This stay was perfect for us - older couple visiting from Texas. The apartment afforded us the flexibility of being together when we wanted to, and work on our own in privacy when we needed or wanted to. It is located in a real neighborhood, so that the staff of the bodega around the corner gave us a friendly hello when we shopped for groceries, and after a week one of the neighbors gave us a friendly wave. To my mind, it is much better than a Manhattan midtown hotel. The apartment was spotless, the kitchen had everything we needed for a home cooked meal. We used the laundry room, which was as spotless as the rest of the place, and the washer/dryer combo seemed brand new and was easy to use. We stayed a week, but could have stayed longer. Sebastian responded quickly and helpfully the one time we needed help with a random issue. We did not get to meet him, but communication was seamless. We would gladly stay at this apartment again.

This place was great! The location was wonderful.....walkable to great restaurants, a short train ride to Manhattan, and overall great neighborhood. The apartment itself was larger then expected! The space was wonderful for me and my wife. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, everything was clean, and having the bedroom and living area separated by the hall was great for us! Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was wonderfully decorated, cozy, private, and felt very safe. It is 2 blocks from the parkside subway stop and prospect park on a quiet lovely street. The shower head was excellent and the bed very comfortable. The hosts were wonderful and extremely responsive. We love the punchpad access rather than hassling with a key. Thank you!!

My trip was focused around Digital Nomading by day and Broadway shows at night. This place worked out great for me. Quiet, private, great Wi-Fi, a 7-Eleven close by for beverages/snacks. I took the host's suggestion to Uber over to the PATH station and take that train/subway to the 33rd street exit in NYC. From there you can connect to NYC subways and be in the Times Square/Broadway area in just 1 or 2 stops. I felt safe doing this even as a middle-aged solo woman. I will say the whole route took quite some time (over an hour), yet I saved more than $1k for the week using this AirBNB compared to hotels on Broadway. It was all an adventure I enjoyed and would do again. The hosts live upstairs, but they respected my privacy and I did not see them at all. Plus you get a separate entrance for this unit. Ideal set up. Thank you!

This was great - a lovely place in a quiet street. Close to trains, 20-30 mins I to downtown Brooklyn, Dumbo, Williamsburg and 40 mins into Manhattan. Some nice cafes nearby, Dublin donuts on broadway. Caffeine Underground < 10 mins walk. A couple of fabulous bagel places 20 mins walk (Miss Bagel on Fulton street was our favourite and Knickerbocker Bagel on Knickerbocker is also great). All in all a real catch, reasonably priced for NYC, and Maxim was very responsive and helpful. Lovely will be back (my daughter fell in love with NYC and will undoubtedly find a way to move here in the next few years :-)

Patrecia and Birane's place was very cozy and we felt right at home. They had all the things listed and all the bed linens towels were clean and washed. Sofabed in the living room was large and comfortable enough to sleep, like the other beds in the other rooms. They were also very responsive with our requests and helped us enjoy our stay. Would definitely recommend this place to stay!

David's Airbnb is the best place to stay at if you're looking for quiet and safe location to rest in. In my case the perfect place to get work done without any distractions and get some much needed rest. The place was filled with all the necessary essentials, from clean dishware and towels/toiletries and even extra food to use. David, the host himself, was also incredibly helpful throughout the Airbnb stay; consistently responsive. Checks in on you to make sure if you're ok and to answer any questions you may have. Finally the best thing about this host is that while I did not know what to do around the neighborhood; David was kind enough to provide a binder full of information regarding restaurants, things to do, and details about the Airbnb itself. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb for the homely aesthetic, peaceful neighborhood, and access to variety things to do. I most definitely look forward to reserving this Airbnb again in the future.

Harriet's place is the best place to stay in NY! The flat is absolutely lovely, very clean and spacious. Harriet and her husband were very welcoming and always available to help when we had any questions. Jersey city is very nice and only a short bus ride away from Manhattan, so it was very was very easy to travel back and forth every day. I will definitely stay at Harriet's again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place in NY. Thank you again!

