This is an Ocean View 1 bedroom condo/suite timeshare in Ocean Beach Club, one of the top resorts in Virginia Beach, and goes for nearly $500 per night on Expedia in late August. Purchasing through this listing will therefore save you over $1000 dollars over the course of one week. Note this is not Ocean Front- that would be about twice the price. This will be on the North or South side of the building with the ocean to the side.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Jessica’s. The place was clean and bright. We loved being right on the beach. The double balcony was awesome as we could be lulled to sleep by the waves. The location was perfect for us because we like to walk everywhere but also enjoy being in a quieter area . The kitchen , while stocked with the basics only had one small frying pan, so plan on bringing one if you’re cooking. All of the appliances were in proper working order including the jacuzzi tub. There was plenty of room in the bedroom to store our clothes. The bed was a bit uncomfortable for us though. Service included fresh towels everyday and trash emptying. That was more than we even needed. Overall we were very pleased with this rental and plan to return! Thank you Jessica and Four Sails Resort staff.

Ocean Sands Resort with 2 Oceanfront Balconies

This is a great option if you have a family that needs extra room. We have children who are young adults, so we can no longer pile into one hotel room with one bathroom (like we used to do when they were little). We got a 2 bdrm lockout unit which is basically two adjoining units each with a queen-size bed, as well two kitchens, and two bathrooms. Each unit in the 2-bedroom lockout has an ocean-front balcony and each room has a pull-out sofa. The views are spectacular from the 12th floor. We watched the sunrise every day and the dolphins frolic. I loved reading out their at night listening to waves. The resort staff is really nice. The front desk people were amazing and the cleaning staff would always greet us in the hallways. They have a room where you can lock your bikes. We brought four bikes with us and chained them up indoors; which made daily boardwalk rides easy. It's so easy to get around in VA beach on bikes. The staff was very accommodating anytime we asked to get them out. I felt very satisfied with what we got for what we paid. I understood that the building was older than some of the newer resorts on the boardwalk when I reserved it. Two hotel rooms in one of the higher-end resorts would have been more than double what we paid for 2 bedroom lockout. And we had 2 full baths, 2 full-size fridges, and other kitchen amenities you don't get in a basic hotel room (no matter how new or nice). We couldn't afford nearly $1k a night for two hotel rooms at a high-end resort so we were quite pleased with what we got for our money at this timeshare resale. Also, Jessica was easy to deal with. We did this last minute and had no problem with the reservation or payment process.I would recommend if you really want to be ocean-front, you need extra room for your family, and you can't get enough of gorgeous ocean views all day long.

You get what you see in the pictures. Good for the price you pay. Great view. Nice apartment. I liked the kitchen with basic equipment. Clean but not super clean. Walkable- restaurants and stores right outside. Jessica is a very responsive host. We enjoyed our stay.

Exactly as pictured… This host had amazing communication with very clear instructions and detailed description! The ocean view with balcony was amaaaaazing! I love that they included a parking pass with the stay. The kitchen was very well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, microwave, full size fridge, dishwasher, full stove/oven etc. The bed linen and towels were so clean and crispy white! The unit was a bit retro and dated but very well taken care of and maintained! The building was definitely giving an 80s vibe but they had a good amount of amenities (pool, hot tub, a few exercise machines, vending machines, pay to use laundry machines, coffee machine in lobby etc) and the front desk staff, pool attendant and housekeeper were all very friendly! I liked the layout of the rental (bedroom door closes to give privacy… sofa bed in separate living room area… so it felt more like a condo or apartment than a hotel)
