It is at the bottom of the main house's yard, totally separate, ideal for your privacy and autonomy. For the EXCLUSIVE use of the guest, it has 1 bedroom, bathroom and MINI kitchen (small and quick preparations). Three blocks from ICARAÍ BEACH, in front of Campo de São Bento. The street entrance gate is shared with the main house. Since there is no parking in the village, I recommend a paid one close by.

Aqui vc vai viver uma experiência de como um nativo vivia antigamente. Uma casa antiga com quintal com vista para o Cristo redentor, uma das casas mais antigas da região ainda de pé . A localização , apesar de ter que subir escadas facilita muito , estamos no melhor bairro que tem tudo que precisar . Fácil locomoção para zona sul e centro do Rio de Janeiro tbm é um diferencial . Niterói tem belas praias como Itacoatiara , Camboinhas , sossego ,Piratininga, Itaipu …todas a 30 min do local .

Moramos numa casa deliciosa na rua que divide Glória, Catete e Santa Teresa. Em 2013 anunciamos no Airbnb um apto independente que tínhamos aqui ocioso. Depois, uma casinha que construímos para receber amigos ingleses na Copa de 2014, e agora chegou a vez de anunciar esta outra que acabamos de reformar e ficou deliciosa, com direito a um deck privativo e uma copinha de apoio. O acesso se faz pelo jardim ou pela casa principal. As áreas comuns são amplas e arejadas, sem risco de aglomerar!

We are very close to Shopping Tijuca, the subway, bus stops, Maracanã Stadium, McDonald's, Saens Peña Square, Shopping 45, Varnhagen Square (gastronomy) and Mundial Supermarket. We have a very comfortable new bed, a pleasant, quiet atmosphere and everything you need =). My space is good for couples or even if you're traveling alone. My apartment is a duplex penthouse, the entrance to the apartment is on the first floor where I live with my family.

The apartment is wonderful, exactly as in the pictures. Very careful in every detail - including in communication. - Small, but well thought out, comfortable and extremely functional. - Utensils, basic kit (coffee, cleaning, soap) offered. - Brand new bed linens and towels. Good shower. - The house where the apto is located (on the ground floor) is super well cared for and charming. It gives the feeling of living as a local :) - Super reserved and quiet. A few steps away on Urca beach, the neighborhood is a spectacle apart and super safe, even at night. 150m Pharmacy and Restaurant, and it's 10min drive from Botafogo.

Amazing stay! We had a wonderful experience in this beautiful apartment. The location is excellent, in the heart of Ipanema, on Avenida Atlántica, which allowed us to enjoy stunning ocean views. In addition, it is very close to the best restaurants in the area, which was perfect for enjoying the local cuisine. The apartment has everything you could need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. From the decor to the amenities, everything was designed to make us feel at home. Also, I want to point out that Carla, the owner, was very attentive and helped us quickly when we had a little trouble with the key, which made us feel even more calm and cared for. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy the best of Rio de Janeiro. We'll be back without hesitation!

I and my friends rented the accommodation to spend the days of carnival closest to the center of Rio and this house was a great find! Next to the subway, about 15 minutes walking, a super quiet and beautiful path too, very quiet neighborhood, you hear almost nothing of noises. Nearby bars, market, pharmacies. The house corresponds to the photos, simple and cozy, the air conditioner saved in this heat that the RJ does. A lot of utensils available for us to use and the host is a love of person and always available for communication. We are extremely pleased with the stay and hope to be able to return next year :)
