We felt very comfortable in the small house in the mountains. It has everything you need - above all, it is beautifully located. You have a great view of the mountains and absolute tranquility. Check-in with Loredana was very nice and straightforward - we will be happy to come back any time.

We stayed in this house for 4 days with 5 people plus a 3-year-old boy. Very nice house, defined and accessible spaces, very large and welcoming garden. Elevated location with beautiful day and night view. Alberto and Vania are very kind and helpful. I recommend it!!

We were out of season at Jadran. We were already in town and were even able to move into the accommodation earlier in the day. We were surprised by the amenities. Salt, pepper, coffee, vinegar, oil... Everything there. The house is situated in the middle of a wonderful garden. That should be taken into account. You live in nature, with everything that goes with it. The beach was beautiful and secluded. About 20 minutes' walk away. The surroundings are still quiet. We hope it stays that way. Jadran was able to give us recommendations for the area that we used. We thank him and wish him health and all the best for the future!

We had a wonderful time in Tomislav's great house! There are 2 apartments with separate entrance which was perfect for us (2 families). The outdoor kitchen allowed us to be outside all day - that was so beautiful! The house has a large, enclosed garden and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The sea and the small city center can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Tomislav is helpful, accommodating and very likeable - we felt comfortable throughout! We definitely want to come back!

Absolutely the perfect house to spend some time on your own or with a loved one. Bring your records and hang out listening to music. Go for a wander in the fields. Great food and incredible wines are never far. I really enjoyed my stay here. A very special place which I look forward to visiting again.

Very familial relationship, it was as described. There was a gift for guests and we were also given watermelon, farm eggs or drinks, always with pleasure 👌

Super nice hostess, always reachable, if you need something you can reach them straight away. I was asked before arrival if I needed anything, like a baby bed, in which room and it was set up and it was a real bed for babies, not a folding bed. I can only recommend it to anyone who needs peace and quiet... Cities can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car or by bike, if you are on a bike you should first look at the surroundings on the map as it is very hilly

Montefegatesi is a very well-kept town. Alessia's house is really well kept and the surrounding landscape is enchanting. It is an ideal accommodation for a retreat in the peace of nature. From Montefegatesi, there are several well-marked routes, even for non-experts. We'll be back!

A beautiful home in a great environment. The furnishings were very personal and tasteful. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need. James and Philippa were quick to answer any questions and very helpful. Many thanks to the two for a beautiful holiday.

The place is lovely, both the house and the surrounding nature. Very clean and tidy apartment equipped with all amenities. Alessia and Francesco were very kind and very helpful. We appreciated that the apartment had the necessities for breakfast and pasta. A plus for Akita and Pixel who welcomed our stay. We really felt at home. Highly recommended

Dina and Florin are warm, lovely, very approachable people whom went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. We have stayed for two nights in the Mexican House and would love to be back for a more extended period. Just living in such a house for two days is a beautiful experience in itself. It is a perfect place to go on hikes with kids or just enjoy the house and surroundings if it rains. Thank you for everything , we had an amazing time.

It was a great experience to be here. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and showed us everything in peace. The breakfast was fantastic, and just for us a lot of extra vegan offerings on request. We would recommend it to anyone and would be happy to come back. The animals were also great and the kids jumped right into the pool.

The house is located in a peaceful and beautiful area where the locals were extremely friendly and helpful. Villa Elisa was well-appointed and a perfect base from which to explore San Marino, Rimini and San Leo (to name a few). Thanks to Luca's excellent recommendations we also discovered superb swimming pools and restaurants.
