Vacation rentals with a fireplace in County Donegal

The house and the view were beautiful. Lovely area, lots of options within a few minutes. The only issue we had was upon arrival, the house was very cold. The host was quick to respond and everything warmed up nicely over a few hours.

A perfect find for the region and place of Donegal - look no further! Aaron is very attentive and flexible. The house is over 2 levels in a quiet neighbourhood and the neighbours always ready for a talk and laugh. Things to buy are near. The equipment in the house is complete, we did not miss anything. Great.

Lovely home with spectacular views from main bedroom and kitchen. Great fire in the living room-very cosy. Lots of outdoor space. Location was perfect for Carrigart, Downings and beyond. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Vanessa's place is an absolute gem. Such a fantastic location, close to the beach and a short walk to local shops, bars and cafés. The house is stunning, so much space, beautiful views and very family friendly. Vanessa was a perfect host, so helpful and responsive! We would definitely stay again.

Fanastic spacious house with everything we needed and more. Great location around 15mins from Culdaff beach and Malin Head. Seemless check in with great communication from Mary ( host ). All in all a wonderful stay at Marys place. Hopefully return soon 😁😁

We had a fantastic stay at Gorseland house. The home was spacious and clean, and the kids loved the play area in the garden. Keith was very responsive and helpful both before and during our stay. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this Airbnb.

We had a fabulous stay at Audrey's house. The home is in the most perfect location. The stunning beach is 5 mins walk. If you're a golfer, the course is even closer! The house is very comfortable and spacious, exactly as shown on the pictures. Really well equipped. Crystal communication from Audrey pre-arrival which helped everything run smoothly. We spent lots of time in the pubs and restaurants in Dunfanaghy which were all great. We climbed Errigal and walked miles and miles on the fabulous beaches. We also visited the Shandon Spa. All in all, a brilliant stay - would 100% recommend Audrey's to anyone looking for a fabulous holiday in Donegal!

Great trip, very relaxed close to bars and good scenery

This is a quiet location between Donegal and Killibegs, two beautiful harbor villages. Perfect space for two of us. It was nice to have a place to cook our own meals a couple of times.

It’s been a very nice stay. But there is was no WiFi which was inconvenient because I had to get some work done. The apartment and it’s View and proximity to the surf spots made up for it.

Great deal! Clean. Nice heat. Warm shower. Quiet. Washer-dryer. Comfy bed. Breakfast fixings. Perfect for us. Aidan gave us a great recommendation for a beautiful beach in Malin—our next stop—and it was magnificent.

We had a lovely stay at Sailor's View! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Everything worked well and Marina was friendly and efficient to deal with. The apartment felt private and is only 5 mins drive from Killybegs town and nearby beaches. It has stunning views of the sea, a nearby lighthouse and the distant mountains. We would certainly consider booking in the future and would be happy to recommend Sailor's View to anyone else! Thanks Marina!

The location of the AirBnB is excellent. It’s central to everything. However, it was a little difficult to find the place. Paul did provide very detailed instruction regarding check in. He was also very responsive throughout our stay.

Back again to the Fireside Library and we loved every minute of it! Just such a cosy and peaceful place and Anna is the best host, always offering to light the fire for us, if we needed anything she was there but she had already thought of everything! Little breakfast hamper, fresh milk in the fridge, everything was so thoughtful & perfect. Good selection of little information leaflets for things to do, we went to Wild Ireland and a drive around Inch Island & the scenery is stunning! Every book lover’s dream to stay here, we spent ages browsing the books again. We can’t wait to come back again for a third time! ♥️

Just back from our trip at the Buttermilk apartment Portnablagh,we had a fantastic time we did not want to leave!We could of easily stayed another few days as we loved the apartment so much and the area!, the apartment was great so clean tidy and cosy with the stunning views of portnablagh harbour we will definitely be back again, thank you so much for having us Alan and joanne!
