House vacation rentals in Dai Lai lake

We had a few hiccups with our original Airbnb, so our review is solely based on our experience with the hosts and not this exact listing. The hosts were very communicative and responsive to all my questions. They had a staff member to help us with check-in, especially when we had a really late check-in. They were willing to be flexible and helpful. They also helped us arrange for a car pick up from the airport. The rooms we were in were spacious; water pressure and air conditioner worked really well. Good location that was a quick Grab away from the main attractions; we also had access to a coffee shop downstairs that was spacious and cool. Overall the hosts were clear and the space was good! We initially wanted one place with four rooms, with a shared communal living room for our party, however we ended up with four separate rooms on the same floor, which ended up working well. They were sure to accommodate specifically what we asked for when there was a minor hiccup! Great hosts.

this place is perfect for getting out of the hustle and bustle of the city. All employees are very friendly and super accommodating. When I didn't go so well on the day of departure, we were also allowed to check out later. On excursions, we were always helped directly to organize a car. It is really a very nice and quiet place. the food is also super delicious.

Great place, nice pool, good food service to the villa and drinks for reasonable prices! We enjoyed staying at the villa and had great fun! However, when we checked in they were still about to clean and filter the pool for an hour and while we were having a private gathering in the living room in the evening the housekeeper walked in without notice which was a bit uncomfortable.

Everything was really wonderful! Linh went to hand because we wanted to check in faster and offered us a larger apartment that he had available earlier. The only thing that didn't match was the price of the pool, we were told that one resident pool ticket was free, and the rest of the guests at 150,000 vnd per ticket. In fact, we all had to pay after 177,500 for the ticket, for the resident there was only a 15% discount. It's possible that the pool scammed us

Absolutely stunning! The lake and the house are just beyond beautiful. The host is super nice and recommended us such a cool local market 10minutes away from the house. It’s 30min away from the Airport and besides you can rent a motorbike Right at the house. If you have the chance, you should definetely stay here. We loved it!

Very nice, clean and hygienic

Check in was a bit complicated - we had to check in at Flamingo Dai lai, communication was a bit bumpy. The property is about 1 hour away from the airport. Was always a long way to get to the capital Hanoi by taxi - but we knew that before. Otherwise very nice large facility. The room is quiet and was clean and comfortable. If you like privacy, this is the place to be.

The location is easy to find and holly is very responsive during our stay here. She also provided us with thick blankets and it really helps esp at night when the temperature was dropped. One thing that needs improvement is kitchen utensils cleanliness esp the kettle. Overall, we had a nice experience staying here. Thank you!

This 3-bedroom Airbnb was perfect for our group! The place was clean and conveniently located near everything (especially the market!), and comfortably fit all of us. Considering how many people it could sleep, it was definitely worth the price. June was a fantastic host - very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay which has the lake view and near the super west lake mall and alot of cafes arounds. Would recommend this place away from all the busy hustling city center.

Recommended by friends as a place to stay when visiting Hanoi. The host provided a very easy to follow description for finding the entrance and they were always enthusiastic in their support . We were pleasantly surprised by first step to the entire house very clean, smell fresh and well equipped. There is a kitchen and dining area on the first floor for us to cook for cause we go to the trip with whole family and we so happy to cook for each other . All the staff always asking us to do daily cleaning if we need. It was very convenient for us to get around the Old Quarter and the city center. It was indeed an interesting experience for us to choose Su Casa as our place of stay, we will definitely come back next time.

We enjoyed the stay at Ukiyo house ~ Ngan was proactive and communicated well prior and throughout the trip too! When I accidentally left behind a set of clothes and realised it only a few days later, she was active in helping me to find and I got them back safely. Thank you Ngan and Ukiyo House! ☺️

The Homestay is a Gem ; away and close at the same time. Away from the heavy traffic and noise but within mins to the action on foot. Long the one who I interact most is precise, attentive to your requests and always willing to help. Alice the other co-host gives valuable advice on where how and what to visit. They are both outstanding. No need to think twice, just book.

This charming homestay on Phố Hàng Vôi is a hidden gem! The wooden decor creates a peaceful, resort-like atmosphere, and its central location makes exploring the city easy. The host’s hospitality is top-notch. A great plus is the elevator, although you do have to pass through a flower shop on the first floor. However, this isn't an issue at all and adds a nice touch to the experience.

Everything was perfect, great location, the room is clean, there's wifi , the host is very responsive! The only small flaw is there is no natural light

This location is at the top of the booking unit. You can reserve tour packages and rentals here. The unit felt comfortable and secure and was close to the attractions.

We rented the whole house, all four rooms, for our group and it was convenient, clean, and comfortable. Great value and location was 4 minutes walk to train street, 15 minutes walk to Hoan lake or whatever it’s called. Beer street and night market are 12 minutes or so as well. The stairs to the rooms are steep…backpacks are best for that climb! You can manage with suitcases but you will get a workout in for sure.

a great experience staying in a house in Hanoi Old Quarter. the place is very spacious with a large balcony. the location also very convenient for walking to attractions. Be is very friendly. love the way she decorated the room with her artwork.

Rosie’s place was so wonderful that my friends and I decided to stay for a couple extra days. Rosie was very welcoming and accommodating for our itinerary change. She included us in the first full moon celebration with delicious sweets and fruits delivered to our place. Thanks for included us Rosie. The only thing I forgot in my previous review was to mention how great it was to have a washing machine for laundry. Works well and very clean. Each room 101/201/301 have patios with furniture for sitting to enjoy coffee with friends. The top deck 301 was a perfect get together place for my friends and I. We spent a few hours here hanging out and enjoying the street views of Hanoi :-)
