Everything is very good, it complies with all the points mentioned, I would only clean the jacuzzi that was full of dirt, out of that very good

everything super agusto, on the beach to enjoy the sunsets, the apartment is very comfortable, clean facilities, quiet area and many things at hand

This is the second time staying and everything has been perfect. The spotless place, it has everything you need. It's not right on the beach but you just cross the avenue and you have direct beach access. I definitely recommend it!!!

Everything was perfect, the furniture was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need to cook, and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool and the Airbnb. The smart lock was the maximum (so you don't have to carry the keys anymore). Citlalli always responded quickly and in a very friendly way. It's definitely a place we'd go back to.

Everything is excellent, we will be back soon, the facilities are impeccable as well as the apartment.

Excellent host and very attentive.

Everything matches 100% with what was offered. Vero and Mr. Pedro super friendly and helpful. The house is received clean, equipped and ready to be used. The on-site parking allows up to 2 cars (in our case a sedan and a hatchback) and in general the house and its perimeter allow privacy when being in the pool and outside the house. Literally the beach is a door away, that if, for our case, the little corridor that faces the beach had a bad smell, like chicken droppings but otherwise everything was excellent. Mr. Pedro always very attentive, friendly and helpful in doubts and/or aids (like we who forget the keys to the house inside and close everything) and his team with Ms. Sonia also very friendly. The house is 100 for what you pay. I don't remember seeing this in the instructions and/or publication but as FYI 1000 MXN are requested as a deposit upon arrival, that if everything goes well they will return them to you at the end of your stay.

The house is beautiful and the accommodations were beyond great. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The place is spacious with a well stocked kitchen and the bed made for a great night's sleep. The location is quiet and a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and stores. The pool was always so inviting and a wonderful place to relax. Zack and Amy are always very responsive with any questions or things you may need. We loved our time spent here and definitely would stay again.

Excellent place. very cozy honestly the only thing I would recommend is to put a full ramp with cement on the step where the car goes up to enter the garage. since the 2 blocks that there are move as well as it is difficult to beat them with both tires because the street is very narrow, and then sticks the car if you do not focus it well. outside that external detail. i consider that everything inside was 10/10 if I get already very demanding only that the dining room played with the beautiful wood finishes of the kitchen and the doors. the ventilation super well. Fernanda would be very kind to return without hesitation in every time I go on vacation. since I consider the best of the 4 airb-b I have visited from San Patricio.

The apartment has a very good location, within a private coto,many places to eat and go nearby, in addition to nearby shops, it has a beautiful garden in front of the house with a lot of space and a private palapita facing the sea, Natalia the host always attentive and gave us recommendations of beaches and local restaurants, I would gladly return

The apartment is in a quite nice and quiet set of apartments, the apartment is very spacious and has everything you need, the pool in the house is quite nice and for the children it is perfect. The area is not precisely central or easily accessible I think if or if you must go by car but in general you go to the main road very easy. Highly recommended 👌

Overall good. The only detail is that at night you had to cover the bathroom drains and close the small patio door as there was a drainage smell.

The stay at the apartment was very good. The coto is very quiet and the amenities are very pleasant. The instructions to enter are very clear in the description of the Airbnb, and the check-in was easy. Totally recommended .

Good things to note: The place is walking distance to the beach, and has a small grocery store that has everything you will need for a few days. This made it very convenient for its location. You won’t have to drive anywhere. The villa also provides additional services for a small fee. The host was very friendly and quick to respond, no issues on communication. Areas of opportunity: Be aware that there is a $1,000 pesos cash deposit required upon check-in. This seemed like a red flag at first because this was not advertised anywhere in the listing until the booking was completed. From my experience, I did get my deposit back, I think it won’t be an issue as long as you follow their rules and guidelines. I think this should be communicated in advanced. There is a pool, which is very clean but i did not like using it because there were a lot of mosquitos. It was unbearable at times. The mosquito issue is just in the pool area.

excellent place.

The place is like a private hotel, there’s a 24hr reception, a pool with a full service bar, a restaurant that has live music. We had difficulty with the front door keypad but after a chat with the host, someone from the building came up and fixed it. The apartment is right next to Walmart. The space is very nice! I would happily stay again.

We had a great time, Doug very friendly and the locals too. La.playa del Club Santiago is very close by car less than 10 minutes away and very comfortable to go with family The apartment has a beautiful view, it is modern and very nice.

Excellent accommodation, good attention from the host, highly recommended for large families.
