Vacation rentals with a patio in Cosby

This quiet first floor condo was amazing! It has the most gorgeous view of the lake and mountains from the warmth of the living room nestled up by the fire! The whole place is modernized and has everything you need in the kitchen for cooking and such. Sharon was very proactive in messaging back. We will definitely be returning come summertime! We had a wonderful stay, and absolutely loved the place.

I stayed 2 nights in Apartment “A” in October 2023 and give Deana a 5 - Star Review. It was very clean quiet, had all the amenities and the close location to downtown was very helpful to me. I plan to request this Airbnb again in the future. Deana was very helpful with instructions and answering my questions.

It was a great place for my wife and i to stay! Cozy and intimate and all the amenities we needed!

A friend and I stayed in the lovely apartment for a girls trip. The beds were huge and so comfortable and warm, despite how cold it was outside! The views from the balcony are beautiful. We did hear the people in the surrounding apartments a lot, even just talking, but it didn’t bother us too much. There was basic kitchen supplies, but nothing extra or extravagant. The apartment is close to downtown gatlinburg and could be a 10-15 minute walk to the strip. I will say it is up a pretty decent hill though. Overall we enjoyed our stay! The hosts were extremely responsive with anything we reached out about. Would stay again if in the area!

Nice place for the money! Close to everything!

We ended up booking one of these rooms last minute in order to be in the area before the winter storm hit and made travel difficult. The team were so willing to work with us on a later check out and were extremely communicative. We kept commenting to each other how well designed the space is. Small hooks for hanging coats/gear that fold against the wall when not in use; all the kitchenette supplies you could think of in a tiny space. It was cute, warm, and well decorated. The price felt fair and affordable and we would be very happy to stay here again!

Was a real cozy spot for a great value. Me and my wife had a great time during our gatlinburg vacation. Bathroom was a little smaller than what the photos made it look but the host was great and I would definitely book again.

This place was great, it felt like you were up in the mountains yet only 10 min from downtown. We loved watching football in the side room, it feels like you're outside with all the massive windows. Hot tub was also super clean and ready to go. Would def recommend.

This place is great! Very clean and cozy. It was perfect after a day of skiing to relax and walk to dinner around the corner. Yet still private enough enjoy the hot tub. 10/10. Would stay again. Hosts were great and attentive but set up allowed to not need a thing from them or the app.

First off, the views here are unbelievable. As it is at the end of the street, they have so much open land behind their property - very private and peaceful. The area in general is rural so you basically cannot see anybody else homes. The space is the bottom level of the house, akin to a guest suite and has a private entrance. A powder room style bathroom is attached and for shower and jacuzzi there is a full bathroom that is only for the guests upstairs. They are on a well for water which I appreciated. Gary and Amanda are down to earth, chill young professionals, I barely ever heard them during my stay. They have a couple cats and a dog who were all sweet that I got to meet, too. It’s an old-style home and there is a wood burning stove for heat. Gary was sure to keep the place stocked with ample wood and kindling to stay warm during the cold nights. The flat screen has a bunch of subscriptions for streaming apps and they have a comfy leather 2-seater recliner . 5/5

We truly enjoyed our stay. The place was quiet and private with great luscious views. You can hear the babbling brook from the second floor porch and great hot tub. The fire pit was perfect for making s'mores and enjoying the beautiful weather. The town of Hot Springs has a few nice restaurants and a fabulous coffee shop to enjoy. Lots of hiking nearby with Max Patch being a highlight. We had a great time, and will definitely book again!

We had a great time here. Everything was in perfect condition when I arrived, check-in and check-out were very simple, hosts were responsive, and the place was exactly as expected. Not too far from the town and Dollywood. I would definitely recommend!

We had the best experience staying at Grants place. It was so close to everything. We arrived and the place was cozy and clean, we went to the grocery store (which is less than 5 minute drive) to stock up on some food. We enjoyed all of the attractions that were in the area and made a short drive to Gatlinburg to enjoy the attractions there. It was all beautiful and one of our favorite trips we’ve ever taken! Our kids are in love with Pigeon Forge as much as we are now and we and will definitely be back! Thank you Grant for being so responsive and flexible, it made for an easy trip to plan out.

Great place to stay while in town. Just enough to feel like home.

This place is everything you need for a gate away, close proximity to everything and very private still, we love the size of the apartment our family of 5 was very comfortable and we enjoyed the views! We will back next year!

Gabriel was a great host! He & the co-host were very responsive & helpful with questions & requests. We would definitely recommend a trip to Gatlinburg, and a stay at Gabriel’s place!
