The apartment was very comfortable with big windows and ample natural light. The lighting at night was cozy and pleasant. The location was convenient to the metro and walkable attractions. I’d definitely stay here again.

Perfect little apartment, walking distance to the city centre along the river.

Even better in person! Ana is a warm, welcoming host and the place was perfect for two adults and three young adults. We relaxed on the huge covered deck, walked on the beach and around the local castle, ate at several restaurants and of course had lots of gelato. Even the parking was easy and no stress! Can't wait to be back to Sesimbra and would stay in any place of Ana's again!

It was a pleasant stay with everything. There was nothing different from the photos in the house. Our match was smooth. The location is central uber, the shop is a place where I can😎 recommend 10 minutes in Lisbon everywhere.

We stayed at Luis's place for five incredible months, and it couldn’t have been better. It was our first year as parents to our newborn, and Luis made it feel like a true home. Luis went above and beyond every step of the way. Any time we had an issue, he resolved it quickly and kindly. One unforgettable moment was when we accidentally locked ourselves out, and Luis came to our rescue immediately. The Areeiro area is fantastic: a peaceful, residential neighborhood with great restaurants, quirky shops, and a beautiful park nearby. Its central location makes getting anywhere in Lisbon quick and easy. This was, without a doubt, our best Airbnb experience. Luis’s hospitality and care made all the difference. We’ll recommend his place to everyone visiting Lisbon. Thank you, Luis, for making our stay so special!

The apartment turned out to be much bigger than in the photos! The details, lighting, decor—wow! I felt like this flat was designed as a personal home, not just as a rental. Everything was thoughtfully planned and considered. Friends warned us, ‘Don’t stay in the center, it’s noisy!’ but the soundproofing was amazing. We didn’t hear anything from the street. And just stepping onto the balcony, we could see the sea to the right! Pure delight. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, even a waffle maker. And a special mention for the host—so responsive! Nicolas answered all our questions very quickly. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️

Great centrally located space. Well stocked and comfortable. A little noisy at night and unfortunately this plaza is a favorite spot for party goers to relieve themselves. Walked out several times to men peeing in the potted plants directly outside the door. The smell was pretty intense.

We loved our stay at the apartment. Sima was a great host from start to end. She was flexible with our check in time and was very responsive before and during the stay. The flat itself is a very nice size and is located in a very good area for transport links. There’s lots to see and do within walking distance. Overall we had a really great stay and would definitely be staying there again next time we’re on Lisbon!

Charming atypical apartment with a magnificent view, very well located to fully enjoy a small weekend to discover Alfama and the surrounding neighborhoods. Within walking distance of the train station and the metro, it's easy to get around. Teresa is a great host she gave us all the directions possible to get from the airport to the apartment arriving in the evening it was very helpful! Thank you for your attention upon arrival.

Very friendly host, good location. One can hear the doorbell of the central entrance to the building. The kitchen is tiny but as described. Nice overall stay.

We stayed here for a few days with my boyfriend, and everything went great! It was our first time in Lisbon, and this was an amazing choice. The location is very convenient, we could walk to most places we were interested in, and even for doing the day trip to Sintra, the train station was very close by. The building and apartment were just what we needed. The apartment was well equipped and had nice appliances. Also it has a small balcony with a pretty view. It has an elevator which is appreciated because of the luggages. Also the hosts were very attentive to our requests and were very friendly in all our interactions. Thanks for having us!

We loved our stay with Rita & Miguel! They were very communicative and accommodating. We arrived to Lisbon early in the morning before our check-in. Miguel met us to help us store our bags and let us know when we could return. They provide a large book with recommendations. We ate at three restaurants they recommended - Taberna Anti Dantas, A Cozinha and Brooklyn - and all were absolutely delicious! The location is great! It is walking distance to all the main attractions, but a little outside of the very touristy areas. The bed was comfortable.

Great location at the heart of Sintra. The apartment is tastefully decorated and well-furnished. Guest should be aware that there is no parking nearby during day time and that the stairs to the apartment inside the house are very steep.

Fabulous terrace to relax and chill in. Loved it! The apartment was cozy and comfortable and felt homely and secure. Great a/c and towel warmer, and filled all my needs. Location wise, close enough to downtown. In fact very central in Lisbon . It is not far from bus stops, supermarket just below and around the back, and also cheap to travel by Bolt. I would highly recommend this listing, and would be very happy to return.

The home is located in a great area of Lisboa with many dining options, coffee, shopping, pharmacies and grocery stores within a 5-min walk. As others noted, there is some noise from the local bars late at night, but it wasn't persistent and didn't keep us up thanks to the double-paned windows in the bedroom. The kitchen is well-stocked with basic cooking apparatus, oil and spices. The host provides ample detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine. The layout of the apartment is great and provides nice separation from the living area and bedroom. Parking is secure and easily accessible by elevators. The host was responsive for the entire stay, starting from check-in through check-out. We would definitely stay here with our family again.

What a great location in a very nice, quiet residential area, yet so close to everything. Situated midway between downtown Lisbon and Casçais, this really is the best of both worlds. Great for exercise as the apartment is very close to the beach and coastal walkway, also close to extensive public garden areas and the historic Palácio Marquês De Pombal and associated gardens. Easy access to Lisbon and Casçais by local train (10 mins walk way), or driving via the scenic Avenida Marginal coastal road (almost as fast, and a lot calmer, than via the highway). A great spot from which to explore the Lisbon region.

This is my third time staying here. The flat is extremely convenient, being close to bus stops, a subway station, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. It is fully equipped with all the necessary furniture and appliances. Thanks to close communication with Jorge, I had a comfortable and worry-free stay this time too. I sincerely appreciate his support and hospitality. I would like to recommend this flat to everyone. I am looking forward to repeating my stay here in the near future.

Great place to stay, within great proximity to Avenida station (Metro) and then walking distance to some great brunch spots and shops for a pastel de Nata! The host was so accommodating and incredibly helpful, responding to my queries so quickly with great and useful information as well as going the extra yard with some requests before I arrived. Highly recommend this spot as it was just the ideal base to have a great time in Lisbon with a very informative and helpful host.
