Eric is a great host and the place was amazing.

Had a great stay. The Airbnb itself was excellent. Great bed and rooms. The AC was excellent. The pool is nice. Snorkel gear and beach stuff was provided. Really this house has practically everything you need outside of groceries. The ice maker doesn’t work well so buy ice if you need. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach and 10min walk to the somewhere restaurant. The location is great but the Somewhere restaurant is the only walkable bar so you need a car.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful villa in Turks and Caicos! From the moment we arrived, Patricia was there to greet. The villa was spacious and immaculately clean rooms, and top-notch amenities. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together as a group. Laundry room was stocked with beach towels and there’s a closet full of beach chairs and snorkeling gears. Patricia was incredibly attentive and responsive. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed. The beach was just a short walk away, and restaurants and grocery stores were a quick 10mins drive away. Great villa and amazing host. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding! The place is a lot bigger than what is captured on the listing. The unit is well stocked and thoroughly thought out, from beach equipment(snorkel gear, sandals, chairs, coolers, etc) to cookware/grilling tools and of course entertainment. The hosts were exceptionally responsive and made sure that my party felt welcomed. It's probably more convenient to have a car but you can also walk to the neighboring city center. Grace Bay beach is about a 15 min walk as is the nearest grocery store. Coco Bistro/Cocovan are about 8-10 minute walk. If driving, you'll get there in no time (less than 5 minutes). Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property. Just go ahead and book it!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Jim's place! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was stocked with high-quality toiletries. The location was perfect—close to beaches and grace bay, making it easy to explore the area. Communication with Jim was seamless. He was incredibly welcoming, providing helpful local tips and making sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Fabulous place to stay. Very tastefully appointed. Gorgeous views. Comfortable furniture. Small pool for the kids. Very responsive hosts with excellent instructions and recommendations. Very close to Taylor Bay, which is an extraordinarily lovely and shockingly uncrowded beach perfect for young children.

We were lucky enough to find Dave’s place last minute. The house was perfect for our two couples. A five minute walk to a small beach and with some instructions from Dave a few minutes to another long beach. And it is only a nine minute to Grace Bay Beach - beautiful beach, grocery store and restaurants . Dave was a great host.

Really great place to stay. Everyone here and on the island are so nice! We will be back!

Cute house, beach is a shallow lake so is not swimmable, yet is peaceful, great place to relax and you can just drive to other beaches in the area which Thashena has a great list of recommendations.

Our group had an excellent stay! Location was in close proximity to a bunch of great restaurants and was very walkable to the beach! Matthew was a great host, responsive and very attentive. He made sure we were all set and prepared for our stay leading up to the trip and the entire duration of our stay. Would HIGHLY recommend.

This place is Perfect! I highly recommend staying at Chez Moi Villa. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach, and they thoughtfully provide beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and beach towels etc.. all easily transportable on the trolley. The house is packed with amenities and incredibly spacious. We loved the screened porch; it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind in the evenings. The location is fantastic, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We even used the trolley for groceries a (10-15 minute walk), which was super convenient. We didn’t need a car at all, as we walked everywhere, even with our two kids (ages 6 and 9)! Mark was also very responsive to all our questions, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Great price especially for Turks. Location is great because it is right in the middle of Provo. You will need a car to get around if you are staying here. Pay attention to directions Raify gives you to get to her place. It is tricky but super safe, peaceful and private Only a few negatives. The shower water would go hot and cold at random times while using it and the Internet was not the best Other then that great place to stay. Thanks again Raify

The place was as described/shown in the pictures. Overall, we were very happy with our choice. Positives: - 5 minute walk to beach - close to lots of restaurants & shops - lots of space and great screened in porch - responsive property manager (main pool was being fixed and the “plunge pool” had a lot of debris from a recent storm. Ariel had people out the next morning to clean the pool) Other considerations: - may be harder for elderly people. It is off a dirt road with lots of pot holes/little light at night. My parents used their phone flash lights and were fine, but had to be careful - same thing for walk to beach, there are a couple steps along the way, so would be tough for one person to pull a wagon with chairs by themselves. There might have been a path with no steps that we didn’t know about though. - I’d recommend letting Ariel (property manager) line up the taxi upon arrival as the general taxi had a little trouble finding the place.

The place is big and met my families needs. We visited the island to celebrate my daughter's high school graduation. The house is close to the marina, Grace Bay, shopping, grocery store and restaurants. It has a full kitchen, ice maker, washer and dryer. It has a rain shower head and tub. Every area and room has a full working air conditioner since its hot and humid outside. I also appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrella that we were able to borrow from Candice. With a family of 6, I would definitely book this house again!

