Covered Bridge Properties proudly offers this 1 bedroom cabin. Relax on the porch, take a nap in the daybed swing; while the kids walk down the path to the river to fish! Bring your pole! There are several local restaurants with a 15 minute drive from the cabin, Top Hat BBQ & El Molino Mexican Restaurant. We are only 15 minutes from 165.

Magical Mountain Retreat with Vintage Charm

Our second home is a mix of mid-century modern and "cabin in the woods." It sits on 2 heavily wooded acres and backs up to a mountainside with rock outcroppings. The main living area (living room, dining area, and kitchen) is raised about 4 steps, and the bedroom and bath areas are on the main level. There is one large bathroom with a shower. There is an electric fireplace surrounded by ledge stone in front of the u-shaped built-in sofa. There is abundant reading material & 2 TV's.

The Cotton Pickin' Little Farmhouse

This little white farmhouse is full of country charm. Built in the 1920s and added onto numerous times, it was renovated for the final time in 2017. The house sits on the edge of our family farm beside a field. A barn/pond sit nearby. The house is 2br/2ba with a living room, kitchen with essentials, dining room and laundry. An air mattress is available upon request. There's a porch & back deck with swing, charcoal grill & small fire pit (must bring charcoal, lighter fluid, wood, etc).

Keep it simple at this peaceful and thoughtfully curated 1962 Smith Lake cottage. Completely updated with multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy. New one slip covered boat dock with swim pier just a few steps to water, plus access to free boat launch at Rock Creek Marina. 4 kayaks included plus floating lily pad. Perfect for families, couples, or friend groups. BIG water views from every room. Massive sun deck for outdoor entertaining, relaxing & watching the sunsets.

Cozy modern cabin in the country

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Small 2 year old home sits on 20 acres but close to Lake Guntersville (8 min to boat ramp). Fenced yard for your pets. 10 minutes to Marshall North hospital, 10 minutes to Guntersville. Very peaceful and quiet. Watch deer and other wildlife from the porch. Easy parking for those with boats. 110v 20 amp electric for charging your batteries as well. One note, the gas fireplace does not currently work.

After a day on the water, make sure to relax on the back porch and watch the sunset. Smith Lake is a beautiful place to get away. Our Slice of Smith cabin boasts great views on a quiet area of the lake. No matter what season, you won’t want to leave!

The Austin House-Glen Arbor-historic Oneonta home.

Located in the heart of Blount County. The Austin House-Glen Arbor is convenient to Birmingham, Huntsville, and surrounding areas-close to interstates- walking distance to great restaurants and entertainment. As of 11-9-23 we are no longer a pet friendly rental. *complete bathroom model- Feb 2022**. Please note- we love guests. But, our home is not a party house- even for bridal and groomsmen.

Heaven on Smith Lake

Beautiful house over looking Smith Lake Park. Bring your boat to our shared dock or rent our ski boat. Kayaks available for your enjoyment! We provide a golf cart for easy access to the shared dock and pool. Only small breed pets allowed, no more than 20 lbs. Pet fee is $50 per pet for entire length of stay. No more than 6 guests may occupy the property at anytime.
