Super host…It was a lovely stay. The home was cozy and clean. Well maintained ….Dust free…Even the kitchen was very clean, all the utensils were very neat and tidy. Impressed with the interior of the entire house. The lighting was great too. The balcony view to the sea was adorable. Kerry was always available to answer our questions. She has adjusted our check out time as we checked in late. Such a lovely host. Highly recommend.

We stayed for 3 nights in February 2025 and have to say the place was fantastic. You are 5 to 10 mins walk from the Chichester arms pub up the hill which was opened in 1820 and is a great little local pub. You are about 15 to 20 mins walk from woolacombe village that has a lot of pubs and restaurants. It also has a great beach. The Sunday dinner at the Chichester arms is really nice as well. There is space for one car for each apartment with 2 spare spaces as well so plenty of room for your car. you also get access to an outside cupboard and outside tap which is useful to wash off any sand from the beach. The view from the master bedroom and the living area is fantastic as you look straight out onto the sea and if weather is nice you get a great view of the sunset. Would recommend this apartment to anyone as the standard throughout was excellent and as described on the advertisement. Chris was a great host with no issues at all.

We had a great stay in the apartment in Lynton. The accommodation was as listed and communication was excellent throughout. I would very much recommend.

We decided to get away for the weekend and booked to stay in the annex. Matt was helpful, friendly and polite and was easy to contact if we needed anything. The annex was cosy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A perfect little break away with everything we needed. Thank you Matt and family!

This was our 2nd stay at Chris and Johns and it was just as lovely. Chris is a wonderful host and very approachable and easy to talk to. Firscott is immaculate and has everything you need and with the lovely touch of tea coffee and milk etc and everything for breakfast. Its in a very quiet area with great views so is very relaxing just what we needed and within easy walking distance down to town. Thankyou again and we are looking forward to our next stay very soon

A lovely flat, cosy and warm. Deep bath with lots of hot water. Big fridge and freezer. Comfy beds and sofa. Easy to use Smart TV. Parking right outside. Lovely walks along the coast. Would stay again.

Really cute and snug accommodation. Very cosy. Comfortable. Everything was modern and clean cut. 30 minute walk to the harbour. Ilfracombe quiet at the moment but things to do. Would recommend Robert's snug any time.

We really enjoyed our stay. J was super accommodating for our very last minute booking. A beautiful home near shops, restaurants and a short drive to the beach. The house had everything you could need and more - will definitely be booking here again!

We had a lovely stay at Marina’s well appointed home from home - the house was just as expected from the listing and was a perfect size and location for our visit.

Kim & Simon were fantastic hosts. On arrival we were greeted by them both with all the information we needed. The cottage was very well equipped very clean and relaxing and had everything we needed. Even dog treats were supplied. Location was great for exploring north Devon. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it. The best Airbnb stay so far for us.

So close to the town of extremely friendly locals, but yet the property was so quiet with beautiful views over the valley and lake, made better by morning March frosts and sun. The property itself suited us perfectly, well equipped, clean and spacious. Our hosts were proactive, and friendly, and I appreciated the messages prior to our visit. Our visit to Bude was enjoyed, and the gathered local town knowledge of where to get the best pasties and cream teas was appreciated. We just had a lovely time.

The accommodation was very spacious and looked exactly like the photos. Great village with two lovely food pubs and 5minute drive from great beach at Putsborough. Lovely area with lots of lovely walks and other things to do.

Excellent place - really well thought out design that utilised every last inch of space and very good quality fittings. Nice modern touches with oil fired heating controls, electric velux windows, popup tv in the bed and more. Its also very peaceful, and with two good pubs within walking distance you're well served. The only thing missing is the local grocery store. This had closed permanently a week before we arrived - there are others fairly close by but you'll need to drive on the very narrow roads. All in all a lovely place and Rich was a very good host with fast, friendly comms. Highly recommended.

We so enjoyed our stay here, it was on the pricey side but it was august. We had my mum with us and so struggled with the very hilly inclines m, so had to drive down to beach every day. The hot tub was v clean but took a good few hours to get warm, & didn’t have bubbles as not an electric hot tub, & you have to cross a small rd to get to where the hot tub is? There were not enough plates,mugs , knives forks ect but we will definitely be back the house was so lovely & views & beds amazing, very clean & homely , lots of space for 6 & dog friendly to Thanks Zoe Xx

The whole place was absolutely immaculate. The furniture and beds were comfortable, and the linen and towels felt like new. The kitchen was lovely to cook in, and the pans, knives, etc., were of high quality. When we arrived, there was a little goody basket and a pint of milk. The parking is easy which is a real bonus in Woolacombe. There is a hot outdoor shower and surf shed to lock away wetsuits and boards, making things so much easier when returning from the beach. The beach is a quick walk away, under 5 minutes, with several surf hire places on the way. We have a really lovely stay.

There is little to say except that everything was as it should be and Susan was an excellent host. She even províded urgent meds for a tummy upset. Thank you Susan.

Lovely little apartment in the centre. Really modern inside and a quiet location . Lovely well equipped kitchen. We could only stay for a night would have been longer if we were not travelling longer. Tim Was a great communicator and really helpful

Just arrived home from a wonderful stay at Adie's apartment in Woolacombe. Everything was perfect right from Adie's communication before we arrived, the apartment, the location, the views and even the weather! The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need for your stay. Already talking about booking again for next year. Would definitely recommend Adie's place. Only one problem., can't give more than 5 stars!!

I had a wonderful stay in Sara’s apartment- the view of the sea from the bedroom made every early morning sunrise a beauty to behold. The car park was close by and easy to use. Perfect stay!

Andy & Lisa were great hosts and this is a lovely place to stay. Immaculate and uncluttered with quality furniture fittings and decor. Scones and eggs on arrival was a lovely touch, thank you. I would definitely stay here again