Definitely recommend! Host was friendly and the space was enough to accommodate our large family! We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again. Pros: Host was extremely kind and helpful to us. Insect repellent and other helpful items were provided to help with our stay. Security cameras etc on property gave us a sense of safety. Water fountain with drinkable cold water provided. Area is pretty central and close to a lot of stuff. Cons: Lots of mosquitoes. Cell phone reception was pretty poor in the units. It does have a lot of bush / trees in the area which causes you to have to be super cautious at night when leaving/entering the property.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Best stay in the Caribbean The house is amazing — even more so than in the photos — and massive! Very well stocked with everything we needed, and the pool is wonderful and it's so nice to hang out outside. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and is (in our opinion) equally as good as the official Grace Bay Beach (less than 10 minute drive away) but with less people — albeit some construction behind you when you're sitting facing the water, but that didn't bother us. The crib and booster seat were perfect for our 9 month old. Although this is not the fault of the hosts, Google Maps really struggles with directions on the island. We suggest going to the AirBnB app and using the GET DIRECTIONS link directly rather than putting in the address the hosts provide in the manual or typing out the one on the listing. Or that was our experience! But other than that, AMAZING!

Rockeson literally went above & beyond with EVERYTHING from referrals to dining / adventuring / hot spots. He made sure no one was out there trying to take advantage of us. All the locals know him and respect him. The home is more beautiful in person and rockeson was an amazing host. The home is very private & only a 10 minute drive from the airport & 15 minute drive to Graceway which was good because you have the peace and privacy at night and a small drive to all the beautiful places the island has to offer. Upon checking out he offered to drive us to the airport which was very sweet and as soon as I arrived I noticed I forgot the charger in the house. I told him not to worry about it but he insisted to drive back and bring it to me. Really made our trip memorable THANK YOU ROCK 🙏

Villa was as described. Very peaceful and relaxing. Unfortunately we had lots of rain while we were there but theres no controlling that. We made due and were very comfortable at RoChelle's. We have been traveling to Provo a few times a year and would definitely stay here again!

We’ve traveled to the island a handful of times & this was the perfect villa for our little family. The hosts were very kind and flexible with our needs, the home was clean and tidy, instructions for self check in were clear and easy. August is HOT & it was so nice to have a pool. The backyard is surrounded by mature palms and provided a perimeter of privacy on the property. The kitchen is filled with essentials & we were grateful to have access to beach chairs, etc. We would love to stay again! 🌴🩷

Caya Villas was a 10/10 experience! The home is beautiful, this was my very first time going out of the country and not staying at a resort and I felt 100% safe from start to finish. I will say if you plan on staying at Caya villas a rental car is 1000% necessary! Yes they have taxis but they do not use the gps therefore if you contact one and let them know you’re staying in Caya villas/ long bay they will act as though they’re unfamiliar with the villa/area or you’ll get no response. I contacted about 3 different drivers and got the same response from all three “I cannot find you” although the gps brings you right to the villa. After going through that all day our first day at the villa we were able to get a rental that night and the trip was great from there. I would definitely recommend this villa to friends, no destination took over 15 minutes to get to, beaches are a 5-7 minute drive, restaurants 5-10 minutes away. Brandy also gave great recommendations. Overall great experience.

We absolutely loved Ian and Colleen’s place! The deck was amazing for coffee in the morning, for an afternoon lounge, or even for some stargazing at night. Well-equipped kitchen, updated bathrooms - loved the showers, and a very comfortable bed. We even walked to Sui Ren (sushi/seafood place in The Shore Club, I believe) nearby, but you’d likely want a car if staying here. They were so friendly and even gave us a tour when we arrived. Peaceful, quiet area away from all the big crowds, but still very accessible. Book now!

Place was close to the activities we were interested in. Pool was great. Unit was very clean with plenty of linens and towels. Unit is not walkable to activities so I would definitely suggest having a rental car. Dadre was very helpful in taking care of some minor issues.

Keith’s place is all you need for a wonderful stay at this paradise - it’s a island cottage, very well located - LILO the dog was extremely friendly she came to say hi to us every day. The toilette paper and the trash bags and dish soap was nice to find, as it’s annoying to have to buy these things when you are staying 4 days. The air conditioning work perfectly, the beds were comfortable, water had great pressure in the shower, the TV’s allow steaming, the toaster oven is a cool gadget for breakfast prep. I’d recommend this place to anyone !!!! Keith was responsive and cordial.
