Had a great stay at the Rose Suite - quiet, clean and homely accommodation with amazing natural beauty on your doorstep, but equally the vibrant town of Kenmare with loads of food and drink options. Emmett was the easiest of hosts: quick to respond and available as needed, but leaving us to ourselves. Big plus for us: dogs welcomed, and our two Golden Retrievers thoroughly enjoyed the trip with us!

We spent a lovely New Year here. Karen's mum came over to check all was OK and she was really warm and friendly. A spacious house, very comfortable, located only a short walk from all amenities. Waterville is a great village and the surrounding area is stunning. We'll be back.

With no exaggeration, this was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. I would give it 10 stars if I could. The location is stunning, nestled in the Irish countryside. Peaceful doesn’t even begin to describe it. Even more serene and beautiful than the pictures on the listing. Everything was set up for me perfectly on arrival. Comfortable bed. Pristine bathroom with great water pressure. There was even a washing machine inside so I could wash clothes while I was there, which was incredibly helpful. Jack and his family are absolute gems. Seriously some of the nicest, most good-natured people I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying with. I’ll be telling people about my vacation here for the rest of my life. This was our second time visiting Ireland and we like to stretch out. There were five of us and we had plenty of space and bathrooms. My husband and I appreciated the bedroom on the 1st floor. The only issues we had was how to lock the door and work the shower in larger bathroom upstairs. The caretaker came right over. We had a great time there and would highly recommend it!

A beautiful rustic Boathouse in a stunning location set up on the hillside with views accross the bay. We were treated to some amazing sunsets. A 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive takes you down to Baltimore with a handful of great bars amd restaurants set around the harbour. The local information provided and communication from our hosts was above and beyond. Yvonne and Richard live next door and were there if we needed, but never imposed. We even got a very welcome lift back up the hill one evening! They own the local arts and crafts shop on the harbour and this is well worth a visit. This corner of Island is a gem and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cedar Boathouse for your stay.

This place was a home from home for us! We were able to come in and feel right at home, relaxed after a long journey and close to those we’d come to visit. We were 2 adults and 4 kids aged 4-11. They loved this house and garden. They had the safety and freedom to play and enjoy the beautiful day/evening. Ger was wonderful and kept in contact, even coming to visit us to ensure we were happy. Instructions left were clear, and the house is beautiful. We were gutted to leave in our travels. But as my family live near by this place will become a yearly regular!

The holiday started well as we were greeted by Maureen who gave us a warm reception and showed us around the property. The property is amazing, and it is stylishly furnished and equipped with all manner of household items including hundreds of toys which occupied our granddaughter throughout the week. The property is located on a hill with panoramic views, and we enjoyed watching the sunsets every evening. We were fortunate with the weather which was dry but, in any event, there was plenty to occupy ourselves with within the property including a television and various equipment such as the dishwasher and washing machine which made our life quite easy. We also appreciated the beach equipment including chairs which helped us to enjoy the seaside which we visited virtually every day. This was undoubtedly the best holiday property we have experienced, and we are likely to return again next year for more of the same.
