Villa vacation rentals in Croisette Beach Cannes

Travelers: Two families with 4 kids in total. Total stay Duration: 1 Month The Host: Barbara is very professional and extremely helpful. Dealing with her was great. Such an excellent host. The Location: the house is perfectly located in a private community in Cannes. 12 mins drive to any parking at La Croisette, and 10 mins back. Easy access to the main roads and is close to Supermarkets, Pharmacies and Gyms. The community is gated and Secure. We didn’t face any issues. The House: the villa has been remodeled to fit Two Master Bedrooms ( one on the top floor, and another on the ground floor). The ground floor Bedroom has its own shower and toilet ( though multiple doors involved) but can be considered a Master bedroom. Two other rooms on the first floor share a toilet, and is ok for kids. Kitchen is good, and the garden is spacious. The living room is good enough with a decent TV. All ACs work perfectly and the internet is fast enough. A very pleasant experience. Thanks Barbara

Host was very helpful, accommodating and responsive. The big villa was excellent as were both pools. The small villa was damp and had an odor and the bedrooms were very small. The location was very good as far as getting to many villages but some ubers were not willing to drive to the home. Instructions for the appliances would be helpful. I do not want to sound negative as it is a lovely property but this info would have been helpful to us.

This was absolutely amazing stay! Villa is just gorgeous and has everything you need! Spotless clean and very light inside, big swimming pool for the whole family! Very close to beaches, Nice and Antibes. We loved all the details of the villa and would absolutely go back!

We had a wonderful family stay at Renee's place. The views are absolutely stunning so it was always a pleasure to be in the gardens, especially for meal times. The house is beautiful with amazing spaces. The open kitchen and living area was so perfect for what we wanted for our trip, which was to spend time with family who had travelled from the US. Cooking and being together before meal times and then relaxing together in the evening over a movie. The pool is great and because it is in a separate area down multiple stairs from the main garden, we could play with our toddler without worrying about him making a beeline for the pool. Our bed was really comfortable, as were the sofas and the kitchen is really well equipped, with also a barbecue. The location suited us really well since we had a car and we really enjoyed exploring the riviera. Highly recommended! Keith

We had the best Easter vacation ever. The whole family in place, even our dog had a perfect time, where she could run free all the time in the yard and garden. We really loved the house, the facilities and the neighbourhood. Highly recommended from us. We have plans to return to this paradise.

Catherine’s place is great - very quiet, beautiful surroundings, sunny side, very conveniently located to explore the coast. The house is well proportioned, smartly designed with large living room, open kitchen, access to pool throughout and nice rooms. It is also very easy to park. Catherine is very kind, responsive and helpful, a great host. Would love to return again! 🙏

This was a great stay. The villa is in a fantastic location: the charming neighborhood of Palm Beach. It is proximate to many great beaches and a short walk into Cannes proper. The villa itself is comfortable and clean. Amidst many positives, there are two watchouts to be aware of: 1. While there is a beautiful deck and outdoor space, the mosquitos are rampant. It seemed no amount of bug spray or citronella would limit their reign of terror. 2. While there is a pool, there is no ramp, ladder, or steps. This means to get in, you must jump or slide in, and equally to get out you need to push yourself up. The difficult access made it challenging to take my 1 year old daughter swimming. All of that said, it was a great stay and I would certainly go back!

Peter and Kristin are wonderful hosts,we were greeted in person by them and introduced to all important tings around the house. Peter was always very easy to reach and very helpful whenever we had any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Valbonne in Peter's villa that is equipped with everything you need, it is incredibly spacious, quiet and in a great location to reach many places around the côte d'azure. We were travelling with our son of 2.5 years and Peter and Kristin provided us with a crib and a high chair for him. Many thanks to these amazing hosts, we had the best time and would always return.

Christian’s place is the perfect escape. Located high up with stunning views over the local countryside. It is a very peaceful location and great for relaxing by the pool. The accommodation is modern with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable living areas. There is a veranda for eating al fresco. The grounds are large with plenty to keep young children entertained(trampoline, swings, basketball hoop and lawn for football. One feature we really appreciated was the fully fenced pool with child proof gate. This gave us a sense of security as our 3 year old could not get to the pool ( there is also a pool alarm). The pool was clean and well maintained. The beach is a bit of a journey from the villa but we were able to find parking at all the beaches and in the middle of August. Overall a fantastic property!

Great place, nice and clean. Very well located. The house was spacious and clean. Very nice and large pool area shared with the other villa. Patrick was very helpful and friendly with any queries and always available.

We had a lovely stay at the villa - very pretty, well equipped and well located. The place is more quiet and peaceful, and the natural light in the whole house is very nice. Alexandre received us very well and was super responsive for the duration of the stay. However, we had a misunderstanding about the pool temperature before we arrived - the Smart Family team committed to correcting the description in the equipment list to avoid future confusion. If you rent the house in winter, try to make sure you have enough gas cylinders for the fireplace for the duration of the stay (main source of heat in the living room). We also had some inconvenience with the hot water tank. We are confident that the team would have been responsive to remedy it but decided not to disturb them since it was Christmas. I would recommend this house, and would be happy to return someday!

Wow! Alastair's place is a perfect, luxurious, home away-from-home. Alastair quickly deployed his team to have the villa ready for our arrival for a last-minute booking; his communication was swift, responsive and detailed. The villa was the most perfect place for our party of three married couples to stay for our friends wedding nearby! We arrived to a chilled bottle of champagne, lovely linen, comfortable beds, bathrobe and slippers, and of course the entire place was spotlessly clean. The pool was a delight and there is no detail that has not been thought of. Stunning views of the rolling hills and Mougins. Alastair has gone to the trouble of creating a welcome book with so many beautiful recommendations from restaurants to days out too which was very helpful. The only negative is that we were not able to stay longer! Do not hesitate to book.

Michele's place is exactly as described. We had enough space with our large family. The pool was a lot of fun for the little ones and there were also extra play activities for the pool. The kitchen is really well equipped and nothing is missing. We definitely recommend a rental car. Uber is easy to get there but more for 4 people. If you want a family van, you wait in vain. Very friendly communication.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the house of Jacques and Alison. It is very clean and has a beautiful view over the mountains. The hosts were available at all times.

A little outdated but very clean accommodation. Very friendly and very quick to respond. Problem was resolved immediately. There is no way to do anything around the property. Everything a bit away. Central to look at the cities, nowhere to go far. House is right on the slope. If you want your peace,ideal. If you like to stroll in the evening,not ideal.

Very well-equipped and beautiful environment.

From the outset, communication with the owner went very smoothly and she was incredibly kind and thoughtful. Especially as we were a group of 15 young adults, this was a rare experience. This continued throughout our stay. Present at the location was a groundkeeper who was very helpful and respectful. He made this trip the great experience it was, as he often offered to drive us to the supermarket and the train station upon departure. The house is located in a gated community which made us feel very safe and at ease, and it is close to several shops and supermarkets. The house had a lovely pool, which we enjoyed thoroughly. Some things to look out for at this villa when deciding to stay or not: Cranky neighbours who will complain of talking at 10 pm (very early for August); 3 kitchens, but all poorly equipped; several beds ended up being sofa beds placed in living rooms (not clear beforehand). Overall, we had a great stay and a wonderful experience at this house. I recommend!

Short stay of one night. Villa fully matches the photos and this one is very clean. The view is beautiful. I recommend it.

Excellent stay with Frédéric who was a welcoming and caring host. The space was spacious and clean in a wooded environment. Large parking space. Well equipped accommodation. The lunch area by the pool was useful to us to celebrate our birthdays. Thanks to Frédéric
