It’s a cute little appartment with a pool ion the property. We enjoyed our stay, definitely recommendable!

Very nice condo in the Cupecoy area. Mariana and Manoj were great in communicating and providing the instructions. Great to have two bedrooms with their own bathrooms. There are two nice pools on site and a very cute beach. Parking was very easy and lots of spots onsite. Really enjoyed my stay.

Very nice place to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We were hosted very well by Coralie who responded quickly to our questions. We'll go back.

loved the stay at Amaury's place - he was very responsive to all my questions prior to booking. location is a dream, two steps from the beach and he supplied chairs and parasols as well! walking distance to all the great restaurants in grand case, and I felt pretty safe as a solo female traveler. would recommend many times over! merci pour tout, Amaury !

My wife and I enjoyed Valerie's place! Everything was so clean and it made us feel right at home. We will definitely book again!

Our second stay at this lovely place! Laure was very responsive to questions I asked before our arrival. She met us at check in and explained everything as she reacquainted us with the apartment. She also checked with us a couple times during our stay. Apartment is very roomy with a king bed. Air conditioners in the bedroom and living room. We loved having breakfast on the patio overlooking the pool. Apartment is very clean, safe, and quiet at night. Had absolutely everything we needed with many extras included. There are many beach bars with chairs and umbrellas nearby. Also many restaurants with varied menus within easy walking distance. There is a small grocery store nearby too. We love staying at Orient Bay. Thank you again for a wonderful stay! See you next year!

Shary was a wonderful host and everything was perfect. The apartment was everything that I expected and more. She was always responsive and helpful and they made sure everything was perfect. I will definitely be returning in the future and would encourage anyone reading this to stay at the Nest!

We stayed at Lia's place for a week. So glad we choose this home. The house was as described, very clean, well maintained and updated. Lia was very responsive if we had any questions. The property location is amazing and property grounds very well kept. You have the airport runway in the front and the beach in the back - Even with being that close to the airport, the airplane noise was not bothersome at all. The beach is very nice and there is a cute boutique hotel next door, Mary Boon's, that you can walk to for drinks and meals and to just hang out on the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lia's place and look forward to a future stay here again when on SXM.

Francois is a wonderful host of a beautiful property. We had questions a few times and he was very quick to respond and help. We needed specific types of chargers in order to adapt our American devices to European outlets, and Francois went out himself to purchase them. Above and beyond!! His home is a great set-up with many nice amenities. A lovely property with fantastic views!! Thanks for everything Francois!!

We had a wonderful time. The home is absolutely gorgeous, with a beautifully maintained pool that provided a perfect spot to relax. The location felt very safe, adding to our peace of mind throughout the stay. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway.

Oliver was a fantastic and very responsive host, always ready to answer our questions quickly. The location of the villa is absolutely amazing, with a breathtaking view that we loved to admire every day. Although the villa shows some signs of age and could benefit from some renovations, it has a lot of charm and character, which made our stay special. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to those looking for a beautiful and relaxing place.

I left a piece of my ♥️ in St Martin and can’t wait to travel back and absolutely stay at Cyrille’s again!!! Stunning views, comfy seats everywhere, inside and out, including the mattress☺️. Air conditioning inside if needed. The kitchen is so well stocked, you will be amazed. With a wonderful French market just down the street, preparing a scrumptious meal for dining on the deck was delightful🥰 Thanks Cyrille, see you soon😏

Anne is definitely a super host being very responsive and making sure we were comfortable. Anne made time to greet us when we arrived which was very special. The condo is well located and had all the appliances and resources to have relaxing stay and also very quite. The sunsets are absolutely gorgeous from the patio. My only negative feedback is there are lots mosquitoes in the condo complex which caused lot of discomfort for the first three days and then we had to shut all the doors to prevent mosquitoes from getting in. Definitely future clients need to keep this in mind and take precautions

Lovely is a wonderful host. Very accommodating and prompt with communication. Allowed us to check in early which was very helpful. She was at the condo waiting for us when we arrived. Would definitely stay again.

We very much enjoyed our stay! We arrived at night and Emma waited for us to make sure we found it and showed us where to park and where to grab some dinner at Fred’s Pizza. When we woke up in the morning we were amazed at the beautiful ocean view, beach and surroundings. Host was very good at communication. We would stay here again for sure when we return to St. Martin!!
