Wendy and Ed were absolutely amazing and welcoming! We even got to sit by them campfire with Ed for a while and chat! The details that were put in to this location made it feel like home! They even included extras in case you forgot anything! Even for our pups! It was so cozy! I have nothing but amazing things to say about the hosts the location and the cottage! We definitely plan on coming back again!

Beautiful place! The view of the lake was amazing. It felt like we were out in the wilderness but we were only 10 minutes from town. Extremely peaceful, cozy getaway!

Melanie was wonderful! She was very easy to reach and had a very quick response time. She provided clear check in and check out instructions. The cabin was nice and in a quiet location, which was relaxing and peaceful.

This was the second time staying in this house and it exceeds expectations each time. This trip, it was over Easter weekend and she even left an adorable Easter basket full of goodies for us! Snacks were especially welcome since arriving late in Crossville limits the available food options. Will definitely look to stay here again during our next visit!

FireFly Acres is definitely a place to stay if you want peace, tranquility, serene views, and calmness. Total bonus if you love horses, as they are friendly and come right up to the fence for a visit. Can’t wait to book our next trip with FireFly Acres!! 😊

We had a lovely experience. The house was spacious, remodeled, and very clean. We had no problems whatsoever. Cynthia was a very gracious and attentive host. She made our stay 10x better! I would absolutely go back and I recommend staying here for anybody traveling to Sparta.

My father and I booked a visit to Chris and Misty’s place for his 70th birthday and to visit my brother who lives nearby. It was exactly what we were looking for after a stressful holiday season for me. Peace and quiet and taking in nature. We happened to pick the coldest week of the year in Tennessee. Which even with the cold we still enjoyed or trip. This place is remote but not so remote that there were not things to do in the area. Chris was very helpful with a list of suggestions of places to check out. Also there was a small problem with the heat in the cabin. Chris was super responsive and sent someone out to check on the problem right away. They were very dog friendly. As I have a 1 year old golden doodle and a 16 year old shitzu and I don’t like to travel without my dogs. Overall it was a great choice for us and I’d highly recommend their place. We’d love to stay again. Maybe next time when it’s not so cold.

I cannot say enough about how pleasant and enjoyable our stay was at Donna's home. I'm super impressed with the quality of her home and high-end features. Fantastic professional kitchen and amenities that was built for entertaining. Plenty of All-Clad cookware and dishes. Well stocked pantry with many items. Super clean. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out with large family spaces to be together. Outstanding view with plenty of outdoor space and privacy. An abundance of games and toys for the kids--big kids included! Beautiful dining room and very large table to seat many family and guests. Overall, just a wonderful experience cooking and enjoying family time. Thank you Donna for being so thoughtful of providing all the necessities for your guests. We felt very much at home!

Our stay was wonderful! It’s unreal how well the house is stocked, everything we needed and more! Left snacks and water for us plus it was our 47th anniversary so they left us a card, a cake and wine! Very good hosts 😊

We had a great stay. We loved the horses that came right up to the fence!!! We would stay here again!

It has been a wonderful stay at Stay-N-Play Getaway. The room was so comfortable and welcoming. Marta has been an amazing host who was very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to spending more time here with family and friends in the future.

My husband & I picked Carla‘s place because it was close to our oldest daughter & her family’s home in Athens for Christmas. Our 1st Christmas away from “home.” First thing that stood out was Carla had great communication right from the beginning. And after a long travel day on Christmas Eve, it was dark & cold & late, we pulled in, the first thing I saw through a window was the lights on a Christmas tree! It made me smile all the way down to my toes! Attention to detail was so evident! Home was clean & cozy! House is designed well with 2 separate bedrooms with bathrooms, perfect us. We were also hungry, didn’t have time to stop at store. Carla had snacks & homemade pumpkin cranberry bread for us. House is about a 5 or 6 min drive to stores & restaurants. Musts: Sweetwater Valley Farms(best cheese & shakes), Verritinos (best pizza), Sweetwater creamery (best ice cream)! Some places are closed during holidays. Oh & loved the beautiful property/views/animals! Ty!Our home away from home!

Beautiful and better than I thought! Gorgeous sunrises! Large farmhouse with ample room for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. Woke up to deer outside everyday. Kitchen stocked with lots of cooking staples—drawer of spices. Two sitting rooms. Several desks. Great for a retreat with a small group. I went to focus on writing a book after a local retreat 10 minutes away. Quiet. A lot more secluded than the pictures look. About a football field length from entry of driveway to house. Big field out front. Lots of seating in the kitchen. Washer and dryer. I walked the property and it was lovely. My friends enjoyed it, too. Host very responsive and courteous. Would definitely go back again!

Exactly as advertised and even cuter in person. Very cozy, comfortable, quiet, and safe. Nancy really has thought of everything to make the cabin feel like home. And clean? This place is SPARKLING. Hands down the cleanest rental I've ever stayed in. We enjoyed exploring local waterfalls and mom-and-pop restaurants. The next day we stayed in and listened to the rain on the metal roof - so relaxing! Don't hesitate to book Nancy's cabin - there's nothing to regret!

There are so many things to say about our week at Jordan and Jenn’s! - clean - perfect location (we hike MANY miles within an hr of the cottage. Also many waterfalls) - awesome hosts who answered all of our questions and when we had an AC issue they got someone out there asap to fix it - SO many thoughtfully stocked items. From toys for the kids to kitchen items. Plenty of linens and towels. - hot tub was amazing - view was absolutely spectacular - we had 2 big families stay with plenty of space A perfect place to unwind after a long day. We had such an awesome week and made so many great memories. We are so happy they shared their special place with us and we felt completely at home. We felt totally safe in the quiet area with views all over the place. I can confidently say it was our favorite Airbnb we have ever stayed in.
