Great place, looked even better than the pictures! Heaps of space and a great view with lots of restaurants in the area 😊 it’s a little bit of a trip to the historic centre but not too far. Would recommend :)

We enjoyed our stay at Gabriel's place, the apartment is well equipped for longer stays, has a washer and dryer, utensils and everything you need to cook your own meals. Good location, safe, great views from the bedroom. Our only slight issue was with the noise at night, as the windows are fancing a busy street. If you are a light sleeper, might wanna grab some earbuds.

Great condo in nice area. Several of the listed accommodations were missing but were installed over the first few days of my visit. Maid service had to be brought in for cleanliness issues. Host responded to all requests.

It was a pleasure staying at Yama's home in Quito. The space was beautiful, quiet, and well protected with a security guard at the neighborhood entrance, and Yama was very accommodating. I am happy to find such a lovely home in Ecuador for this visit, happy to stay here again in the future.

Everything like being at home, super comfortable

My days at Ximena's house was great, one of the things I liked was its location, it is a safe area, very nice, it is close to la Carolina park ( very nice and nice to walk in an afternoon), easy to take transportation, the trolley, metro or bus. The apartment is very nice, adorning with paintings and objects that make a nice place. p On the other hand, the room was comfortable, spacious, the perfect bed to rest after a whole day outside. And the complement of my stay was the kindness, willingness and good energy of Ximena, we share a few minutes each day chatting and telling stories is a great host effectively one of the location of the apartment

We loved it, we didn't hesitate to choose it on our next visit!
