Excellent stay, a spacious accommodation for 4 people (including two children), ideally located to discover the island. A peaceful and enjoyable residence. Sanda and Ivan were warm, responsive, and proactive hosts. The check in was smooth and Ivan even helped us with our bags. The flat is immaculate and has lots of amenities for the beach, in the kitchen etc. The location is good in terms of proximity to the ferry, restaurants, and a giant supermarket. It can be a bit noisy if you leave the windows open as it’s quite central but it gets quiet after 10pm. The bathroom was sparkling clean and the washing machine and clothes horse were convenient. The living room with a big screen TV, a comfy sofa, and a dining table was nice to have as well.

Great spot, lovely place to stay

I stayed at Carlos's place with my sister and niece, and we had a fantastic week. The apartment is well-equipped, with three beds and a good kitchen and large fridge-freezer which allowed us to cook most nights and make packed lunches. The pool was a great bonus: we were the only ones who used it during our stay (maybe it was too cold for the other residents, being November!). Although small, it's deep enough to jump into and swim. The apartment is a 15-minute walk to the closest beach (Playa Bastian), or 20-25min to Playa de las Cucharas and the main part of the town. There's a small supermarket a couple of streets away, and Carlos recommended larger ones a short drive away. Costa Teguise is a good central base for exploring the island: most places were within a 30-min drive. Carlos was very proactive and responsive. He met us on arrival to show us how to get into the apartment, and answered all our questions quickly. Thank you!

For us it was a very good location, near to a supermarket and a beach, everytime there was a free parkingplace. The pool was beautiful, but very cold water. Appartment was clean

Emilia was a fantastic host, the apartment is in a fantastic location, 2 minutes walk to bars and restaurants. The place was spotlessly clean and I loved that her balcony gets the sun on an afternoon. Great host and I will be back.

Really positive from the start . we were greeted by Olivier , who gave us clear instructions for everything , even gave my husband a lift to the supermarket. Apt is lovely , complex v peaceful and close to the old town. Felt like a home from home. We will definitely stay again and recommend. Thanks all

I stayed here with my mother for 2 weeks. The apartment is in a great location near the Gran Casino in PDC. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool. It's in a nice, quiet, gated apartment complex. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Puerto del Carmen.

Great experience at Irinas'flat. corresponds to the description, very enjoyable and close to everything. fast Internet, 5min from the beach and 2min to a big supermarket.

Great appartment. Sea view, convenient for buses or walking along the coast into Costa Teguise. Some good more nearby options as well supermarket, Greens cafe restaurant and Damien Patisserie. Well furnished accommodation and with everything you could need. Patricia is a very thoughtful host who is very helpful.

we enjoyed our stay a lot! the location is very convenient: a few min walk away from the center of corralejo and the bus stop that brings you to the famous beach:)

The stay is very comfortable, large and clean apartment. There were two adults and two kids Sofa became a bed. He left us water for the first day, as well as some chocolates. From Arrieta very comfortable to reach any part of the island of Lanzarote, in front there is a typical economic and very high quality "paco house" restaurant, with typical arepas food, meat in salsa, as well as very good pizzas and some morning churros with chocolate. The best of the island is the visit to the cave of the greens, the visit to timanfaya paying special excursion "unusual" experience, eating in the restaurant on top of the salinas, in the village of Orzola eat in the restaurant Mirador de San roque. Mandatory to visit Caleta de famara and papagayo beach, as well as a Calero port, and the city of reef. In the town of Recife there is a shopping center that on the rooftop part there is a children's park with recreational mats playground very cool.

We had a great peaceful week in Lanzarote staying at Marta's place. The apartment is clean , modern and ideally located. Great communication and advice from Marta with regards to check in and local attractions. The apartment is situated in a small quiet complex close to bars, restaurants and the beach. We had a really thoroughly enjoyable time. We will be returning in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dora's apartment and would have no hesitation in recommending it. The apartment was spotlessly clean and Dora had organised some drinks and snacks for our arrival which were much appreciated. The location of the apartment was very central within Costa Teguise and within walking distance of some great restaurants and bars. Also, a short walk to the beach. It was very private and quiet even given its proximity to everything. Dora was an exceptional host giving us many recommendations for visiting fantastic sights on the island and also her personal restaurant favourites which we enjoyed very much. Thank you, Dora!

The apartment was well placed with good access to the old town harbour, beaches, public transport and supermarkets. It was peaceful and well equipped. Ambra was very helpful and answered questions promptly. We would be very happy to stay here again. Many thanks for a great week.

Place, location is awesome. Very pleasant surroundings around the buildings, everything is maintained with attention to detail. Very useful swimming pool with sun loungers. The apartment itself had a very high standard of cleanliness and all the little things. There was nothing missing, even a sponge for washing the body was there. With deep regret we regret that we did not rent for a longer period.
