Cozy, cute, amazing bed, beautiful pool and really good energy in the place. Just bring some extra utensils if you are more than 1, not a problem. Just incase. Everything of this place we will remember for a long time. The decor is also super pretty.

This is a wonderful apartment with a great location. It is a 3 minute walk to the beach and about the same to the restaurant/bar plaza in Orient. The hosts were easy to communicate with.

Very nice studio with high quality furniture and amenities. The location is very convenient either to spend the day at Grand Case beach or to use as a base and explore the many other beaches and towns on the island. Beach chairs, towels and umbrella provided for your use. Great AC, shower and firm mattress. Large supermarket a few minutes away to stock up on groceries. Highly recommend this studio.

We had a lovely stay and the view from the apartment is beautiful! The apartment is well located, close to the center of Marigot, which is very convenient and we were well received:)

Our second stay at this lovely place! Laure was very responsive to questions I asked before our arrival. She met us at check in and explained everything as she reacquainted us with the apartment. She also checked with us a couple times during our stay. Apartment is very roomy with a king bed. Air conditioners in the bedroom and living room. We loved having breakfast on the patio overlooking the pool. Apartment is very clean, safe, and quiet at night. Had absolutely everything we needed with many extras included. There are many beach bars with chairs and umbrellas nearby. Also many restaurants with varied menus within easy walking distance. There is a small grocery store nearby too. We love staying at Orient Bay. Thank you again for a wonderful stay! See you next year!

Leo's apartment in Grand Case was amazing! The space itself is very comfortable, equipped with everything you could need for the beach, the kitchen or just lounging at home. The view is spectacular and the location is perfect, very close to great restaurants and bars for a fun night out. In addition, Max, who helped with our stay, was an excellent host! Not only was he highly responsive to our questions and requests, but we ended up having some trouble with our rental car on the last day and he went above and beyond to help us fix it. I couldn't imagine a better place to stay while in St. Martin and would 1000% recommend staying at Leo's place.

The place was great, the patio is exactly as it looks, the pool is refreshing. François was so helpful and responsive the entire trip! Helped us with our luggage and with anything we needed thought out! Just noting the upstairs bedrooms are loft like and to watch your head. The AC works great even upstairs.

We had a wonderful time. The home is absolutely gorgeous, with a beautifully maintained pool that provided a perfect spot to relax. The location felt very safe, adding to our peace of mind throughout the stay. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway.

Wonderful Stay in Saint Martin! We had an amazing time at this villa! The space was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, with a beautiful pool offering breathtaking views. And lots of outdoor seating . The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to beaches and restaurants. Olivier was very responsive and helpful, making our stay seamless. Highly recommend and would love to return!

I left a piece of my ♥️ in St Martin and can’t wait to travel back and absolutely stay at Cyrille’s again!!! Stunning views, comfy seats everywhere, inside and out, including the mattress☺️. Air conditioning inside if needed. The kitchen is so well stocked, you will be amazed. With a wonderful French market just down the street, preparing a scrumptious meal for dining on the deck was delightful🥰 Thanks Cyrille, see you soon😏

We had a great time at Sandrine’s place. Great location in a gated community away from hustle and bustle of the island. Access to a sandy crowd-free beach with all amenities was the highlight of our stay. We would visit again.

Julia responded to all our inquiries quickly and met us to check in. She also met us to check out. The apartment was modern and very functional. It is a few steps from the pool and has a gate that is across the road from the beach. The pool area is great as there were some windy days on the beach and the staff at the Alamanda kept the place clean. The location was right next to the village which had many great restaurants and bars. We recommend staying here and will be back.

Lovely is a wonderful host. Very accommodating and prompt with communication. Allowed us to check in early which was very helpful. She was at the condo waiting for us when we arrived. Would definitely stay again.

We very much enjoyed our stay! We arrived at night and Emma waited for us to make sure we found it and showed us where to park and where to grab some dinner at Fred’s Pizza. When we woke up in the morning we were amazed at the beautiful ocean view, beach and surroundings. Host was very good at communication. We would stay here again for sure when we return to St. Martin!!

14 days of discovering several beaches a few restaurants did not miss. Despite the water outage of a few days, we had a lovely stay the temperature between 28-30 degrees. The flamboyant gives us access to the pool. Our host Marie-Chantal is very kind, adventitious and discreet. Two minutes away: a gas station, mini grocery store, bakery pharmacy and rotisserie for all to make our days easier

This place is a total gem!!! 100/10 for location and amenities. Centrally located in Simpson Bay, and literally steps from the beach. Within seconds, you’re right on the sand! We’ll absolutely be back. The beach has great restaurants, and bars offering the full island life experience! Andrea is an amazing host- always quick to respond, very helpful and genuinely kind. The condo interior is new and included everything we could’ve wished for- exceptionally well-equipped for a beach vacay, including beach chairs, loungers, umbrellas, snorkel gear, etc. The complex is gated, with a pool, gym, and nighttime security. All in all, just an amazing spot. We had a perfect beach vacation, and can’t wait to return next year!
