Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Crown Heights, Brooklyn

When I read the reviews before our stay, I wondered - is this Eden? Well... it is indeed! Our stay with David and Ileana was amazing. Everything you could want has been thought of. IN FACT, David went above and beyond. I was flying in from LA with my cat and David picked up all the essentials for my little man so that we could immediately head to the house and not worry about stopping at a pet store. In addition - the snacks... the coffee... the towels (beyond soft), the bed (beyond comfy), the tvs (guest accounts to top streamers). Too many good things to say! My personal favorite touch was the reindeer in the living room, all done up for the holidays and made me merry. Thank you both and we will see you again soon.

Amalia was amazing. so responsive and super helpful. We would definitely come back and stay again! it was so easy to get to the trains and their are tons of markets and restaurants in the area.

This Airbnb was absolutely gorgeous. The pictures do not do it justice! It was beautifully decorated and had every possible amenity that a person would have in their own home. The host was very friendly and she thought of every detail to include in the Airbnb for her guests' use. It's right on the water and had stunning grounds... the furniture inside and out were beautiful and could accommodate a very large family. It was like staying in a resort. You can tell that the hostess took great pains to decorate, furnish, and equip the house with everything possible. It was a beautiful, wonderful stay. (and most notably, it was incredibly clean - specifically the linen and towels, and the entire kitchen, refrigerator, oven Etc. I stay in many airbnbs and this place was spotless. Worth every penny!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was perfect for my whole family, offering plenty of room to spread out and relax. It was ideally located for a quick trip to visit my niece during the holidays—super convenient and close to everything we needed. The host was fantastic, always responsive and attentive to any questions or needs we had. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly spot!

Great place for a girls weekend stay. Host and hostess were very accommodating and helpful all around. Would definitely recommend for friends to stay here. Wished the weather would have allowed for us to use the backyard space.

A sweet place in a great part of Hoboken! Plenty of restaurants and coffee nearby in the neighborhood. The house is very cool and the layout worked well for our family. Easy access in and out of the city with multiple transit options. Definitely recommend!

I can thoroughly recommend this accommodation. My daughter, granddaughter and I stayed two nights here and would definitely stay again. It was extremely good value for money as staying in Manhattan itself would have cost three times as much and wouldn’t have been so cosy and welcoming. Having said that you have got to be prepared to use public transport to get directly into Times Square. Emmanuel took us to the bus stop the first time which was a two minute walk away. The bus takes 30 to 40 mins depending on traffic and it’s clean and easy to pay with cash $4 one way per person. The accommodation provided everything we could possibly need and was nicely decorated for Christmas. Yeny provided a good selection of snacks and a welcome bottle of wine. Coming and going using a private entrance was easy and it felt like a home from home. We didn’t have time to get to know our hosts unfortunately but can say they were extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at the Avenue, union station was steps away from the building so we had easy access into Jersey city and Manhattan. The amenities were fantastic, the gym was exceptional and the front desk reception were always extremely friendly and helpful. The building itself and surrounding area felt very safe and the apartment itself was very comfortable and clean for 3 people and we had no issue preparing meals at home. The only problems we had were the fold out couch was extremely dirty, not comfortable and not able to be slept on - we were provided a roll away bed and mattress once we alerted the host about this problem which was nice. The room is also parallel the main road which is very busy and loud at all times of the day and night. Earplugs are recommended if you are a light sleeper. Would definitely recommend the Ave though we thoroughly enjoyed our time overall. :)

Great location and accommodations. Only complain was the lack of good cookware, but Ruth says she will be addressing that based on our feedback. Great stay otherwise.

This was a nice place for a night stay, apartment is comfortable and cozy. The only downside was that there isn’t any parking, we had to park around several corners.
