bother us but we were staying with our toddler and this made it hard to get out of the bedroom after settling her and for us to just move around while she was asleep. Otherwise, a lovely place to stay.

I was impressed by the spices and ameneties they had in the kitchen. Great collection of coffee making machines, utensils, very clean and new pans and pots, variety of spices. We loved our stay. the balcony area was great for early morning wakeup and listening to birds. great location. 👍☺️

Anthony and Andrew’s place was amazing. The home was perfectly decorated, very tidy and the bath was very large and perfect for soaking. The kitchen has everything you need and the fire was set up and ready for us to light. This is a fantastic 3 bedroom place, close to everything but still private. We will definitely be staying here again!

Cosy Cottage was just that, and more!! The house was lovely with charm and the gardens well cared for. Inside was a delight, a full kitchen with all the utensils, cutlery and crockery you could ask for. The air con in the lounge and main bedrooms was appreciated by us and our dog, especially as we had a couple of warm nights. Definitely caters for pets, with pet towels provided and fenced yard. The view out the kitchen window of the bush behind the property was wonderful, made us feel not hemmed in. A walk in the bush was fantastic with lots of birds singing away. Highly recommend Deb's place at Cosy Cottage for a bush getaway, while still in close proximity to shops, cafes, pubs and even the Avoca Market which was on during our stay.

We had the most amazing stay here! Our dogs were in absolute heaven—there’s a beautiful pond where they spent hours swimming, a huge yard for them to explore, and plenty of space to run around. The property itself is stunning, with gorgeous surroundings that made for the most peaceful and scenic getaway. One of our favourite things was just sitting outside, enjoying the fresh air, and watching all the adorable birds flitting around—it really felt like a nature retreat. The hosts clearly put a lot of thought into making this place feel welcoming and comfortable, not just for humans but for our fur babies too. 🐾💛

What an absolutely beautiful place! It was sweltering hot when we stayed and yet the beauty of the house , its entertaining area and the furnishings inside and out were so mind blowingly beautiful the chest was quickly forgotten. Whoever owns the house is very cultured, well travelled and has an eye and we are very grateful that they share it with people like us. Beautiful. And the restaurants nearby are exceptional. We ate at Sault and it was better than most Melbourne restaurants in our opinion.

perfect little spot in Hepburn, Sharee was flexible and the place was so easy to check in to, even at 8pm in the dark (they left the lights on for us) bedrooms are get, multiple bathrooms and overall just a spacious environmental! One thing i will mention, coffee and tea is not provided at this house, so bring your own!

A beautiful property for a surprise long weekend away to celebrate my aunty and uncle's 70th birthdays. The outdoor entertaining area, pool/spa, and surrounding forest were highlights. Very child and pet friendly. Everything seems to be thought of, such as games, music speakers, dog beds, plastic glassware for outdoor, lounge beds around the pool etc. A beautiful place, highly recommend. The communication with Chris was very responsive and helpful.

We had an unforgettable stay at Noonanmeena, a stunning passive house set on 20 picturesque acres in Redesdale. The property is beautifully situated, backing onto the Coliban River, with easy access to Redesdale town center, just a short drive away. It's also conveniently located—only 25 minutes from Heathcote and 20 minutes from Lake Eppalock. The house itself is fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for families. Whether we were relaxing on the deck or taking a dip in the pool, watching the sunset was an absolute highlight. John was an exceptional host—welcoming, accommodating, and great to communicate with. Thank you for making our long weekend truly special—we can't wait to return!

Dennis and Bronwen's place is stunning. I am almost reluctant to give it the review that it deserves so that I can keep it secret. Very spacious, comfortable and a really thoughtful attention to detail, and a positive energy about the place. Proactive, friendly hosts are the icing on the cake. Very highly recommended.

This Airbnb stay far exceeded our expectations. The property itself was absolutely stunning—every detail thoughtfully curated to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Loved the pool! Beautiful property and a brilliant location. What was a lovely surprise for me was the abundance of bird life every morning and evening. So beautiful! I’d definitely book this property again if going to Creswick.

Enjoyed every minute of our stay Beautiful view Peaceful and lots of privacy We were lucky enough to have both warm and cold weather So we got to enjoy the fireplace and pizza oven and fire pit The animals were fun even when the lamas were spitting on us!!! We saw eagles kangaroos and even deer and foxes so was exciting The house was very well equipped and we had everything we needed to use. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and cozy home! The house is not only stylish and well-equipped but also incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of our favorite parts was the backyard, where our baby was absolutely delighted watching the birds and ducks each day. The location is great—peaceful, yet just a short drive into town. We especially loved the pastries at Redbeard Bakery and found the most amazing strawberries at the local farmers market. Gordon was a fantastic host—super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a charming and peaceful retreat!

We had a fantastic stay in Bella's gorgeous cottage. The house had everything we needed, was very comfortable and close to everything. We would definitely recommend and will return if we're ever in Ballarat again. Bella was a very friendly host and was super obliging with check-in and check-out times.

Great location in Ballarat central very close to everything. We arrived late so Sue had put the lights and the heater on for us which was greatly appreciated. Very tidy and cosy cottage we enjoyed our long weekend .

It was a wonderful stay. Everything was precisely perfect as expected, even though we spent less time at home and mostly used it for sleeping only due to heaps of activities. It was a great, hassle-free place with modern equipment. I definitely recommend it. Hope we visit again.

Jodies place was perfect for us. In a great location, clean, bright and comfortable. It is a great space. And the dog felt very welcome also! Jodie was very responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

My partner and I (and our dog) had a lovely time at the cottage. It was perfect for our 4 night stay to explore Daylesford and surrounds. The cottage was private and the fenced outdoor area was excellent for our dog to run around safely.
