Very cozy king bed and pretty sitting area with smart t.v.. The cottage has private entry and one parking spot next to the entry. Some of the best dining and shopping in Dallas is all within a 5 mile radius, many walk able.

This is our second time staying at Ron's, and it will not be our last. The location is just minutes away from why we travel to Denton. Communication has been spot on, the space has been clean, we have an actual driveway to park in, the quietness of the neighborhood, a godzillian food options locally, and a ton more positve reasons why we will be back.

Stan's place was great! The tiny house was exactly as pictured and the outdoor space was perfect for our pets during our stay. Everything is gated, even our vehicle was behind a gate, so it felt super safe being closer to downtown. Would absolutely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay, Christopher's home was exactly what we needed to a trip for a concert at AT&T Stadium. My husband and I had no trouble getting an Uber to the event and back. The place was cozy and Christopher was very helpful and friendly.

We picked this place because it was a mile away from the Arboretum that was the venue of a wedding we attended. The place is a hidden gem in a crowded and loud city. Surrounded by large trees and greenery, it’s easy to forget this is in the middle of Dallas! Vernon was very welcoming, told us a lot about the surrounding area and even offered to drive us to the wedding. We felt completely at home during the trip. We fully recommend staying at this location if you are in the area.

The location was ideal—situated in a great area that felt safe and convenient. It was close to both Dallas and Fort Worth, making it easy to explore everything the region has to offer. The host was responsive and accommodating, which made our last-minute trip stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
