Vacation rentals in Council of the City of Sydney

Glenn was a super host! Always responsive and proactive checking if we were okay in the premises and offering to come to the premises to amend a few things if needed. The property says dog friendly, only point to mention is there was a hole in the fence, so we had to block up for our dog so she didn’t get out while we were out for the day and the host mentioned that the garage door didn’t lock (which was concerning when leaving our dog) but the host was amazing and went to check that it could lock before our arrival. One of the beds in the twin room was so incredibly hard, we couldn’t sleep in it. We were so grateful for the milk, orange juice and pastries as we were tired travellers who hadn’t got to the shops before our arrival. Super helpful, super host and perfect for busy few days in Sydney!

Very centrally located apartment, walking distance to many locations, and nearby public transport. Building is old, but the apartment contained everything needed for a short stay. Al was very responsive, and check-in and -out was quick and easy.

Location was perfect! Right by the bus stop that takes you into city. We had our one year old daughter with us and we could walk to the park, lots of shops, and food options. We’ve stayed at Nicole’s place twice now! Would definitely recommend if you want to stay close to the city but not in the middle of it.

Located in the historic (and possibly most beautiful) part of Sydney’s CBD, Suzanna’s home is simply, Wonderful. Light, airy, spotless and perfectly appointed. Within an easy walk to fantastic restaurants and pubs in Millers Point and The Rocks. … and Incredible Views over Barangaroo, Nawi Cove to White Bay (sunset was spectacular). Topping it off is Suzanna is an Incredible Host - so responsive and welcoming. Suzanna’s home is my new ‘go-to’ for trips to Sydney. Thank you, Suzanna!

We loved our 5 days at Hyacinth House . It was exactly as pictured . Very clean and with some thoughtful touches . Curling wand , hairdryer laundry products ect . No need to buy . Great location , just metres from the vibrant King Street which has interesting and quirky shops and great restaurants. Patti has used quality Cutlery , lovely glassware and nice towels ect . Homely and well presented . Patti was great to deal with answering any questions I had Thanks for having us .

Wow what a beautiful house and the location was amazing. Sam has been the host with the most. He has been so responsive with all our questions and nothing has been a problem. The house and location were perfect for my daughter’s birthday. The bedrooms were enormous and the views breathtaking from the balcony. We had the markets at our doorstep Sat and Sunday which was a bonus . I can’t recommend this place enough. None of us were on top of each other as it is 4 stories. We will definitely be staying again. Once again thanks So Much Sam. 12 out of 10 🙌🙌🙌

It was amazing. The bnb was so cute - lovely coffee machine in there and a cute little balcony. I loved the queen bed and slept so well. Thanks a lot to Candy - I am definitely coming back soon.

Suzannas flat is an excellent location to enjoy the beautiful city of Sydney! It is close to everything yet in a very beautiful and quiet street. Suzanna is a great host and very friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend this host and flat!
