The accommodation is located in a landmark, so it was easy to explain to all the drivers, and there are various facilities in the building (supermarkets, restaurants, theaters, etc.), so it is easy to live.

Staying in Bǎng Khuê’s place felt like home. The place was clean and had so much character, I actually felt sad about leaving when it was time to check out and fly back to my home country. plus the host felt like a friend, I enjoyed the sweet messages I got for them. I would definitely go back ✨

Hai was very accommodating and quick to respond. Self check in/out instructions were very easy to follow. Room was clean and as described. Love the restaurants and shops nearby. Shopped for local brands during my last stay in the city, there's a lot of options within walking distance. Will highly recommend this place.

This house with its design and interior decoration should be ranked the best of the best Airbnb stays in Vietnam and that’s exactly how Airbnb should be like. The unique atmosphere and rural vibe are so deeply rooted in that house. I believe the host must be an architectural talent that stands out from our younger generation of artists.

Staying at Thịs property was less than a 10 min drive to the main market. A perfect distance to be out of the tourist frenzy and welcomed with warm smiles and offers of help from the lovely locals . For me walking around this area had everything I could need and more to feed hungry tourist in me looking for experiences. Just about anything you purchase seems to be halved and more being out of the busy tourists areas. Anna was made herself available and was very accommodating, offering to do my washing freed up an afternoon and was very great full for her help. Don’t be turned off by the stairs as there is not a lot and who’s in a rush ? Just a lovely country, and an exsperience waiting around every corner .

The netflix projector screen is a big plus and will help you have a great relaxing night.The kitchen is fully equipped with tools and condiments, so we can cook delicious meals by ourselves.A smart dining table where you can work and eat is very convenient. Self check-in/check-out via the app is very convenient and safe, especially for couples looking for a private space.There is also a luggage elevator, so you don't have to worry about moving your luggage. We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

The cleaning was tidy and the building was safe. Convenience stores and shopping malls/grocery stores were located in a 1-minute walk, so it was very convenient!👍

Kenzo is a great host. during booking, he was very responsive and answered my many questions. He arranged for our airport transfer and had a representative show us the apartment. access was easy. location was perfect - 2 convenience stores and 2 major coffee chains downstairs. when you're looking out at night at the beautiful skyline, you'll be happy you made the choice to stay far enough from District 1 so you get more peace and quiet, but close enough so you don't get FOMO 😂 Pictures are as described - beautiful views. we had access to Netflix and the projector, so kids didn't want to leave the apartment. all the appliances worked well and the apartment met all our needs. we didn't use the kitchen much, as food was so convenient, but it was fully stocked. Kenzo showed us the rooftop pool of a building nearby (current pool under maintenance). it was conveniently accessed and had beautiful panorama views of the city. would recommend a stay here.

Beautiful room, light, cozy decor. The lobby is nice, the receptionists and the security are very friendly. The internal utilities are very good, the pool is large, there is a very ideal place to walk.

I am glad I chose this apartment. It's well worth what you pay for. There is a washer, no dryer, yet you can air dry your laundry right in the patio. There is clothes line already hooked up. You can walk to a lot of restaurants and spas. Perhaps, there is a spa in the building on 38th floor. I stay in an apartment on 25th floor. It's quiet enough to have good sleep. The apartment doesn't have a nice scent like what I normally experience at hotels. However, it doesn't smell bad neither. Next time, I would bring scented candles. The AC works well. The bed is hard enough. Pillows are ok too. The host is very sweet and responsive. I would definitely use their Airbnb again once I'm in the area.

It was a good place for a family of 8! We had a great time. The place is nice.

Location was convenient and apartment was very spacious for the price. I would definitely stay again!
