Accommodation for 7 people for the Christmas period. We were looking for a place close to my family, quiet and easy to access. We weren't disappointed. Lots of space for all of us. For summer there is a swimming pool and a large garden! Everything is there to live there, we did not miss anything. The place is quiet, access to the hot tub with extra charge. Excellent welcome and pleasant exchange at check-in and check-out.

Alain and Bernadette are very friendly and friendly hosts who inform you about the different activities available in the Poitevin marsh as well as the best restaurants in the area. The cottage is quiet and relaxing and the pool is a major asset for relaxing . The cottage is decorated with a lot of taste. We had a very pleasant stay . I recommend it without hesitation . The decor is super nice. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. Everything is planned for cooking. The garden where the pool and spa are located is well appointed to preserve privacy. The bedding is great. On foot we are less than half an hour from the center of La Rochelle, with a pleasant walk along the Rompsay Canal and for cyclists it is ideal. Our stay was really great.

very clean, excellent welcome, very quiet place and a piano on the ground floor with which the children had a blast. reaching families with young children because the master suite is unconnected with the rest of the beds, forced to go back through the stairwell. no pressure in the second shower cubicle following the fire. i recommend the place if your children are grown up.

Fabulous stay after a long drive drive Brigitte was there to greet us your own enclosed garden which was amazing for us as we had our 2 dogs , and secure parking spot with electric gates, nice and clean felt like home from home , peaceful and quiet will return again

We recommend this small cottage with a small garden. The host Véronique is very welcoming and warm. We had a pleasant stay at Sébastien and Guillaume's. Two very friendly and accommodating people. Perfect welcome and flexibility on schedules. The place is very quiet and located half an hour from La Rochelle.

We had a good week's vacation at William and his family's "loft" which made themselves very available: beautiful refurbished, comfortable and with all the necessary amenities. We were able to enjoy the garden, the plancha, the pool and the large living room... (Note that there are 8 beds but it is rather 5 adult beds + 3 children's beds).

A location identical to the photos posted an idyllic place to make the view and quiet of the residence! The owner is very responsive! We'll be happy to go back there!

Claire and Gary's stay was a treat! Coming with friends, we were able to rest and have fun in this peaceful setting. One detail: the house is adjoining that of the hosts, and most of the garden is shared with them. Claire and Gary were very discreet and adorable (thank you again for the oysters!), but this accuracy seems important to me!

Our stay with Élise and Yann went perfectly well. The house is designed to accommodate a group of adults and children and especially functional and very well equipped. Mélanie who welcomed us for the key exchange was able to answer all our questions. The location of the house, close to the beach and also to the TER train station to improvise a passage in La Rochelle is a real asset. We'll be back with pleasure, maybe in summer this time.
