Clean and uncluttered and has great potential. Could have a small couch to sit on after hard days work and better blinds and curtains. Great for the price you pay for. Loved the friendly dogs who always greeted you at the gate. Great weekend away accommodation.

The place was clean, well decorated and it felt like a home. The stay was so lovely, and the hosts were great with communication and responsiveness! It’s super close to Roche Estate and had decent parking, so if we are ever in the area for a festival again, we would definitely stay here! Highly recommend if you’re staying in the area :)

The house was in a great spot with just a short walk to the beach. Plenty of room for a group of people and ver convenient for day trips!!!

Awesome stay

This home is exceptional, not only because of how well it is presented but also because of how excellent Katerina and Matt are. Extremely accommodating and with our baby and two dogs it was as stress free as travel could get. The home had everything we needed including a great back yard for the dogs and baby to run around and around burn their energy. would defined recommend as it is central to everything and very private as well. Thank you for hosting us. 👍🏾🙏🏾

Amber’s property is truly amazing. Not only is it a super comfortable and clean, it’s a welcome ‘home away from home’. Amber really has thought of everything. From the supplied beach towels and beach bag, sunscreen and beach toys, to the coffee machine, extra blankets, fans and books of local walks and sights - there really was nothing we wanted for. We spent 7 lovely nights at Amber’s - close enough to the beach to pop over barefoot for a quick dip and so nice to wake up to the sounds of the beach every morning. 100% recommend.

The place felt very spacious and had all the amenities you would expect. The karaoke machine was a bit fiddly to get functioning however once we figured it out we made good use of it. When we arrived place looked clean and looked like the photos, however there was a lingering smell of curry throughout the house. Some of the towels smelt like old milk which went away after a few cycles in the laundry. Would recommend for big groups.

We had a great stay at Melanie's over the New years period. The house has a great layout for families or large friend groups looking for a relaxed getaway. The house is well looked after and has all the amenities you could need for any length of getaway.

We had a relaxing family getaway at Olas villa #5. The villa is spacious, well appointed, with calming neutral decor and everything you would need for a trip away with family or friends. The plunge pool was refreshing after a long hot day of exploring local surrounds. Birubi beach is a short walk away. My family was delighted with their lovely welcome surprise. Jaymie is a thoughtful host and very responsive.

We had a great stay at Lily‘s place. The children loved the pool and enjoyed the spacious grounds. There were plenty of plates, glasses and cutlery. The beaches and walking tracks were close by car.

This place is magical. We returned a second year in a row and this time was even better. If you want to get off the grid and forget Covid, masks and all the stresses of life, the Villa doesn’t disappoint!

We had lovely weekend in the Calabash Bay Lodge. We love everything about the house, the beautiful view, the fishing time, the wonderful interior and so much more. We will come back for sure !

Bruno was the best host we’ve ever had (and we stay in AirBnBs a lot!). Bruno and his wonderful family went above and beyond to make sure our Christmas stay was special. We loved the spacious home with incredible views of Garigal National Park. The location is perfect to do all the things Sydney has to offer. It’s an easy 20 minute drive to Manly where you can ferry to basically anywhere. We even made a day trip to the Blue Mountains, which was so enjoyable. There are walkable shops and restaurants. It’s beautiful and hilly, so it’s also a nice little exercise too! It’s close to some beautiful hikes as well. We comfortably slept 11 adults and an infant. The house is very big, and we used the perfect temperature pool every single day. We loved the place and are already talking about coming back! Thanks Bruno and family for being so fabulous!

I stayed for 3 nights and it was a very breezy check in and check out, everything was very tidy and clean when we checked in! The pool was a great addition to the house and we enjoyed it very much☺️

The villa was at a great location being just around the corner from Blueys Beach and the shops, and it was easy to drive to other beautiful beaches and lakes, Forster / Seal Rocks. It had everything one could need, and it was very nice to sit on the balcony in the sun. Overall we had a nice and comfortable stay and we’ll definitely be back in the future.

So close to harrigans, pool in the complex, amazing water view and perfect for multiple people to stay. I would stay here again. Thank you Yasmin!

It was a fabulous place to stay, my friends and I had an absolute blast here, there were many variety of pools to hangout at. The nearby Tavern had while limited options in drinks especially non alcohol, had some great food at good value. Sadly the weather didn’t hold up for us to try the tennis courts. Only minor issue for us was that some of the restaurant pamphlets in were 30 mins out, which is fine but for us we just wanted to stay local. So that was the only disappointing thing for us since some of the menus looked amazing.

Greatly enjoyed our stay at Caves Beach, with the pool being an absolute highlight for kids and adults alike!

Beautiful place with great amenities Janine and her team were really responsive and helpful. Great location to get away for a quiet break.

We had a fabulous stay! Everything as described, spotlessly clean. Spoilt for choice with 4 swimming pools. The heated one was perfect for rainy days and evening swims. Very handy to have the restaurant onsite too for dinner overlooking the lake.
