Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in County Tipperary

Sue was a great host. The house is perfect for a long or short stay. The full Irish breakfast was a great touch as most properties wouldn’t have this included. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here!

I had a wonderful stay with Mary, it was an absolute pleasure to stay there. I enjoyed her company greatly and her home was beautiful. She was a very pleasant host and her buns were to die for. We had a few lovely conversations over some tea.

We loved staying at Rosalind’s home while attending a wedding in Birr! The place was super central in Birr town, and had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the unique character and charm of the house. It’s clear so much love and creativity has gone into it! Only wish we could have stayed longer. Rosalind was so kind and communicative with us, and makes you feel incredibly taken care of. She is probably the most thoughtful and hospitable host I’ve had on Airbnb - and that’s without even meeting her in person! As she was going to be away during our stay, she arranged for a friend to help us with our check in, who was lovely and very accommodating with our early check in time, and late check out, and also kindly dropped off fresh breakfast goodies the next morning! We will definitely stay if ever back in Birr!

Lovely quiet location and very friendly and helpful host.

Theresa and her husband are very friendly. If you need something, they always help you. They like to chat, if you want, and recommend what to do, where to go, and how to do it. I was accompanying some students on a cultural exchange and I didn't have much to do, so I was able to work in the common areas as if I were at home.

We stayed at Carolines for only one night, but it was perfect. Caroline and her very friendly dog greeted us at the door and showed us around. The room is spacious and it is very quiet. One thing that was even more wonderful than I thought was the shower. We've come to not expect a lot from the water pressure but here it was absolutely perfect :D Caroline provided a bit of breakfast which we ate while talking with her and watching snooker. It was a very lovely :)

We loved our stay with Liam! Liam is friendly and extremely conversational, so if you are looking for good stories, this is your spot. The rooms were private and reasonable and Liam was very welcoming and helpful. The bathroom was shared but we didn’t run into any problems. He even made us a full Irish breakfast, which was my Dad’s first ever experience with black and white pudding! It was extremely fun. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a B&B experience outside of the cities! I would recommend this place especially to those of us with Irish Heritage looking for a connection to our history and to the people of Ireland.

Breakfast was very good and they were very friendly.

Smaller but clean room with private bathroom and skylight. Gerry was friendly and served a very good irish breakfast. His place is a good choice if you are looking for a short stay near Rock of Cashel and Cahir Castle.

Lovely stay, Gerry is very warm. It was a real pleasure!

As perfect a stay as I’ve ever had. Everyone staying here can expect lovely hosts, great food, and a truly welcoming atmosphere.
