The place was great. Clean, beautiful panoramic views, very secure, and the generator was a lifesaver especially in the afternoons when the rest of the neighborhood lost power. Thanks Chris!!

Mildred treated me like a family member not only did she care about my stay she cared about my safety, when I was out. The place is better than pictures. There are plenty great vegan restaurants and a grocery store all in walking distance. The building also has 24hr security and the views from the place is to notch. Mildred place will be the only place I stay when in Ecuador.

The apartment is really nice, with everything you need (although there is no oven or vacuum cleaner). It is close to everything to do shopping, eating and getting around. Thank you to Santiago for his speed in responding, and to the concierges for his kindness.

I can only tell you that it is an exceptional apartment. It has everything you could possibly need. Of course I would come back. I highly recommend it. Good area and location near restaurants. Thank you very much Veronica.

We enjoyed our stay at Gabriel's place, the apartment is well equipped for longer stays, has a washer and dryer, utensils and everything you need to cook your own meals. Good location, safe, great views from the bedroom. Our only slight issue was with the noise at night, as the windows are fancing a busy street. If you are a light sleeper, might wanna grab some earbuds.

It was a pleasure staying at Yama's home in Quito. The space was beautiful, quiet, and well protected with a security guard at the neighborhood entrance, and Yama was very accommodating. I am happy to find such a lovely home in Ecuador for this visit, happy to stay here again in the future.

Everything like being at home, super comfortable

We had a great stay. -Sparkling clean and spacious new house, didn't feel cramped with 10 people sleeping there. -The caretaker lives on site and is available to help with anything. He takes care of the pool, preparing and cleaning it for you, covering it up at night, etc. You'll see him around the property some taking care of everything, but he doesn't get in the way. -We enjoyed the heated pool. It takes a day to really warm up to the max temperature, so it felt pretty cold the first day, but after that was great even when the sun wasn't out. -The chaquiñan bike trail (which goes all the way to Cumbayá, like ~25 miles) is one block away so it's super convenient -Great host, very responsive -The only hiccup we had was that the caretaker wasn't answering his phone to let us in when we first arrived, so we had to wait for 15 minutes, but that was a small thing. Overall, highly recommend - thank you!

Great condo in nice area. Several of the listed accommodations were missing but were installed over the first few days of my visit. Maid service had to be brought in for cleanliness issues. Host responded to all requests.
