Vacation rentals with a pool in Cupecoy Beach

Christine's place was excellent. we've stayed in the compound before and really like the atmosphere and closeness to the beach. This unit is really nicely furnished and maintained, great access to the pool and breeze blowing in off the sea. thanks so much for making it such a wonderful vacation!

My family and I (5 year and 17-month-old boys plus three adults) stayed for 7 days in December. Amazing experience from start to finish! The place was exactly as depicted and described online.... Delphine, indeed is a super host!! Responsive to every need and doing it with a great smile :) This location is close to restaurants and coffee shops. All accessible by walking or driving. There is a little national park "trail" steps away as well! Great views of the bay and ocean! The views are incredible especially from the infinite pool ...honestly, I can go on and on! Make no mistake this is the place to stay and be in St. Martin. Highly recommended we will most definitely be coming back!

This place is so great that we had to make a return trip. Just like the first time, John's place was excellent. The weather is definitely warm during the summer, so we were thankful for the A/C to keep things cool at night. The pool was great, and the house was stocked with more than enough beach/pool towels to last us all week with 4 people. It was also nice to be able to wash any wet/dirty laundry before packing it up for the return trip. Another wonderful vacation thanks to John's house, we'll definitely be back again (again)!

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Everything was beautiful, clean, well kept. 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants. Initially I was worried because previous reviews mentioned gas propane for the stove and not all bathrooms had showers. We were pleasantly surprised to find all the bathrooms had showers and the stove was a gas line. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The outdoor back yard was beautiful.

First, the pictures really don’t do this place justice. Second, Flo was beyond amazing, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s traveling to St.Maarten! Till next time Flo! <3

We had a very nice stay. The location of the house is fantastic and is close to all restaurants, beach grocery store. The host was very flexible when we arrived and we are very grateful for that . The place was very clean and well maintained. We'll definitely be back! Thank you!

A great place to stay for a group! The house was clean and well stocked with toiletries, towels, detergents, beach chairs, basic ingredients in the kitchen, a cooler and so much more that made us feel at home. We appreciated that the host always responded quickly whenever we had a question or concern. For instance, one of our air conditioning units wasn’t working and he sent over a repair man on the next day. We would definitely recommend!

This place was fabulous! The host was extremely responsive, informative and proactive! He thought of everything! He sent a video to be included with the check in process. That was a first. The AC works great! Everything is labeled! The coffee shop is right in front of the complex, as is EVERYTHING ELSE! This was such a great stay and St. Maarten was amazing! We stayed in Anguilla first for about 4 days, then St. Maarten for 4 days, the British Virgin Islands for about 8 days, then St. Thomas for a day.

Joe was one of the best host I've come in contact with. He is enthusiastic! It was almost to good to be true. What you see is what you get! Joe is very responsive and knows where all the local spots and beaches are; hes literally the tour guy at your fingertips. If you have any questions about your stay hes literally a text away. The codo is a beauty 😍. I spent a week there for my birthday and literally felt like I was at home. If i can give this more stars 🌟 i would 🙂.

All around a great place to stay, one needs a car to get around to beaches and food stores. The views from our balcony was beautiful would recommend.

We loved this place so much that we came back to stay a second time! It’s beautiful, peaceful & has all of the amenities you could ask for. It’s also super convenient for families traveling with children. Roel is quick to respond to any questions that may arise while you’re there. It’s a home away from home & you literally have everything you need right at the condo. It’s an awesome place to stay & we look forward to visiting again! It’s the best Airbnb experience we’ve had to date!

Jayne was very easy to get ahold of and very quick to respond! We loved the big pool and how we could walk to the beach. The beds were not very comfortable but everything else was perfect.

Tracy place was absolutely amazing—so comfortable, beautifully maintained, and in such a great location, especially the amazing views. St. Maarten is truly a paradise, and staying at her place made the experience even more special. We loved every moment, from relaxing having a coffee looking at the amazing views to relax in the pool with the family, and exploring the stunning surroundings. It was an absolute pleasure, and we’re so grateful for the opportunity to share in the beauty of Tracy wonderful space. We hope to return one day and create even more amazing memories! Note: First impressions of the road to the villa was surprisingly steep but after a few drives , you get used to it. I would say, it prep you for all the adventures on the island.

Lovely apartment. Very spacious and well located with all what you need for a short stay. Quiet and good place to spend good time. Kevin left us all the basics in the kitchen and lots of towels to use.
