The place was exceptional! Absolutely gorgeous! I’d say it was more than we expected! Checking in an out was a breeze! Beds were super comfortable and we had everything we could have needed! Mark checked in via text and left us his number if we needed anything or had any concerns! We had an amazing girls weekend and never left the place!!

Our stay at this condo at Sunday River was fantastic! Ski in, ski out was less than 50 steps from the condo! Really fun that it was in the night skiing zone and where they do the fireworks!

Kedi & James were perfect hosts. The house was exactly as advertised and was in a wonderful and quiet location with everything close by. We will definitely stay there again when we come back next year for business!

Peaceful and quiet. Went to Sugarloaf Resort for a conference for the week. The condo was 2-minute drive. took in sights of the surrounding area. Nice motorcycle riding roads

The Fun house was exactly that! Our family from various states came together to enjoy a snowboarding trip for my husband’s birthday and Xmas. The pictures don’t do the home justice. Easy walk to the slopes. Enough room for all of us together and enjoy our own privacy if we needed it. Amanda was extremely easy to get into contact with. This was a perfect home away from home for our big family!!

We stayed at Amber's for the night before and after the eclipse, and it was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was a great atmosphere to hang out with the two other couples who came with us. We ate at Patrick's pub the first night and folks told us where some good viewing spots for the eclipse would be. We ate in the second night and spent lots of time around the kitchen table. As someone else mentioned, the slatted louvered doors on the bathrooms are a bit different, but it worked out ok for us. Amber was great with communication.

Great location with beautiful scenery, walkable area with trail access nearby. Host helpful and responsive. Enjoyed my stay.

Jordan Run is exactly what you look for in a group AirBnB for a skiing weekend. Kim's property was as described and maintained well. Everyone had plenty of space for themselves. The property is less than a 5 minute drive to South Ridge and an even closer ride to the Matterhorn. We hope to return to Kim's property on our ski trips next year!

This place is great. Two of us worked remotely here and had no issues. The internet speeds as of October 2024 tested consistently above 300mbps. Some things to be aware of that are probably listed in the description but it didn’t set in until we were there: - The place is on a busy road so there’s car noise and not really any options for walking from the front door. You can drive to plenty and we live on a busy road so the noise didn’t bother us. - There is one bathroom and it is downstairs relative to the bedrooms. The stairs are a bit steep. - The office does not have a door on it, so with multiple people working, sounds can carry around. - The ceilings upstairs in the bedrooms, can be low in places. If you’re 6ft or taller you will probably struggle. I hit my head walking into one of the closets. - The kitchen was perfect and well stocked. - The couches and chairs were comfy, the TV is massive, and the heating works well.

We loved our stay here! It was a short drive to Saddleback Mountain, and the house was a cozy place to rest after a long day of skiing.

We had traveled to Bethel for my father's 70th class reunion at Gould Academy. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to Gould. Scott was very flexible with our check in time since we had come a distance and gotten to the house early. The house was comfortable and met all our needs.

I had a wonderful time in this beautiful area of Western Maine. Wilton was the perfect spot for going out exploring in any direction. The neighbors were super-friendly, as was everyone I met. Kyle was a great host, and a quick responder to any question I had. Thanks for a great experience! The house had everything I needed, and felt like home ♥️

We are two small families that like to ski together, and we were looking to get in some late-season skiing and maybe see the eclipse. Amber's place looked like a good fit for us, close to Sugarloaf and spacious. It worked out great. We had plenty of room, and we enjoyed the common space with a great view of the mountain. Amber was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Would totally stay here again!

The house is great for a long ski weekend. It’s very private as you’re surrounded by trees and the view is spectacular just like the pictures. We were amazed by how the weather changed throughout the day - fog, rain, sun, hail, sunset. It’s 10mins drive to Bethel which has cute shops, restaurants and supermarkets and is also on the way to Sunday River. Mt Abram is super close too but it was their last weekend. The house is also spacious enough when my sister in law’s family joined for a night. The co-host was also very responsive. We were very happy with the house. Thank you!

We loved this place. First, Ken was quick to respond, zero issues at all. House is very nice. I like how Ken spelled out the rules and also had a bimder inside in case you had questions. My group loved the place and we plan to book again! Second, the house is well kept, organized, and clean. Everyone was quickly at home there. There are stores close, we cooked two dinners, good kitchen. We had a nice little fire, baby deer running around. All and this this place is a 5 out of 5. Well done
