Amazing host, clean and cozy home comfortable beds feels like your at your own home

Had a great few days visiting family. The accommodation was spotless and Petra is so nice. Would recommend.

Located near to the train station and with about a 15 minute walk to get into the centre. It was freezing temperatures outside yet the bedrooms were warm and the area was quiet at night. Mattress and pillows were excellent, my only regret was not finding out who made them so I could order them for my home. Although we didn't really use the kitchen it was very well presented and the coffee maker was most welcome. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend with the only minor gripe being the check-in(4pm) and check-out(10am) times.

The stay was great the house inside was very modern and welcoming hosts communication spot on will definitely be using again thanks a lot! 👍

A brilliant location in the middle of Harrogate. Jackie was excellent at providing all the necessary details and the check in/out process was very easy. Jackie kindly answered all of our questions quickly and we very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you

This is a lovely place to stay just far enough out of the main bit of knaresborough but only a 5 min walk in. Beautifully presented accommodation with so many nice touches and a few extras in the fridge and for breakfast. Clive and Julie were nice and friendly and helpful. I’d 100% recommend a stop here - you’ll love it. Keep an eye open for deer, kingfishers and otters in the river , none spotted for us but hopefully more luck when we return….

A fantastic accommodation which is superbly equipped. The location is excellent for walking into Harrogate, which has so much to offer. Kriss, the host, is brilliant and extremely responsive. There is nothing I could fault with our stay.

Really happy with our stay at the Lodge and amazing communication from Pip, the host. As a couple that enjoys hiking, we found many trails such as one directed behind the property leading towards Marsden Moor and the Reservoir which was perfect. The hot tub was a few steps away from the lodge, hidden with a lovely view of the village. Would happily stay here again but definitely worth noting down that the road to the lodge is very steep, especially on foot!

A cosy cottage with everything needed for a wonderful stay in Meltham! We stayed whilst visiting friends nearby and it was the loveliest home from home. The cottage is cosy, quiet and spotlessly clean. We worked from there for a couple of days and the WiFi worked perfectly for us, we also took our dog and he loved it, a nice secure garden and even had spare dog bowls if needed. Plenty of blankets provided in the spacious living room, made even more cosy with the burner! A really well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds, we slept very well during our stay, helped by the blackout curtains too. The location is also great, around the corner from a supermarket, a lovely bar (the Fourth Fiend) and plenty of nice restaurants/take aways nearby, we loved the Pink Elephant! There’s also plenty of pretty walks nearby, we particularly liked the short walk to Folly Dolly falls on our lunch breaks and explored more of the Peak District too! We’ll return without hesitation on our next visit!
