This was our 2nd stay at Chris and Johns and it was just as lovely. Chris is a wonderful host and very approachable and easy to talk to. Firscott is immaculate and has everything you need and with the lovely touch of tea coffee and milk etc and everything for breakfast. Its in a very quiet area with great views so is very relaxing just what we needed and within easy walking distance down to town. Thankyou again and we are looking forward to our next stay very soon

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful location - Morthoe is so peaceful and good access to other beautiful locations along the coast. The apartment is perfect with everything you need and Catherine was a fab host - we hope to be back!

My partner and I had a lovely few days away in the snug. Exactly as described and had everything you could need provided. Bonus points for the big ring light mirror in the bathroom a really nice touch. Quiet location but close to the seafront and nice places to eat nearby (Robert provided us with a list of recommendations which was nice). Thanks we would definitely stay again!

A great stay at Chestnut Cabin, Braunton. A great location for plenty of reminscing in the local area, having lived locally around 30yrs ago. Easy to find, great comms from Greg before the stay, and ideally located for all parts of North Devon, West Somerset, and North Cornwall.

We really enjoyed our short holiday at Jo and Nick's flat above Lynmouth. The flat was comfortable and nicely furnished, and the views spectacular. There are wonderful varied walks along the coast, up the Lyn river paths, or up onto Exmoor. Many walks start directly from the flat. Highly recommended!

What a stunning house, the perfect weekend getaway in Ilfracombe! John and Kate provided lots information before our stay and were very responsive with communication. All the beds were very comfortable and we had absolutely everything we needed in the house! Thank you so much, we cannot wait to return in the future.

A beautiful home from home, with everything you could wish for and more. This picturesque thatched cottage has been tastefully refurbished to the highest standards and is lovely and warm and spotlessly clean. Lots of nice touches for us and our dog. Lovely walks around the farm and into the nearest village. Kim and Simon are wonderful hosts. Highly recommended.

Excellent place - really well thought out design that utilised every last inch of space and very good quality fittings. Nice modern touches with oil fired heating controls, electric velux windows, popup tv in the bed and more. Its also very peaceful, and with two good pubs within walking distance you're well served. The only thing missing is the local grocery store. This had closed permanently a week before we arrived - there are others fairly close by but you'll need to drive on the very narrow roads. All in all a lovely place and Rich was a very good host with fast, friendly comms. Highly recommended.

We so enjoyed our stay here, it was on the pricey side but it was august. We had my mum with us and so struggled with the very hilly inclines m, so had to drive down to beach every day. The hot tub was v clean but took a good few hours to get warm, & didn’t have bubbles as not an electric hot tub, & you have to cross a small rd to get to where the hot tub is? There were not enough plates,mugs , knives forks ect but we will definitely be back the house was so lovely & views & beds amazing, very clean & homely , lots of space for 6 & dog friendly to Thanks Zoe Xx

Just spent 5 nights here with my wife, in laws and two young sons. The place is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood in walking distance of the beach!! Three large double bedrooms downstairs and plenty of kitchen facilities to eat in if required. Jilly was very accommodating as a host and bent over backwards to help when we needed a high chair. I would recommend the place to anybody and the place fully deserves its excellent rating! We love North Devon!!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! Fiona went above and beyond to accommodate us, and the house was perfect for a long weekend around Devon’s stunning coastline. Everything was clean, tidy, and very well explained in the welcome pack. Easy to find and check in too :)

I absolutely loved my stay and can’t wait to come back! The house was gorgeous and had everything you needed. Will definitely come back in the summer!

The whole place was absolutely immaculate. The furniture and beds were comfortable, and the linen and towels felt like new. The kitchen was lovely to cook in, and the pans, knives, etc., were of high quality. When we arrived, there was a little goody basket and a pint of milk. The parking is easy which is a real bonus in Woolacombe. There is a hot outdoor shower and surf shed to lock away wetsuits and boards, making things so much easier when returning from the beach. The beach is a quick walk away, under 5 minutes, with several surf hire places on the way. We have a really lovely stay.

Tim was incredibly quick with his responses to my texts. The apartment was of very high spec and exactly as described. Location was superb. Everything you need is in your doorstep. We only spent 1 night there but would have loved to stay longer. Thank you Tim and Amazing Emma!

Even if you just stay here for the most unbelievable view, you will not be disappointed! I gazed at THE view for hours and watched its changing landscape, with the tide and time of day. The apartment was perfectly equipped and was spotlessly clean. We loved that our dog was made to feel as welcome as us; she adored the local walks! This was honestly one of the best Air B n B places that we’ve stayed at and even managed to keep two older boys entertained. Thank you for the R & R!

Adie's communication prior to, during and after was great, friendly and helpful. Apartment was lovely with everything you could need including tea/coffee etc, torch, lovely towels to name a few. Ideal location ten mins walk to beach and five to shops etc. Quiet time of year to visit but lovely. Took our puppy Luna (8 mths) and she loved the beach. Lots of dog friendly places too - ate in The Jube and The Beach House. Definitely recommend the Apartment and we hope to be back! Hopefully we'll have better weather next time but still nice to get away! Thanks Adie

A wonderful, relaxing place to stay - the apartment was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean, with everything we needed for a great stay. The location was quiet and peaceful, with amazing views of the hills. We walked along a car-free path to Lynton and Lynmouth so it was easy to visit local pubs and restaurants in the evening. Paul was a great host and can't recommend highly enough! Thanks for a fabulous stay!

Little Spendrift is a lovely place to stay. It is very warm and cosy and tucked away in a very secluded spot. All we could hear was the little river babbling along! The property was equipped with everything we needed for a self-catering week's holiday and we were very comfortable. Upon arrival we were greeted with a delicious cream tea, cookies and a loaf, all homemade by Caroline who was very informative and communicative. We would highly recommend this property.

We had a very comfortable two night stay at The Loft, a lovely well appointed and clean apartment in the country, situated not far from a village shop and several excellent pubs. Caroline happily converted the twin room to a giant double for our son and his wife. We non of us could believe how peaceful it was! Thank you, we very much enjoyed our stay in Shebbear.
