Incredibly great view from the balcony. Alex the cat, who is the property manager, comes by regularly to check on his guests. He likes to paid in treats for his service. Yurga is a funny and helpful person. If you are a light sleeper you should bring earplugs as the fridge makes a lot of noise at night. Otherwise everything was great! Thank you very much!

Well what can I say; we loved our stay in the villa. Pictures don’t do justice to the place. Ocean is literally your backyard and you can easily walk to many local places. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants privacy and wants to have. Private ocean. Would want to come back again to Giorgos place again

I’d come back again and again. If you’re up for a drive through the windy country roads, this is a must stay. It is a gorgeous property, the view is unbelievable, and it had everything you could possibly need plus some. And the hosts went above and beyond. We even were baked a cake! I am already planning my return trip. As far as driving to beaches and things, it was pretty easy and quick. It’s about a 12-15min drive down through the backroads (all paved nicely) and then you’re in kissamos. We daytripped to Chania and Falassarna Beach and Balos with ease. If you don’t mind driving, this place is well worth it!

The villa is lovely and has everything you need for a holiday. Clean and well maintained. There was extra cleaning during the week. Great view of the sea and the mountains. The cars passing on the main road, which is 100m below the villa, create a slight noise, but it is not unbearable. Maria is a great host and despite the late evening time of arrival she was waiting for us with a smile. She took care of us all the time and gave us valuable advice. There was a problem with the dishwasher, which was fixed the next day as soon as I informed Maria. We had a great week and would come back again.

This place is an absolute gem! It has the most SPECTACULAR view!! We loved everything about it. Most especially, it's location. We really appreciated the fact that the owners went out of their way to make my husband's 60th birthday celebration memorable. The home was beautifully adorned with Christmas decorations and birthday banners; they even had a cake and candles for him! They were so accommodating and pleasant. William was a wealth of knowledge about the area from a historical perspective and very interesting to talk to you. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We love our stay, the place had everything we needed. The location was amazing. Konstantinos was extremely helpful and responsive. We will be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in great location near Chania old town.

Beautiful apartment at a beautiful location

The apartment is located very conveniently a close walk to the old town and bars and restaurants near the harbour. It has everything you need and is very comfortable, with 2 beautiful balconies almost giving you a 360 degree view over the city. Check in was very easy and communication with Tamar was timely and efficient. We had a great stay!

We stayed here for five nights and were very satisfied. Everything you need is available, and the cooking utensils should be a little more extensive. Maria was always available and helped, we felt very comfortable. And the location is truly unbeatable!
