Light, airy one bedroom apartment in zone 1 located in a stylish block with a spectacular city view of London in the heart of Borough and Bankside SE1. Closest tube stations (5 minutes away) are Southwark (Jubilee line) and Borough (Northern Line). Also 8 minutes walk from Waterloo Station (Northern/Bakerloo/Jubilee lines). The flat is comfortable and light with a stylish open plan kitchen/living room area which has its own private balcony with a skyline view of London and that also overlooks a private courtyard. Airport, free wireless internet, 37" TV. There is a large, bright double bedroom that offers a view of The London Eye. The modern, stylish, fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine. There is a spacious white bathroom with shower and bathtub. Nearby attractions: 10 min walk to Tate Modern. 15 min walk to the London Shard. Also within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Bankside, London Bridge, Borough Market, aswell as the BFI, The Old Vic, The Young Vic, The Globe Theatre, National Theatre, Hayward Gallery, Royal Festival Hall and The Imperial War Museum. All within 15 minutes walk. The apartment is also located with easy access to The City and Liverpool Street- a quick 15 minute bus or bikeride away. The apartment block has a Co-operative supermarket on the ground floor (street level) of the building that is open until 11pm every night for groceries and supplies. Or a Tesco metro 1 minute up the street. There is also a Post Office and a great Café (previously voted No.1 cafe in London by Time Out magazine) all within the building. If Starbucks is more your style there is one 5 mins away on Borough High Street. Boris Bikes are located on both sides of the apartment block. It is a 15 min cycle to Covent Garden and Soho, or a 25 minute walk over the river. For keen cyclists there is a secure bike shed in the building's private carpark should you wish to rent and store your own bikes. Smoking is permitted on the outdoor balcony. Central London is only a few stops away (via “Clapham North” tube station 2 min walk) and overground train station for airport. A lovely spacious 2 bed apartment, suitable for families and couples. Situated right on the River Thames, short distance to Chiswick and Kew Gardens ( perfect for the Xmas lights) Lots of transport links right by the property with links to all parts of a London. Conveniently situated close to Heathrow so own transport is not essential, although if driving there is onsite underground paid parking available (outside ULEZ zone) Plenty of pubs, restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Matt was an amazing host, he answered all our questions and made check in/out very easy. I was nervous about checking in and Matt made himself available to make that process easy. Matt was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire renting process. Matt really made me and my companion feel at home and safe. Also, Matt’s place is the coolest! Access to Alexa with an amazing location and in unit laundry made our stay perfect. I would absolutely book with Matt again when visiting Brixton. I just can’t say enough good things about my experience with Matt and in Brixton.

We greatly enjoyed staying at Toby's place! There was more than enough room for 3 people and situated extremely close to transport links. Lots of grest food options a short train ride away and also quite close to central London. Toby was also very friendly when he greeted us!

Zar and Ebba helped me out by allowing me to book their place, while I was waiting for my refund to come back from Airbnb, after my original booking with Airbnb was cancelled just 5 weeks before travelling to London. Their help relieved a huge amount of pressure. The booking process was easy and the check in to the apartment was just as smooth. The instructions and communication from Ebba was first class. We stayed in the apartment for a month and Ebba kindly offered to call in half way through to see if everything was ok. It was. The apartment was a 5 minute walk from Earls Court Station which made getting around London incredibly easy. Earls Court is on the Piccadilly Line from Heathrow which was so easy. It’s also on the District Line which gives you extra options to get around. The apartment was spacious, however cosy and very warm. The facilities were excellent and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again. 5 Stars
