Had a great and comfortable visit! Very quiet with a private entrance. Close to downtown in a great neighborhood. Friendly hosts. Definitely will stay here again in the future!

EJ and Nancy have such a lovely property. We easily felt we had our own space. You can tell that they've been doing this for years, and have a great way of making everything comfortable for guests. Our two kids had space to spread out, the playground is not directly next to the front door of the apartment, but you can see it through the yard's trees & hear them more or less within ear shot. Kitchen was amply supplied and set up, & there are plenty of storage spaces and creature comforts to make the stay feel like home. Beds were comfortable & clean, super comfortable pillows. The unit itself doesn't get a ton of natural light, but to be expected in redwoods. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, we had a nice time chatting with them. Wonderful hosts, they felt like family. Their little dog is so so sweet and friendly as well, my kids loved the dog. Great location, easy to get to surrounding areas and Santa Cruz proper. Would return!

Felt like it was just lke my home accept they have a hot tub that I used almost every night during my stay also had a beautiful garden. Is very quiet and relaxing.

What a gem! We had a wonderful time at Steve’s house. The house is beautiful, functional and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more. The property itself was incredible - private and peaceful with many activities for kids (and adults). The house is also ideally located close to downtown Los Gatos. Quick and kind responses from our host. We will definitely try and stay here again.

We stayed with five people, and the space was more than sufficient. The room was very sophisticated and clean, but the bathroom door didn’t close properly, which made opening and closing it a bit challenging. Additionally, adjusting the shower temperature was somewhat difficult. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we had a very comfortable stay.

Joann's place was perfect for my mother-in-law! We live in the same community so my mother-in-law was able to walk to our unit easily and she loves the landscaping of our community so it was a treat for her to walk through it every day. On top of that, Joann's place was more updated and nicer than ours so she felt very pampered. :P My mother-in-law kept calling it the penthouse suite so it was a great success. If possible, we would book it for every one of her visits!

This home and host were great! Mike was quick, responsive and very easy to work with. Their home is beautiful and described very accurately in the posting. Best part is the fantastic back yard and awesome location! Just a walk to Castro St which is filled with shops, great spots to eat and meet friends. We had a great stay here and will likely be back in the future.

An excellent second stay at this conveniently located place. The hosts are polite on top of communication and the instructions are very helpful. Easy parking and access. I would definitely recommend this place for business travelers or small families visiting the area. The fitness center has just enough to edge out local hotels and the outdoor areas are quaint and well kept.

Wrich’s place was great, just like he described it, but even better. Very responsive and helpful! Great homey place close to downtown and the airport! loved it, would recommend, and would come back to stay again :)

What a lovely spot. Its obvious Pat and Doris founded their homestead on kindness and love. The community surrounding them are warm and welcoming. We made good memories here. Thank you again! Looking forward to coming back soon!

Kim's place was extremely conveniently located in Santana Row. Her home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. She is a most responsive host and available whenever we needed her. If you are looking for a comfortable, clean and conveniently located close to great restaurants and shopping as well as major highways, look no further.

I had an absolutely tranquil and relaxing stay at this wonderful Airbnb! Nestled in a quiet suburb, it was the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The garden was a true highlight, offering a peaceful space to unwind with its beautiful greenery and serene atmosphere. The neighborhood was calm, and I felt completely at ease throughout my stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

This is a gem of a stay in a fantastic location. I live close to Rezan’s place and had to move out of my house for construction. Finding a place that would allow me to bring my cats was hard. Rezan wanted them to be comfortable; she and her sister went out of their way to remove decorative touches that would be a temptation, tied up drapes, and put a beautiful cover on the sofa. The quiet, peaceful setting and fantastic bed combined to give me the best sleep I’d had in months. Rezan’s hospitality is unequaled. The pictures can’t do justice to the decor and gardens.

Vijeta and Mennu have a lovely, comfortable spot in a central location which is walkable to the shops yet also in a nice neighborhood area. The apartment has everything you need. It was perfect and I am already scheduled to return.

This place was perfect for what we needed. My colleagues and I stayed for a week and we each had our own space. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to be right on Santana Row.

Woodside - and particularly up the hillside is like an emerald enchanted forest. Ricks place is like a hideaway from another time, cozy, enchanting and homey. We had quite time nested in the Redwoods and adventures galore. Come explore!

Everything was perfect the house was amazing with its pool and hot tub… Everything mentioned was there but unfortunately the Air-conditioning wasn’t available for the first floor and the fans in the rooms where not enough for cooling. Lastly, Rahel the host was very welcoming and we had an easy check-in. Great communication she was very responsive to our notes…

We stayed at Sara's while visiting family nearby, but her home felt like a vacation in itself. The backyard is magical - we spent a fair amount of time there, swimming, grilling/dining, reading/napping. The backyard (and its myriad diversions) even lured our tech-obsessed teenagers away from their devices for extended periods. Everything was well maintained, no detail overlooked. We also enjoyed the access to a peloton bike and workout equipment. The interior was clean, organized, stylish but comfortable. The sunroom and small courtyard off of the bedrooms were great for yoga or stealing a quiet moment with a cup of coffee or book. Sara was responsive and attentive. Instruction booklet was clear and helpful. The stay exceeded our expectations. We hope to be back.

This was a good choice for a football game at Levi's stadium. The home was within walking distance and was in safe location. Communication was prompt and helpful. The home had everything we needed for our quick trip. We would stay there again

Great location on Santana Row with cafes and restaurants within a short walk. We only used the kitchen for breakfast. It was suitable for other meals, too. The two BRs and two BAs were useful. Note that the 3rd bed is upstairs next to the master. We enjoyed relaxing on the couch and watching TV.

Susan's place was close to everything specifically downtown Morgan Hill. Restaurants, dessert shops, different ethnic foods were all there and we enjoyed going to all of them after working remotely during the day. She had excellent and top of the line appliances such as the washer and dryer, full-sized refrigerator, toaster, and kitchen utensils. Working remotely is a lifestyle that is a big part of my husband's and mine. Susan made it seamless for us with her high speed wifi. I was even able to workout every morning as she has a spacious living room. Thanks again Susan for hosting us!
