The waterfront is our favorite spot in Darwin, with so many fun activities and delicious restaurants to explore. Benji’s house is conveniently located on the ground floor, right by the swimming pool, making it super easy to take a dip whenever you like. The house is so comfortable, charming, and filled with good vibes. We can’t wait to come back next time! Thank you for hosting us!

Great location at the Darwin waterfront. Lots of restaurants in easy walking distance. Beds were comfortable and the apartment had plenty of space for 3 adults.

This was a super easy Air BnB trip. We booked at the last minute en route to Darwin based on the reviews, and Leanne made it all run so smoothly. The apartment had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. The pool was lovely swimming at all times of the day. The apartment block was very quiet and the other (permanent) residents were friendly and welcoming. A great location between the waterfront area and the CBD meant we had the best of both worlds. We stayed 5 nights in this beautiful apartment. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the harbour, we watched the ships of all sizes come and go. Night fall and the lights were very pretty, seeing the storms roll around Darwin was spectacular. The apartment is uncluttered, relaxing and well set up. We only had to fill the fridge with the food and drinks we wanted. A quality apartment for couple, family or friends.

My colleagues stayed at Leanne's unit during the NTCA Conference. They loved it, great location and close to the conference. Leanne provided easy to understand check in instructions and was a pleasure to deal with.

We LOVED our stay! The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and beautifully presented and clean! The location was perfect.. we spent so much time at the wave pool, grabbing a coffee and having dinner - all seconds away! Views from bedrooms and balconies were amazing and we even got to see some cruise ships coming and going! We would def stay here again and would 100% recommend (even for larger families)

Five star accommodation and location. Six star service from Helen and Chris. Nothing was too much trouble if ever there was an issue Chris was so responsive and the consummate professional. Great apartment - spacious and well equipped. Within walking distance of all the things Darwin City has to offer. Was great to get out and about, and then to come home to an airconditioned apartment with a lovely, breezy balcony.

Our family of 5 adults had a terrific stay at Helen and Chris's apartment. Plenty of room for all of us, close to amenities, and a 7 minute walk to the Waterfront. They've thought of everything you could possibly need to make you feel at home. We will definitely book again on our next visit to Darwin.

A lovely apartment in a fabulous location. Very well equipped with comfortable furniture, bed and pillows. One of the best rentals we have ever had. We would have loved to have been able to stay longer. Only one small improvement could be more pots and pans -- a bit difficult to cook a full meal with only one saucepan and one frying pan! Chris responded quickly when we had a bit of trouble with the door key. Thoroughly recommend!

Fabulous location, great amenities in the unit. Can walk to the CBD or the Wharf easily if wanting to change up from the multiple restaurants on doorstep

Had a great stay - so clean! Have stayed within the building before but this was the cleanest room ive stayed in so far. Nice and close to the pool and a really great sized bathroom. View isnt as much of a 'wow' factor as rooms on a higher level, but that wasnt a concern of mine. Would definitely recommend!

A great little apartment in Cullen Bay with everything you need at a great price. Chris was helpful and responsive and was also able to organise a rental car for us delivered to our accommodation. On site reception is also a bonus.

Isabella was great to deal with and very quick to respond. The place was comfortable and in a great location. Was very thankful for the aircon that worked well.

Anthony was a joy to deal with from the moment I made the booking, to when I arrived home. He always responded promptly when ever I had a question. The unit is well located, has a good kitchett and awesome AIR-CONDITIONING & FANS.

Excellent location- central to Darwin city with everything in walking distance. Close enough to everything and far enough away that we weren’t bothered by late night partying. The view from the balcony was divine- city scape and stunning sunsets. Watching the boats coming and going. Caught the breeze beautifully. The apartment was clean and included everything we needed. Eli was communicative and provided clear instructions around check in/out, etc. If you’re visiting Darwin and are without a car- I highly recommend this apartment.

Had a wonderful time staying at Sunset on Smith for 4 nights. Ideal location, great views and as the name suggests stunning sunsets. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the spa, sipping drinks and watching storms roll by. Pristine apartment with all necessary amenities. We couldn't get over how soft the bed sheets were! Would highly recommend, look forward to staying at Eyve's place in future.

I felt at home there. The owner is flexible and friendly. The location is good. And the kittens are very friendly!
