Mountain cabin that sits on 2 1/2 acres of private woods. Very quiet and peaceful retreat with a beautiful view of mountain woods. Newly remodeled full kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, landline, WIFI . Enjoying the beautiful view on the deck area and out door fire pit. Road is not paved but well maintained. Close to Historical Gettysburg National Battlefield, hiking and fishing. I allow a pet under 30 lbs. with a fee of $ 20 per night. Welcome all nature lovers, hikers, hunters, and skiiers! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin next door to Pinchot Park, Ski Roundtop, and state gamelands. Just a short drive to all amenities in York and Harrisburg but you feel like you're in the woods away from it all. Wildlife is everywhere. We frequently see deer, turkey, and foxes. We are also pet friendly with a fenced in back acre. If you want to visit Gettysburg and Hershey, we are centrally located.

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer's home! Jennifer was extremely responsive during the whole process. The house is historic and the property is beautiful. It was very cozy for a winter visit, and extremely accessible to Roundtop mountain for a day or two of skiing. The master bedroom and bathroom are beautifully redone. Our family of 7 (3 adults, 4 kids) and 2 dogs fit comfortably in the house. We hope to make the trip again soon. Thanks for a great stay!

Connie and Marty's RV "cottage" was peaceful and well equipped and we had a wonderful few days here. Connie and Marty were great hosts. Their place was tidy and had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home during our stay. It was cozy and the views were lovely. We often saw beautiful rescue animals grazing around the property. Bird watching was excellent, as was the abundance of birdsong. While walking the trails on the property, we spotted a wide variety of song birds plus a few scavengers and raptors. Highly recommend, if you're looking for a peaceful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Our stay was amazing…peaceful and serene. The property is beautiful, the cabin extremely cozy and comfortable and the porch was exceptional with the swing to relax and drink coffee or your fav beverage. I highly recommend choosing this cabin. The hosts were responsive and extremely helpful. Definitely one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed at for relaxation with my family.

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. It was clean and cozy, just what we needed for some over due family time and R&R. We had a great time fishing the creek, exploring the town and trails and enjoying the wildlife. Lost of ducks, geese, even goslings, salamanders, turtles, deer, rabbits and a woodpecker! The place had everything we needed.

Every day we were at this place, we said how grateful we were it was available. The apartment is very private. The homeowners had company and people came and went, but there was no noise on our end of the building. A+ The kitchen had more than we could use (including a waffle maker). T-Fal pots and pans. Plenty of teas, coffees, and snacks. Bathroom was very, very clean. Shower was standard, but plenty of water pressure. Toilet had a round seat. Bedroom was great and comfortable with ceiling fan above the soft queen bed. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. A place we are looking forward to returning to again in the future, if possible. So relaxing and restful. We can’t wait to try the patio with fire pit and grill. Each day we saw more and more deer, birds, and other wildlife - but hardly any people. It ticks the boxes for private, quiet, and very, very clean.
