A Hidden Gem! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible apartment, and I can't say enough good things about it! The location is perfect – secluded and private, yet within walking distance to the city. The nearby beaches are stunning and easily accessible. The place itself is immaculate and beautifully maintained. The bed feels like a cloud, ensuring a restful night's sleep every time. The cleanliness of the entire space is top-notch, making it feel like a true home away from home. The host is exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. His hospitality truly made the experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely keep coming back to this apartment. It's a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Highly recommend!

We had such a great stay at Marjana's. The house, pool, outdoors is just amazing!! She is a very kind and helpful person. The views from the house are so beautiful and we really enjoyed the quietness. The house is very big with plenty of space and all you might need. We hope to stay again soon!

The apartment was very great, the surroundings quiet. Some action can be experienced on the campsite, which is about a 7-minute walk away. The water there is beautiful, we felt comfortable. But other swimming spots can also be easily reached in 15 minutes by car. Rovinj the city is reachable in a few minutes by car, where there are also swimming opportunities. In Rovinj you can shop well, where you will find Kaufland, Lidl, Netto, Tedi and many more. Natasa the landlady is very friendly. Requests are always resolved very quickly. Absolutely stunning location with access to the beach for swimming or a walking path to town. About a 5 minute walk to a bar/restaurant on the water or a 20 minute walk to Piran. The description does not lie — quite a steep hike from the parking lot to the house, especially with luggage. Definitely bring mosquito repellant if you want to sit outside.

We spent five two weeks at the house. All rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and well furnished. You felt right at home. The possibility to bathe in the pool at any time is perfect. This is not huge, but you can swim there comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped so extra cutting boards or knives are superfluous. For a stay of two weeks, all beds were made once again. Otherwise, several very good restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity on foot. In the village itself there is a small bakery, as well as a greengrocer. The next larger supermarkets are then all in Umag themselves (Konzum, Lidl, Kaufland, ...). Conclusion: Very nice stay!

Pavel’s house on the hill was fabulous. Stunning views with great outdoor eating area and BBQ. The house was full of character, very unusual. Pavel was a great host, and was quick to respond. He went out of his way to help us out. Thank you Pavel.

We booked this great property with friends and our wauzis over the turn of the year. Unfortunately, it was not as bright as we had hoped, but still our "fear"dog was able to enjoy New Year's Eve quite well, as everything could be locked accordingly. In summer, certainly twice as beautiful, as the outdoor area is really great. The house itself is nicely divided and has enough space and space. The location in a cul-de-sac makes it pleasantly quiet and you are in all the cities of Istria worth seeing in no time. The contact via Connor and Tamara (who is the direct contact person on site) was all around great. We enjoyed our getaway.

Lea’s place is amazing and I felt right at home on my first day. She was very helpful, I stayed for a couple months and she made sure I was comfortable. The apartment is bigger than the photos and the terrace is amazing. It’s a beautiful home with great views. It’s safe and quiet and not far from the beach (about a 15-20 minute walk). There are a number of restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store nearby. There’s also a bus stop right outside the front door which is helpful. I would move in if I could! 😊
