Sarah‘s house was perfect for our weekend in Murphy, as our friends live there. Sarah was very quick to respond to my messages and sent her handyman over right away to get the bathroom light switch to work. Kitchen was great! We didn’t use the hot-tub or outdoor area because there were several places to gather, talk and relax inside. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Plenty of towels, too. The Nest thermostat made it easy to adjust the temp at night. She was thoughtful to provide snacks when we arrived late our first night. The house is very large and in a quiet neighborhood. It worked perfectly for our needs and with some minor updating, it will be an awesome house! Great communication with me from beginning to end. Would love to stay there when we visit Murphy again.

The place was exactly as shown and would be great for anyone looking for a retreat. Our only regret was that we didn’t have more time to spend at the house. We had a very busy trip and didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked. Lots of games, hot jacuzzi, very relaxing back yard space, etc.. loved it and will be back!

Mike and Adriana were probably the best hosts I ever had. I was able to contact them all day and night and they always cared about our well- being. The house was really clean, everything was working properly and the amenities were great. Thank you for the great time.

Our stay at Kim and Kal's place was amazing! Their home was beautiful , spacious and cozy. We traveled to Arlington to experience the Solar Eclipse and we enjoyed it out in their beautiful yard. Their home offered a pool table for everyone to enjoy. Outside had a grill in which we utilized. Loved cooking in their spacious kitchen. Best part was that each room had king size beds. Liked all the white in each room, very clean! Kim and Kal responded quickly to any questions that I had. Directions were easy to follow. I would recommend this place to any family. It met our family needs. Neighborhoods was quiet and nice. Thanks for the goodies upon arrival! Thanks again!

Diana was a wonderful host. She was extremely responsive and the house was absolutely beautiful. Very spacious and the pool was perfect.

We had a family gathering for Thanksgiving weekend. The bedrooms/bathrooms worked well for us. (A couple of issues: The front porch fixture was not working. We tried switching out light bulbs, but that did not work, so it was difficult for a couple of our family members to find us when they first arrived at night. In one bedroom, there was an area rug, that had a turned up edge and could have been a tripping hazard.) We informed the contact, who happened to live in the neighborhood, to let her know. She was always good to respond. We loved the openness of the living room area, the outdoor fire pit, and knowing that there was plenty of TV's available. It was a very convenient location, with access to stores, grocery stores, etc. We requested an early check-in, and it was graciously granted, but as it turned out, we ended up not needing it. We had a great time!

We had a great time. Three families came up for a wedding. The space was great and Brenda was so easy to work with.

This house was absolutely beautiful and the perfect place to host our small family reunion. It had plenty of space to entertain and the kitchen was fully stocked for our rather intense food preparation and cooking needs. We also took advantage of the grill and made sure it was cleaned for the next occupants. The appliances were all updated with plenty of space in the fridge and plenty of counter spaces for our many cooks in the kitchen. There were plenty of beds and other sleeping arrangements for our specified number of guests as well as a very accessible bedroom on the first floor. We did not get a chance to use the amazing pool and hot tub, but they were available and ready to be used. We also appreciated the fully stocked four-story dollhouse that was available for my niece to play with. Overall, the neighborhood was extremely quiet and peaceful and we strive to maintain that same vibe. We even took a nice 2.2 mile walk on the nearby Nature Trail nearby. Thank you so much!

Such a beautiful place to stay. I had a family event of about 16 people and this place was perfect. Plenty of space and things to do for all ages. BK, the host, customer service, communication, and follow up was over and beyond exceptional! He made us all feel welcomed and appreciated. I would absolutely recommend this stay for anyone that’s interested in visiting Texas. Thanks for everything BK!

Amazing Home! So much character from the amazing views to the fabulous decks! They were awesome extensions of the home. Ceiling to floor windows made the outdoors such a beautiful part of my days. The luxurious spa bathroom made relaxing easy. Plenty of room for a masseuse to set up and have incredible pamper days. Family time was full of fun activities. The game room was spacious enough for a lot of friendly competitions on the pool table! The rooms were well thought out thru the home...free of clutter. Everyone enjoyed their rooms and privacy. This spacious home allowed our big family to come together for my mom and still have lots of room to really enjoy our time! If you're looking for an "at home" feel as soon as you walk in, this is where you and your family should consider. We made lots of fun and unforgettable memories here and plan to return to make more.
