Waterfront vacation rentals in Costa Rei

The apartment was perfect for what we were looking for. Location There is very good resturants and cafes in the block and a great little mini mart. it's a short walk into Cagliari centre, Marina, bus stop to go Poetto and a 10 minute walk from the train station. Apartment the apartment was very clean and larger than we anticipated, the master bedroom has two lovely double doors which open up for air flow. Each room had air-conditioning and there was a functioning kitchen and washing machine. Hosts Max and Davide were very friendly and informative of the local area and provided multiple recommendations. They allowed me some flexibility with times and only requested we communicate with them about any issues. As a conclusion, I re-booked this apartment for next year and I am trying to convince my friends to rent the neighbouring apartment hosted by Max and Davide. We had a wonderful time with Taty and Luca. The two are great hosts, were always easily accessible and very accommodating. The apartment is like in the Listing described and the view of the sea is simply fantastic. We felt right at home. The entire property is very well equipped - especially in the kitchen there is nothing missing and you can cook wonderfully. The sea is a minute walk. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend the apartment, as well as Taty and Luca as a host. :)

Omar's apartment is lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is spacious, comfortable, quiet, and has every amenity to make you feel at home. There are beautiful textiles, baskets, and pottery which give the home a personal touch and local feeling. The location is outstanding. It is a nice walk to Poetica Beach where we saw pink flamingos after crossing the bridge. It is easy to take the bus to the historic center of Cagliari, which is lovely . Omar is one of the nicest hosts we have had the pleasure to work with. I had a problem and Omar came to my rescue immediately. Omar will do anything to help his guests and make them comfortable. I highly recommend Omar's apartment and Cagliari!

From Massimo’s apartment on the Piazza Carmine it’s only a short walk up to the city’s walled quarter with its museums and breathtaking city view, an easy walk in any direction to your choice of bars, cafes and restaurants, or a long but pleasant walk to see the flamingos in the lagoon. You can sit outdoors on the balcony and take it all in or close the shutters and enjoy the quiet and comfort of Massimo’s well-equipped spacious apartment. The elevator in the beautifully restored building is a definite plus during arrival and departure with suitcases. The nearby train station, bus stops, and taxi stand make getting around easy. Massimo was very helpful during check-in and check-out and always quick to respond to any messages. A perfect spot for our week in Cagliari!

The stay in the accommodation was very nice. The apartment is a bit small but has everything you need. The beautiful sandy beach can be reached in a minute. There are also loungers and umbrellas available. The kitchen includes everything you need. Parking is also available. Check-in and communication was very straightforward. Shopping and restaurants are within minutes walking distance. The only thing you have to like is that the front door of the apartment next to it is right next to your own door and you also share the outdoor area. However, you don't get anything else from the neighbors. The complex is really beautiful. There is also a garbage collection area on the enclosed area, which is not everywhere in Sardinia...

Great location , right in the beach and only 30 minutes by car to Cagliari. Clean apartment, well stocked for self catering. The hosts made it a very pleasant stay.

Francesca was amazing!! She answered every question we had and gave us fantastic recommendations as well as helping us get a taxi at 5am for our early flight! 10/10

I've loved Solanas since I was a kid. Andrea's house is in the immediate vicinity of the beach. The view from the balcony to the sea is breathtakingly beautiful. Andrea made it easy for us to feel immediately welcome and comfortable. He was always available and helpful. House was clean and stocked with everything you need. The morning after arrival, Andrea sent us lots of tips for locations and things to do. We thank Andrea for the great stay. We will be happy to return. 🫶🏻

