Vacation rentals with a patio in Crystal Cove, Newport Beach

The apartment was exactly as described and shown in photos. Mary was very helpful and responsive. I can highly recommend her as a host and this apartment.

Our group just needed a place to crash for the night... this place was so much more than a crash pad. it was quiet and restful. My friend says he hasn't slept that well in months. It had the feel of being in the heart of the city with lots to do and places to go, but was restful too.

Juan’s spot was great - excellent location walkable to restaurants and coffee shops around Silver Lake, but the AirBnB itself is peaceful so you get the best of both worlds. My fave part was the outdoor patio overlooking Juan’s yard, which was filled with beautiful plants and his two sweet, adorable husky dogs. There’s a fence between you and Juan’s yard so if you dislike dogs, there’s no need to interact. But if you love dogs it’s a big bonus :) The AirBnB was very clean and comfortable. Juan was super friendly when we crossed paths. I’d stay there again and I highly recommend it.

My family and I really like the place. It was quiet and very clean. The only problem was the parking , I thought it was part of the payment but actually it is an additional charge of 50.00. I would go ahead a pay for the parking in the garage, parking is a premium so it worth parking in the garage. I would recommend this place.

This is a cute, clean, cheerful little house. I was worried about street parking but I was able to park in front of the house every night. The bed and bedding were very comfortable and there were plenty of plush towels and washcloths. It was great to have a washer and dryer since I was there about 2 weeks. I appreciated the water and beverages in the refrigerator. This house has everything supplied in the kitchen that anyone would want. I worked daily on my computer and never had a problem with the wifi. I also felt safe here. This house is a great size for one or two travelers. I will probably stay here again!

We had a nice stay, right off the beach. The place is small but comfy for 2 people. Kirk was super responsive and accomodating. We liked the patio with the mandarins. As the ad says, some of the accomodation and arrangement of the place are a blast from the past, but that is also fun in itself. Everything is functional. Cleanliness could have been better. Parking was no problem for us (in November), in front or across the main street but one has to keep an eye on the street cleaning dates/times . All in all, thanks for a friendly, comfortable place to stay for a few weeks.

Julia's is a great find, a little oasis of calm in the heart of Culver City. I am a walker and was able to walk to Baldwin Hills and the Culver Hotel and plaza, Whole Foods Market and more! It is a little more challenging to drive around, so that is a preference. The kitchen is also a delight, furnished with high-end equipment and very efficient. Sweet little front porch on which to sit and ponder. Julia gives detailed and clear instructions.

Cheryl is a great host, very responsive and quick to help out when I had a slight issue checking in. The place is small but comfortable and has everything you need. One of the few Airbnbs I've stayed in that has a pizza cutter! Yay! Keurig coffee maker with a few Kcups provided. Nice outdoor space but I did have a possum and two skunks come to visit! Good thing they kept tripping the motion sensor for the automatic lights so I knew when they were coming and could go scare them off before they became a problem.

Shayne Home is a charming and cozy cottage that provided a very comfortable stay. Its location was perfect for our visit, just five minutes from California Baptist University and conveniently close to everything we needed. Although we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the backyard, it was beautifully maintained and added to the home’s welcoming ambiance. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Very responsive hosts, answered our questions immediately. Brought some kindling and new lighter, some toys for the kids to play with in the kids room. It was very close to our family in Long Beach so it was a good location for us. Nice fenced yard; all felt safe.

The house is very clean and beautiful. Perfect for 2 families with 3 children. Cozy, smells awesome and super comfy. The house is located about 15 min to burbank, universal studios, warner brothers studios, but Santa Monica and Malibu is also close. Great shopping options near. Thank you for hosting us!

Cute home in a great location. An easy walk to Riviera Village, with easy access to the Esplanade and the beach walking path. We rented a car but walked everywhere. The home itself was spotless with a nice sized living room and separate dining room. Beds were quite comfy and the bedrooms and living room had individually adjustable thermostats. We would stay here again.

Entrance was easy and super welcoming with a personal sign and welcome basket. Everything was extremely clean and organized and decorated with a fun mid century vibe. Like many homes and rentals in the area it was a little small but the layout offered both open space for gathering and privacy in the bedrooms. We enjoyed walking to several local restaurants, thrift stores & the beach. Easy driving to other points of interest. Parking can be a challenge but Sandra was upfront about it in her listing and communication & we actually had no issues finding parking close by. Sandra was wonderful to work with- clear communication upfront and very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I would highly recommend her rental and would definitely stay there again.

Worth every penny! My wife and I spent our short honeymoon at Jose's place, and to keep it short - it was one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed at. The wow factor as you enter the apartment and see the view is simply amazing! Other than that the bed was super comfortable, the TV is pretty huge, and the kitchen has everything one might need. Sure, the golfcart might have seen better days, but it was still a fun ride and a huge benefit for getting around the island (including the self guided "tour" around avalon). The pool area is nice, as is the private beach. We never got around to the other amenities, but I'm sure those are great as well. All in all, zero regrets for booking. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Airbnb! This is the second time we spent Thanksgiving week there and it was lovely once again!

Jeffrey's place was exactly what my group needed for a short weekend stay while we were in LA for a wedding! The place was comfortable, fully stocked with everything we needed, clean, and close to a lot of different places including great restaurants, churches, and late night spots. Jeffrey as a host is one of the most detail-oriented, attentive hosts I've ever seen and I really appreciated his proactive communication. When unexpected things happened as well, he was very responsive and kind even when it work him up in the middle of the night. Personal favorite moments were the floor to ceiling balcony overlooking waterfalls, the well-furnished kitchen, and how nice the shower was. I was especially grateful for Jeffrey waking up and also being understanding with our late check out.

Got to say the picture of the view doesn’t do it justice once you view it in person. A very beautiful scenery, I would 100 percent recommend this spot for a get away trip or you just need some relaxing time please do check it out and it was clean and easy to understand the check in and out overall we felt right at home

I would like to thank Kimberly for everything she has done. Her house is a great location. Our family enjoyed the stay and we highly recommend it. Everything is close by, the beach, the markets, the gas stations and all the restaurants.

Stay at Oksana’s place was great, especially if you have children. She has toys and amenities for the kids also. *note* parking is pretty difficult in the area and takes a bit of luck.

Susan’s residence was perfect. The location was amazing, it was clean, as well as affordable. When I arrived, I was unsure where to pick the keys up, but Susan responded immediately and helped me locate them. I would recommend Susan’s residence.
