Great property for a quick family vacation! Open floor plan with plenty of space for the kids to enjoy! Wish we could have stayed in the summer to enjoy the pool.

This was such a wonderful place for a large family gathering. The kids loved the playroom and the outdoor play area. There was seating for 14-16 for meals plus outdoor tables and chairs. We enjoyed ourselves so much. Thanks Lisa.

We returned again this summer for another wonderful family vacation! We love this home, there is plenty of space, warm earth-tone colors for good vibes, but most of all, we love the backyard pool & patio space!!! The heated pool ensures that we can enjoy swimming regardless of the temperature. The hot tub and gazebo with outdoor gas fireplace make for relaxing evenings along with the sounds of water and the fresh breeze in the air! This house also has a great kitchen as well as a walkout deck with grill. The neighborhood is very nice, clean, safe and peaceful! The back of the house and pool area, along with the spacious view is just so relaxing, we already can’t wait to return again next year!

Lindy was a fantastic hostess. Every question we had from before we booked until we left was answered immediately! The house housed our bunch so easily and comfortably. We had a fantastic time together, plenty of space to get away from each other too if we wanted. Hot tub was a welcomed comfort at the end of a day! Definitely a place we’d stay at again! Thank you Lindy so much!

We had a great stay at Dan & Nicole's! They were great hosts! Very prompt responses to any questions we had. Lovely home in a beautiful country setting. We felt right at home. It was also very close to our wedding venue which was super helpful. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Dan & Nicole for all your hospitality!

We had a great time at Austin’s place, everything was clean and there was plenty of space for our group of 5. Unfortunately the hot tub was not available but Austin was open and communicative about it as he was trying to get it fixed, and he gave us a discount on our stay to make up for it. When we arrived, Austin informed us the heat was not working but he had space heaters available and a repairman on the way, and within a couple hours the problem was fixed. I highly recommend staying here, Austin was a great host for dealing with these problems quickly and telling us about them beforehand, we never had to worry about them.

We had an amazing stay!! Questions that we had we always answered promptly and well. We were very pleased with everything! The home was perfect for a larger multi generational family with one bedroom on the main floor. We wede able to make things work for a 9 month old to an 87 year old! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The memories we made there will be held on to for years to come! Thank you!

The home looks like is lovely and looks just like the photos. The location was great, we were able to walk to the Woods Tennis Center and enjoy near by restaurants. The host was responsive and check in was easy.

This was a great place to stay, and super easy to get anywhere you needed to be. The neighborhood was super quiet and peaceful. The house was super clean and had everything you needed.

MJ was absolutely fabulous to work with from start to finish. She was so accommodating to get us in an hour early. She also made us feel right at home. She left us some rolls and some waters and some sodas in the refrigerator and the whole place was warm and inviting. She was super quick to respond to me when I reached out to her very late at night. We were in a bad situation at a different VRBO and we needed to move ASAP. She made everything so easy for us and I can’t tell you how much we appreciate her !!

We were in town to visit an ailing relative. The house was conveniently located and easily accessible. One of the days was a surprisesnow storm. We were comfortable in the house for the day and so thankful we had chosen this particular property, when everything around us was shut down. Pro tip: bring your own washcloths. We had a family of four adults stay at Lisa’s. It was a little cozy, but it was nice to have kitchen and laundry for the week. It was about $500 less to stay at the cottage vs. staying at a hotel in York. Nice towels! Lisa is very responsive and lives right there to assist if needed. Only thing to note is that the beds on the second bedroom are VERY firm. That might play into adults sleeping in there. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Stayed a week, had everything we needed to get by to make Thanksgiving Dinner for our son and his friends. Beautiful and quiet, close to Seward and Walmart. Had a great stay. Daniel and Stella

Great home in a wonderful location

Our stay at Bradley's house was amazing! There were four of us there for a girls weekend, so we had more than enough room. The house is very spacious and could easily accommodate much larger groups. The property is gorgeous, peaceful and relaxing. Even though it was quite windy during our stay, we were able to enjoy the outdoors exploring the trails around the lake and canoeing as well. Definitely a memorable weekend that will stay with us for a lifetime! Make sure you go outside and look at the stars after dark, it was the most gorgeous site! The two kitties who live there are adorable as well and the most well behaved cats I've ever seen! Just a heads up, there are no shades in the master bedroom (which I can understand why they don't want to block that view) but if you're used to a blacked out room like I am, you'll want to bring an eye mask. Overall, an awesome experience. We definitely hope to return in the future!

Aftin is very nice and accommodating. Keep in mind that you need to pull the door when you are trying to lock and unlock it, otherwise the lock will get stuck. Once you do that, all is well. The place was clean. Thanks, Aftin!

The place is exactly how it was advertised. Very nice place and Sue was very responsive and great when I had to add an extra guest! I would highly recommend this place if you want to be close to downtown and are looking for a roomy getaway at a great price! I would definitely rent again if I would need to!!

Really enjoyed the home. Parking was very convenient, cute back yard with sitting area. House was comfortable, clean, cozy. Loved the gas stove, washer dryer available to use. It was a great option for us with extra family in town we needed additional space. This home worked out perfect for our needs. The ease of the programmed door was a relief. Always dread the possibility of having entry issues, some secure- keyless entries can be temperamental. No problems here at all.

Karen is a wonderful host. She is very responsive with any question. We truly enjoyed our stay at her home. The home is very clean and incredibly well stocked with snacks and juices. We will stay again. I highly recommend Karen’s home.

The home feels just like home. It’s cozy and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the grill and fire pit on a pleasant evening. The host was responsive to my questions and left a binder with additional information. The couch was great for lounging Sunday morning.