We loved staying here as a family. The hosts were so helpful and friendly even loaning a fishing rod. Their advice was great! The house was great and had everything we needed. We liked that there were 2 bathrooms. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay with stunning views & wonderful hosts. Our tips for people staying: You need a car to get around but do get an SUV as the roads around are full of holes so it was easier compared to a normal car. If you stay in the back bedroom and like to get up past 7am or sleep in the afternoons take ear plugs. The neighbour has loud conversations on his telephone & you can hear it all & their shower etc If you are a light sleeper you will need this or use the 2 front bedrooms. Make sure you watch the sunset. It’s beautiful The recycling takes a bit to work out what is where if you don’t speak Italian but use a translator app and take a picture and it translates it for you

If you want a peaceful and relaxed holiday then look no further. Philip was responsive in messaging and Cedric whom met us was lovely, helpful and made us feel so welcomed. It was everything we wanted. A nice simple place close to a beautiful beach without the hustle and bustle of tourists. There is a small supermarket close by with a cafe and restaurant too. A small village that had fresh fruit and veg, pizzeria, pharmacy and post office. The house itself was perfect- 2 adults & 4 kids. It was peaceful and really did feel like a home away from home. I hope one day we can return.

House where we left the heart, it was like being at home, equipped with every comfort, furnished with love and really equipped with everything, even hot plate x hair phoon and everything you need x the kitchen, oil, salt,etc... the coffee machine with pods, and accessories x the sea ( umbrellas for those who did not have it and games x children) house near the center about a 10-minute walk( but we always moved in the car) but away from the chaos, reserved parking inside the garage is very comfortable because around the parking lots are impossible. The house is beautiful with 3 bathrooms, very comfortable, both in the garage and in the bedroom. Impeccable cleanliness. Davide and Alexia, very kind people welcomed us warmly, making us even find drinks in the fridge and welcome sweets. Always available I highly recommend this house to those who want to stay in this area. I challenge you to find better.

Very good stay at Frederica's, we enjoyed the tranquility, the view, the comfort of the pool, the accommodation is basic but just what you need!! Despite the language barrier and the lack of telephone network, we enjoyed our exchanges with Frédérica who provided us with all the information we needed for our stay from the garbage cans to the local butcher shop.

Very pleasant garden accommodation in a peaceful environment conducive to relaxation, wooded and enclosed. Location making it easy to get to Cagliari as well as seeing beautiful beaches with beautiful water. We had a great stay with our family. Gianluigi is very welcoming and available if needed. I highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Christina’s apartment. The view was great! The big street in from of the apartment can be a little bit annoying when you are outside. There is a big parking lot directly in front of the apartment and two big supermarkets nearby. Totally recommend!

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

Daniela's apartment is a real treat. Elegant, very bright with triple exposure, and sea views, thanks to a wonderful terrace, also furnished with care. The apartment is cared for in all its details, many of which are not visible in the published photos. The kitchen is well stocked with everything from basic necessities to small electrodes of all kinds. You can feel the pleasure of the host to welcome your guests in the best possible way. Daniela, to whom we are very grateful, promptly met our every request with enormous generosity. We were greeted by Daniela's husband, with joy and affability, as if we were always friends. I hope to return to Cagliari soon and without a doubt I would choose this apartment.

Great apartment for families or couples of friends: 3 rooms, two bathrooms. Clean apartment with parking. Useful for those who want to use Cagliari as a base and then visit the surroundings. Very pleasant stay. Accurate and punctual host in his responses.

Silvia was a good Host, she provided us with clear directions for a late-night self check-in. The accommodation absolutely matches the photos and description, a stone's throw from the Poetto waterfront.

Very nice hosts. We were in touch 24/7. We shared our guidebook where to go / what to see. Ready to help with anything you need? They respond within 5 minutes. The apartment is clean, new. There is everything you need, and even a small coffee machine with capsules ))) I was a little surprised by the frying pan when they fried scrambled eggs , it heated for a very long time)) Probably not quite suitable for this stove, but it's small things. We thought it was not in the center, but the location is good. We walked everywhere in 5-20 minutes to any part of the city center. On the last day, we needed to leave much later than the eviction time, the hosts allowed us without any problems. We worked from the apartment, the internet was good. The smart TV was also a plus.
