They help you with your luggage, very kind. The place is clean and pleasant. Only the bed is very hard and the pillows very soft but everything was great

The truth was very comfortable in the accommodation, it was true that there was noise like puppies but that is not the fault of the host. I was going for a medical consultation and decided to stay longer to enjoy the city.

We booked for 7 days exactly and we felt totally at home, the place is very nice and very quiet, the area is equally quiet even though several transport routes pass nearby, the location could not be better, just halfway between Puebla and Cholula, everything was short for us! The hosts were always attentive to everything, anything I asked or commented, immediately supported us, simply 100% recommended!

Víctor is an extraordinary person, attentive and responsive. The place is quiet, comfortable, and has all the basics. There’s lots of pharmacies, grocery stores, banks, laundry, doctors, dentist, all at walking distance, while is a bit far from the city, you have most of the regular covered close by. Totally recommended.

The house was perfect for us. It has the ideal space if they go with families and with pets, it has the necessary services for a comfortable stay, the subdivision has security and surveillance and the location is excellent for getting around the city. Arlen was always in communication with me and waiting for our arrival, without a doubt, every time we go we will stay there. Thank you very much for everything!

I have stayed in many Airbnb‘s and this was by far the best, the host was super responsive, helpful, flexible and friendly. The home was beautiful, spacious and updated with a highly functional kitchen, exceptional bathrooms, and a spacious balcony. My family and I loved the area, it was quiet, but a quick stroll to the historic center of Puebla and other fascinating sites. Hope to come back my family in the future.

A very pleasant stay, it is very close to downtown and a market where there is incredible food, the place offers privacy and comfort; the apartment has everything that is advertised in the listing. The administrator is very attentive, responsive and solves problems. Highly recommended. :)

We had a great three night stay at Edgar’s apartment. It was super clean, well stocked with everything we needed and appreciated the kitchen to cook simple meals and washer/dryer. Edgar went out of his way to ensure any minor issues were resolved quickly. Highly recommend!

The place with Joss is as described and if it's clear what he's talking about with the location. The accommodation is small but comfortable and it is appreciated that when you arrive it is clean and smelling rich. The beds are very nice and comfortable, the bathroom clean and always with hot water. Joss was always on the lookout and recommended several places to eat and breakfast. Another thing to note is that the home is pet friendly!! I would definitely go back to book the place!!
