Great location Beautiful townhome!

The townhouse is perfect for a family or group that wants to ski Snowbasin. We could not have been closer to the mountain and hot tubs were an easy walking distance from the unit. Lee's marketplace across the street was convenient and had everything we needed for meals. The garage made loading and unloading simple. The unit has well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, a very cozy living area and comfortable beds. It's a great deal and we will be back.

Communication with the hosts was fantastic -- they always responded within a few minutes and were easy and clear to work with. The location is convenient for getting to/from the airport, to the highway to get to ski areas (our focus), walkable to a grocery store, and easy to get an Uber to get anywhere downtown (Delta Center and several pubs/restaurants are within a mile walk). The condo is just as advertised -- very clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities and fresh linens. The entertainment are in the main building is just across the street, and is super fun if you want to bowl a few frames or get in the pool. You've probably read about the train noise in other reviews. It's real, and it's no joke. It was pretty loud throughout the day/night. The ear plugs provided by the host did a nice job cutting out the noise. We dealt with it fine, but if you're a sensitive sleeper or someone who struggles falling back to sleep after a random wake up, it might not be for you.

First, Whitney is a great host. She communicates quickly and even reached out a couple times to make sure we didn’t need anything. The best host we’ve had so far! Secondly, the house! It was perfect. The VIEWS are AMAZING. I looked forward to drinking my coffee in the kitchen nook looking out at the mountains every morning. Georgous scenery from every room. I couldn’t take enough pictures! The location is GREAT. It takes no time at all to get to anything you need. It’s like you’re right in the middle of everything but not at the same time. it’s located in a lovely neighborhood. Very quiet, beautiful and peaceful. Deer walk around and lounge in the yards. This was our first trip to Utah and it will definitely not be the last. Hopefully we will get another opportunity to stay at this house! It will be the first place I check when making plans. Those views will live in my mind forever. Thank you for sharing your home, we loved it.

Great place to stay while visiting Snowbasin area. We came for a ski race weekend and it saved us a long commute back and forth each day. The hot tub was big and hot, the townhouse was new and clean, the garage parking was a bonus. All and all a perfect stay! We will book again when we need to stay in the area and will recommend to our friends and other ski team parents.

Really liked the home. Great setup for a large family and having games and karaoke was a nice touch.

We loved getting to stay at this beautiful home in SLC! 15 minutes to downtown area, this house was a perfect distance from restaurants and activities. The house was so clean and there were great note all over so it was easy to know where things were. The hosts were so great to communicate with and very helpful. Would definitely go back!

Eddy’s place was a great base for our family. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were comfortable and well designed with some nice personal touches. We enjoyed the backyard and the hot tub and were able to cook everything we needed in the kitchen. It was easy to get everywhere we wanted to in SLC and to ski from the neighborhood.

We had the perfect stay at Tracy and Jason’s home. So cozy and convenient for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. Highly recommend to couples, families, anyone looking for a great place that is close to anywhere you might want to go in SLC. 💗

Very accommodating for our girls trip👍🏼 We each had our own bedroom space but could gather in the spacious living room. Clean & quiet! A trip into SLC was 30 min but we were close to Antelope Island, Hill AFB, and hiking trails.

We enjoyed our stay at Betty's place. There were plenty of beds for our adult kids and space for us to enjoy time together.

This spot is so cozy and inviting. It is like staying at a friend's house. The location was good and it was easy to get to restaurants and shops in SLC. I want to come back when the garden is in bloom!

Excellent stay! My colleagues and I stayed here for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The space was cozy, warm, and spotless, perfect for relaxing after long days. We especially loved the hot tub! The layout of the space was great for a small group, with plenty of comfortable seating and a well-stocked kitchen that made it easy to cook meals together. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. Daniel was an exceptional host!! He was incredibly responsive, friendly and accommodating, even allowing us an early check-in, which made our arrival so much smoother. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Excellent location. Close all of the restaurants and happenings downtown. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and the backyard is a perfect hangout, complete with hot tub, grill area, fire pit, basketball and pickel ball. Great place. Thanks for everything Sheri.

The rental felt safe and clean and matched the description. Conmigo was proactive with communication and everything was very clear in terms of instructions. The place was clean and there were plenty of amenities. Great to have off street parking as we had a car.

I reached out to Joel the day before I was supposed to be there and asked if I could add on another night it was available and he made it happen for me! The house is very clean has tons of items in the kitchen. Anything you would want is in there.Tons of games beautiful house I will be back.

Chau was super responsive and attentive! The home was clean, quiet and the layout was great for multiple guests where we weren't all over each other. The fenced backyard was clean and taken care of. The beds were comfy and it was quiet enough to sleep with the windows open. Couldn't have asked for anything more

My family of 4 had a good time at Cami's place. Our kids enjoyed the bunk beds and we loved the area. We could get to restaurants and downtown easily, and other towns/cities were a very close drive as well.
