A really lovely clean lodge. Stephen was very quick at responding to messages. We had a great time and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. A bit of info that might be useful to others: we bought a 7 short stay pass from pool reception in order to use the pools and gym (£30 adults and £15 kids). There wasn’t a hair dryer so you might want to pack one!

We loved our stay! Beautiful cottage that was superbly clean, lovely location with plenty to do nearby (within 20mins or so drive, plus greatwalks and pubs on the doorstep). We bumped into the hosts a couple of times and they were really friendly. Normally as a family we like to stay in diffeent properties when we head away but we are already exploring dates to return here in the Summer.

We had such a lovely stay at the lodges, after not very many holidays having 3 young children this was the perfect fit. So much close by - farm park, beaches but also some amazing restaurants too. In the evening when kids are tucked up you can sit under the well styled and beautifully lit and thought out balcony watching the 'nightlife'. It was most certainly the break we needed and one we will remember for a very long time.

Stunning accommodation in a stunning location! An absolutely perfect place for our family get together. Good communication from our friendly but not intrusive hosts. The property is spacious, all on one level (great for the less mobile!) with easy access to the outside area and a fabulous hot tub. Very spacious and sociable main living area. Property is well equipped, immaculate and has very comfortable beds! Everything here is 5 ⭐️ and with the most incredible views it was most definitely the best place we’ve ever stayed in! Thank you ☺️

Beautiful cottage with cosy but striking decor, really comfortable and cosy. Perfect for the six of us. Kitchen had everything we needed to prep a roast and the garden was small but perfectly formed. The local pub was a stones throw through a pretty village, with a really delicious menu. Only downside was no local shop for a pint of milk, loaf or emergency crisps. But I guess that may be tricky to sustain in second home areas. All in all a really comfortable cottage - thank you x

Beautiful location and property. Had everything we needed and more. Sarah was so helpful about the local area and provided a lovely welcome hamper with fresh eggs from the runaway chickens (🤭). Plymouth is on the doorstep and Wembury Beach within walking distance as is the Odd Wheel which serves lovely food. Perfect break in a peaceful setting, would love to return.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The host went above and beyond, communicating quickly and making everything effortless. The house is stunning—beautifully decorated, incredibly homely, and so spacious. With 15 of us, including children, there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. The huge dining table was perfect for group meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed—loads of crockery, cutlery, and top-quality appliances. The beds were super comfortable, the showers worked perfectly, and every detail was well thought out. The location was spot-on, and nothing was scrimped on. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay—highly recommend!

5 star stay in this utterly beautiful home! Exquisite surroundings, private landscaped gardens which made for a magical backdrop when relaxing either in the hot tub or seating area. High end finish throughout the house and so much thought and care with the small details made our stay one of the best self catering experiences we’ve ever had. Sarah was so responsive and went above and beyond as a host. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay with our 3 dogs. We would look to come back again just to stay at your house. We had a lovely stay, with plenty for the children to do: they loved the play barn, the trampoline, the playground and the animals. We walked the Alpacas with Steve and he was very approachable and kind. The views are incredible from Venn Farm and we had fantastic weather. Everything was very well thought out and a lot of care has been taken to renovate the cottages and plant flowers and herbs. If you are looking for a farm stay this is a great place to be. We used the hot tub two nights in a row which was luxurious under the stars after a couple of stunning sunsets. We saw a shooting star! We also spotted a barn owl in the morning near the horse field which was very special. Steve and Zoe welcomed us with freshly laid eggs and bread and even gave us a little goodbye present.
