Close proximity to the convention center (where I was going each day), spacious, and comfortable place. The apartment is well equipped with amenities (coffee, nice hair dryer, toiletries). The rooftop pool and building amenities were an added bonus! Lovely place and would definitely stay here again!

The room was exactly as shown in the photos, and I had a very comfortable stay. I'd definitely stay here again the next time I'm in San Diego.

Great place to stay! Charlotta is extremely responsive and has detailed instructions. The place was modern and beds were comfortable. I loved the gaming area and bowling. I would recommend staying here and look forward to staying here on my next visit to SD.

I selected Joshua's place to host a surprise birthday staycation for my partner. All of the communication was seamless. Check-in was easy and the place was very clean. The building's amenities are great and the location is a quick Uber ride to a number of dining options. Joshua was very accommodating. I highly recommend his place.

Great apartment in a great location. My flight was delayed 5 hours and I did not arrive to the location until 1am. The host was there waiting for me to bring up to the unit and showed me around. I woke up in the morning to a gorgeous view of the San Diego Bay right from the bed! I was also able to catch a beautiful sunset while sitting on the balcony. Beautiful, clean, and modern apartment that had everything you could need. Short walk to the Gaslamp District and Convention Center. I will definitely stay here again next time in town.

We loved this home so much, we came back for a 2nd time, to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday. This modern gem is beautifully laid out, with lots of space for a family. It offers breathtaking rooftop views of the coast and stunning sunsets. Diana was an incredible host; helpful and accommodating! We highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone seeking a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

Dan’s place was absolutely wonderful. The location is excellent. It’s within 15 minutes of all the major attractions. The back yard is just delightful. We spent a lot of time sitting by the fire and playing ping pong. There’s even a table, if you want to eat outdoors. The use of the bicycles is great. We rode down to the beach and along the beach walk. Dan was very helpful in letting us know ahead of time about all the kid stuff he had. We had 3 babies under 2 and this place had everything we needed. I would highly recommend Dan’s place.

Beautiful home and beautiful backyard, my family absolutely loved it, and it felt such a relieve to stay at a place (even if it was just for one night) that was nice and clean after not having a good experience at another home. I will be adding to my favorites because my family absolutely loved the space and hopefully in the future we can book again! Thankyou to the host for clear instructions 😊

Brenda's place was the perfect base camp for a beach getaway with a toddler. It's an easy two-block walk to the 25th Street Beach, and Brenda provides the essentials for beach lounging: wagon, cooler, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and even a surfboard. We also found a local brewery with great views and a solid beer and wine list (Viewpoint Brewery) that we could walk to via the San Dieguito river path (about a 10-15 min walk). Getting to the zoo and downtown San Diego was also an easy drive. The place is cozy and looks like the photos. It's part of a duplex, but we didn't hear the neighboring guests during our stay except when we were both hanging outside during the day. Brenda was super responsive and provided clear instructions.

Isadora’s house was great, perfect for our family of six. Very comfortable, clean, and in an ideal location. Great communication throughout.

Lovely house for our three family stay. The best stocked kitchen of a rental I have ever stayed in - better than our own home, and we hosted thanksgiving there and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is a dream, on a lovely walking street that was perfect for small kids. Well stocked in all respects. As others have noted, the noise travels from the kitchen up to the third floor bedroom, due to it not being enclosed it - so place your earliest risers there and all will be great!

Stayed here during a work trip. Internet was FAST! The place was very cute and makes me want to buy something similar! Bed was super comfy and it was very peaceful overall.

What an awesome stay! From the moment we walked in the door, those views, sounds of the ocean and the amazing craftsmanship of this home. The pictures are exactly how it looks but it’s even better in person. We’ve traveled all over the world and have never stayed at a place that was this well equipped. Out of our 5 1/2 week stay I can honestly say we only ate out a handful of times. The kitchen is great to prepare meals and you won’t find views like this in the area. We loved having our morning coffee, watching the dolphins and surfers, our daily beach and estuary walks but most of all those beautiful sunsets. So many happy memories were made here, lots of laughs and good times. Thanks so much Ted and Kara for sharing your home with us.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment perfectly suited our family’s needs—comfortable, spacious, and with all the amenities we needed. The location was ideal, being so close to the beaches and other San Diego attractions, which made it easy to explore the area. It was a very practical choice for a family getaway, and we’d happily stay here again!

We had a lovely and comfortable stay. Nick was proactive and responsive in communication. The unit was comfortable and quiet. Loved the neighborhood and parking in garage was very convenient. In terms of walkable coffee spots I loved going to Dark Horse and the kids loved walking to Panchita’s for bakery. Would definitely stay in this cute spot in Golden Hill again. Very close to Balboa Park which was very convenient for us.

FalconEscape's listing was absolutely wonderful! Since the day I booked, FalconEscape's has been super welcoming. Communication has been above par after the booking, during our stay and after our stay. Very very responsive and helpful. The place looked just as described. Their decor was so nice. The colors instantly brought me joy. There was a group of 6 of us that stayed here for my friend's bachelorette party. It was the perfect location. The area was walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants, bars, so it was easy for us to get to our dinner spot. It was also in a LGBT+Q friendly area, which was a super plus for our group. Parking worked out fine. The place comes with 2 spots. We did not get a chance to enjoy the pool and hot tub because we had a tight schedule, but we did stop by there. Looked really nice. Dipped my feet in the pool and hot tub. Hot tub was super hot, and the pool water was heated. Really enjoyed our stay here. Would stay again and would recommend.

We loved Jonathan & Cindy’s location! Our hosts have been extremely responsive and available for every need. The property was super quiet and was extremely clean. Into this cozy place you’ll find everything you need and is perfect also for long-stays (I’ve spent 3 weeks at this amazing place) We haven’t used the sofa bedding since there were 2 of us and neither the AC considering that there was the perfect weather! The neighborhood was very nice, one of my favorite parts of San Diego ! Everything is near, highly recommended for a couple /family stay. Thanks again Jonathan & Cindy!

We loved our stay. A minute from the beach and 5 minutes from Del Mar racetrack, it was located right where we needed to be. We would stay here time and time again.

This is my 4th year coming to Solana Beach and staying in Del Mar Beach Club. We absolutely love the private beach access and the quiet complex. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The ocean views from the patio and kitchen were great and we loved sitting outside as much as we could to listen to the ocean and enjoy the views and weather. JB was very communicative and helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely rent from him again and would love to return to this unit.