Sara’s place truly felt like a home away from home. It was a peaceful and welcoming refuge—beautifully cared for, and incredibly comfortable, with one of the coziest beds I’ve ever slept in (and as a frequent Airbnb-er, that means a lot!). The space had such a calming, grounding energy, and communication with both Sara and Fabien was smooth, kind, and easy throughout. Sara was especially generous and flexible with check-in and check-out, which I deeply appreciated. The location is also fantastic—just steps from the train and close to so many Ditmas Park gems. I would wholeheartedly recommend this space to anyone visiting the NYC area, and I’ll definitely be back.

Denise was such a lovely host! The most welcoming and helpful! She got a beautiful little place in a quiet neighborhood with a gorgeous back yard. Would definitely come back some time during the summer to take advantage of that pool!

I had a great stay at Adam’s place! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was easy, and the communication from the host was quick and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

I enjoyed my visit in NYC. The location is several minutes walk from public transportation, restaurants, shopping, etc. I would definitely recommend to others.

We had a lovely week staying at Tessa’s place. In a rare outcome the apartment is actually bigger than what it looks like online and everything was so easy. Quiet neighborhood close to subway and restaurants. Perfect for seeing the sites or just hanging out together on a rainy day. Would definitely stay again!

Always a pleasure to stay at Rodney’s place. It is always very comfortable, clean and inviting. Plenty of parking. I would recommend - don’t hesitate too book.

We stayed here for three nights while visiting our son who lives nearby. The place was extremely clean and well equipped and the proximity to the Broadway Junction subway station made getting around extremely easy. It was a great place for a short visit!

This is the most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve stayed in plenty in various states. It was beautifully decorated and super clean. Even the cooking oils were in beautiful dispensers that I really want in my house now lol. The instructions to get in the house and garage was very clear. The outside lounge area was my favorite part. I loved the big swing chair!! The Aquarium was so fascinating to take in. There were more than just fishes in there, it was a whole marine ecosystem. They had everything I needed including makeup removing rags, slippers, and a shower cap. They also had snacks and all of the toiletries you need. I will definitely be booking in the future. Zero complaints!!

Loved our stay at Travis’s place. Kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom made the week long stay feel like home. Great location to the subway and a very walkable neighborhood too.

This was a good place to stay at very everything was just as described. Mena was very helpful and easy to communicate with! She had the place ready earlier than check in time giving us the option to check in earlier than listed!

Michael’s place was wonderful for our latest visit to NYC. The place was incredibly clean and welcoming. We found the kitchen to be well stocked and equipped. It was great to be able to have breakfast on our schedule each day prior to heading into manhattan. There was a wonderful sitting area to unwind in and the bed was very comfortable! The bathroom was very clean. Communication with Michael was very timely and helpful. We look forward to another stay the next time we visit NYC!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how lovely, pristine, and fragrant the space was. The high-end finishes throughout the apartment added a touch of luxury, and every detail was thoughtfully considered. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our stay both comfortable and convenient. Communication was excellent, and we appreciated the flexibility in arranging a late checkout at a reasonable cost, which made managing our flight home much easier. The little touches truly made a difference—upon arrival, we were greeted with a lovely bottle of wine and a warm welcome card. There were also complimentary soft drinks and snacks (which delighted our daughter!) these thoughtful gestures set the tone for our stay. Overall, our experience exceeded expectations in every way. Erin and Russ have created a truly welcoming and well-appointed space that we would wholeheartedly recommend.

Perfect place to stay for our trip to New York- the yard is huge and private which was great for our dog. Anna is super easy to communicate with, and it's super convenient on the subway to basically anywhere... highly recommend!

My family and I enjoyed Marc's property. very much. Of all our stays in the NY area, this was the best. The apartment was clean with everything you could need. The rooms were nicely decorated and cozy. The neighborhood was quiet and close to a mall, stores, and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.
