This home was very comfortable and clean. It was quiet and peaceful. We were here early March and weather was sunny. You can take in the views without the leaf foliage at this time. We didn’t want to leave!! The rental was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. We enjoyed the fishing pond, the paddle boat, and the hot tub on multiple occasions! The kitchen was spotless and the beds, very comfortable. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions and went out of their way to make us feel welcome! As my family suffers from fragrance allergies we appreciated the lack of perfumes and plug ins. We visited The Farmhouse Finds antiques and food business also run by the hosts and were welcomed with hospitality like I’ve never experienced before. The kitchen and bathrooms were equipped with all the necessities. In our next visit to TN we will be booking this rental again!

What a nice, peaceful stay in this cozy cottage. Great location, well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for relaxation, a very welcoming host and close proximity to nature.

We had a very relaxing stay. Enjoyed the covered porch and views the most. Didn’t get a chance to use the jacuzzi or fish, we were busy with family events in Sweetwater, Madisonville and Hiwassee River Wedding venue. Would return again and next time just stay put at the lake. Had all the comforts of home.

We stayed here for a place to crash when hunting a nearby farm. Queen bed was comfortable and had everything for a boys weekend crash pad. There's a futon, queen and loft bunk area, so for 1 adult and two kids it was perfect. Their farm was great, very nice host and cute grandchildren who made me aware she was "the Main Host" :). They have a working farm with goats, cows, horses, chickens and the two 13 year old boys loved it, we got to roam and explore their 70 acres and had a great time. There's a blue hole "Greeter Falls" only 30 min away. Bring your own food.. not many options, great pizza place open 4-7pm. We grilled burgers and hot dogs, they do have really good eggs and some amazing bread for welcome gift. We'll be back.

If you want a peaceful getaway…this is your place. We met some family on Friday and didn’t leave until Sunday and thoroughly relaxed and enjoyed our surroundings and just being together! The home is just lovely and very clean and it offered a beautiful view! Full kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of restrooms, no worries here!!!

This cabin was just beautiful!!! We stayed out here the weekend that some of our friends got married at The Opal Oak Summit which had breathtaking Mountain Views just 25 minutes away in Morgan County, TN. The cabin up on the bluff above deep water dock made for a gorgeous place to kayak. We enjoyed paddling Watts Bar! And the decking was luxurious and private out from back of house, around the pool, and viewing area above the lake. And the screened in porch off the Master Bedroom / Sunroom dining area were our favorites! But there was even a downstairs for games, pool table, etc! And up by the fireplace was a comfy cozy place to hang and chat. We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend here! I highly recommend this Air Bnb! What a lovely home for Rest and Relaxation!

The clear directions were impressive and very much appreciated as we arrived after dark. Location was perfect, a great space which was peaceful and comfortable, allowing us to relax from the intensity of our property search. Loved having a space/trail to walk our dog. Washer/Dryer a definite bonus.

We had a dirt bike race near Muddy Pond so this cabin was perfect for us. Ms. Jane was very sweet and accommodating. The cabin was clean and nice and my family loved the heated pool! We will definitely try to stay here again next year!

This house became my home. As I walked out I felt a piece of my heart was being left in the hot tub. Not only was the home clean and spacious, it was welcoming and kind. The hot tub was my safe space, it was clean and warm and everything I needed for my week in Tennessee. The view was IMMACULATE and exceeded every expectation I had. The community pool was not yet open, however the hot tub was everything I needed and more. Also, the Airbnb was as close to the community pool as possible so in a summer season this is the PERFECT spot! Also, the screened in porch really came in clutch and allowed us to have beautiful scenic family dinners every evening. Smithville is a beautiful, quiet, friendly small town. All the boutiques had kind and lovely owners. I genuinely cannot imagine a better spot that we could have spent our spring break. The only downside was that we had to leave. Overall, a great place to stay while we went to Nashville and surrounding state parks!

Charlie and Suzanne were wonderful hosts! They were so helpful and accommodating with all of our needs. They are right on grounds, and we’re very quick to respond. It was an incredible RV park, with lots of amenities. We would absolutely come back again!

We were in town for a wedding and wanted a nice place to stay and this fit the bill! It was easy to find, very clean, and felt cozy. The upstairs neighbor does have some squeaky floorboards, but I don’t fault Blair for that! A good place to stay overall.

There are so many things to say about our week at Jordan and Jenn’s! - clean - perfect location (we hike MANY miles within an hr of the cottage. Also many waterfalls) - awesome hosts who answered all of our questions and when we had an AC issue they got someone out there asap to fix it - SO many thoughtfully stocked items. From toys for the kids to kitchen items. Plenty of linens and towels. - hot tub was amazing - view was absolutely spectacular - we had 2 big families stay with plenty of space A perfect place to unwind after a long day. We had such an awesome week and made so many great memories. We are so happy they shared their special place with us and we felt completely at home. We felt totally safe in the quiet area with views all over the place. I can confidently say it was our favorite Airbnb we have ever stayed in.

We wanted five bedrooms and this was great for our group. Two living spaces and two dining areas were great for us. Games, puzzle eating.

This was such a great little place. The home itself was cozy, neat and quiet. The farm was such an added benefit! (Yes, we definitely fed the donkeys and sheep!!) Burgess Falls and Cummins Falls were less the 20min from the stay! Perfect little get away!

Lisa’s home was great. Super spacious and everything was nice and clean, she was very responsive and made sure that we can count on her if we needed anything. The goats in the backyard were the cherry ontop. We had a little dog with us and she didnt hesitate to allow him to stay in her home with us. Thank you lisa for allowing us to stay in your home

We used Karen's house for some family that came in for a wedding at Macedonia Meadows. The space was beautiful and probably the best equiped Airbnb that I have ever been to. We couldn't have asked for anything better!

Great place to relax after long days of outdoor excitement.

Sheila’s home was incredible, if you’re looking to get away from the busy hustle of everyday life, book a stay here and make sure to stop at a grocery store. Only a couple hours from the Gatlinburg, an hour or so from cookeville, makes this a great spot for day outings. This was everything that we wanted! Sheila and Darryl were the nicest people, with lots of information, shortcuts, and jokes to be had. We’re already planning our next trip back down so that we can bring our pups!

The pictures don’t do it justice! The spacious open floorplan left plenty of room to stretch out and get comfortable. The backyard was nicely wooded with a stream, perfect for listening to the birds in the morning! The kitchen was well stocked with cookware including a slow cooker, but you’ll want to bring your own coffee, spices, condiments, etc. for cooking. The K bed was very comfortable, giving us a good night’s sleep. Jeff was very friendly and responsive, thanks!

This is easily one of my favorite airbnb experiences so far. The home is lovely, and the host is very kind. The back yard was great for stargazing and a little disc golf practice! There were plenty of dishes and cooking basics to make a nice meal. Overall, this place is so cozy and located within 5 minutes of anything in town. I would gladly stay again!

Honestly, at the top of the list of places i've stayed in regards to Airbnbs. Super Clean, Super easy to work with. The Amenities & little guest gifts were Awesome!! Beautiful Place , 10000/10 recommend
